Hi there, I am having a same problem like Kevin. Te only difference is I did cancelled the suscription before trial period ended. However, transaction is still occuring without by knowledge. I have not used it after the trial period and I don't have to use it now. Therefore could you please help me with cancelling the suscription and getting the full refund for the period of months which I had never used it.

Hello,  Can I use an image in the standard license to create a product for sale like the image? The quantity will not exceed 500,000. 

How do I access my old Fotolia purchase history?

I only wanted to click on the image to get more information and see it closer but hit the license button. There really needs to be something that verfies you want to license something, this was way to fast and easy to do if you fat finger it.

So I have registered Adobe Stock as a full trial and I think that I can access to use videos for free but I accidentally purchased it. Can I have a refund back?

Hihabe das selbe Problem. Adobe Stock ist kriechlangsam. Tagesschau.de zb öffnet wie ein Speeder. Also meine Leitung rennt wie n frisches Ferkel 🙂 Habe über 100 Lizenzen , also dementsprechend auch ne große Bibliothek... ("groß" ist relativ...)CC von Adobe läuft auf billig-Servern und da kann also keine Leistung kommen. 😞

How to answer to a request like that? I did a brochure for this client. I used my Adobe Stock account and charge them almost $10 dls each one. Now, 20 days after he call requesting those images. I guess to use it or to give it to another designer and use it in another advertising. How Adobe manage this? Who have the rights to use it? Can I use it in different works/clients?I'm a little bit confused. Thanks!

As a paid subcriber to Adobe Stock Images....is it legal to take parts of one image and photoshop them into another image?

I am surprised Adobe doesn't have a clear answer on this, considering a large amount of their users are creatives creating things for other clients.I'm a graphic designer and I create book cover designs for authors.If I have a standard license on an image used in one of my designs, how can I transfer that standard license to the author?In the Adobe Stock Terms #3.5 it states, "You may use the license granted in these Terms for the benefit of one of your clients, provided that you transfer your license to your client, and your client must comply with these Terms and restrictions."My question is HOW can I legally transfer the license? Hello, I've been having an enormous difficulty to get support for anything related to Adobe Stock.   On the last time, the company acquired a 40-assets license and, as it was granted to me, it wasn't available until I talked to at least 5 different tech supporters at Adobe. 4 of them in English, which isn't my native language. The product is available in Portuguese, but not support.   Now I'm facing a new problem and got transferred at least 7 times through different nations around the world for a simple problem: I licensed a file (Asset number 103598169) and, as I download the AI file, it opens as a raster image positioned inside a AI file. It should be a vector file, and it's not. And I've just downloaded another vector asset and it's all good, so it has nothing to do with my account, but they keep asking my account details, even though I just described for the past 6 people who talked to me.   Now I've got even transferred to Acrobat-team, which has no sense at all. Beginning yesterday. I can no longer save any image to the Stock libraries. Nothing happens when you click on Save to Library. The manage library dialogue no longer shows and it's like the button has zero functionality. This happens regardless of which browser I use and it's the same whether on mobile or laptop. And, I am logged in. Also, my existing libraries are listed but do not load. Anyone else having simalar issues? Anyone know a fix?

I've restarted CC, logged out and back in, restarted computer, cleared cache, cleared cookies, tried another browser. After clicking the heart shaped icon to add an asset to any library: nothing happens, no library to choose, no pop up, nothing. Like a dead link. Can anybody give me some advice? Hardcore user, retoucher, compositing artist. I am awaiting call from helpdesk, but wish to fix the problem tonight. Thanks in advance! 

I want to unsubscribe because the program was connected randomly, was not in use except for the trial period, I hope you can check it out!!!! For 1 month withdrew and the debt went for 2 month, I specifically will not top up the mvoy card and if the money is withdrawn again, then I will call my bank to cancel the payment, and without payment I can not cancel the subscription for some reason, so I do not ask, but beg to send an email that I was disconnected nahavzhdi from this not necessary program and did not withdraw funds as scammers

After licensing photos, I save a copy on my computer.  I did a few of them with no problem, but then on the last one I got this message:"Oops! We couldn't save that one" All the photos came from the same series. I've taken these steps and none have fixed the issue-I saved it to my library and downloaded it again from there.I cleared my browser history and cache. I tried to save to a different location on my computer.I waited a day, logged back in and tried again.  What's going on?

Hello, So my client purchased a sound track on Adobe Stock for a video that he is producing, and I am editing it. The problem is, how does licensing work? I'm using Premiere Pro, and it wants me to license it so that the track can be replaced by the .WAV file. However, the only option I have is to buy the license with Creative Cloud.Is there a way he can download the full version, or how do I get the full version to put in the video I am creating for him?

I start the trial of Adobe Stock and i want to cancel it beacause i dont use it, but i cant cancel it, do i need to pay the monthly charge even tho i only want the trial to  being able to cancel it.?

I have been using Adobe Stock for my work all the time with my 10 assets plan. However, when I click to get the template I want to purchase. It doesn't allow me to do so.The site only shows me what subscription plan I need to get, but I already have the 10 assets plan. It just keeps looping and there is no way I can purchase the license.By the way, I have logged into my account.
