Hello I allready contacted the support buy phone and they told me to send an email with the needed information. But I never heard from the support again. I want to transfer the credits and the images from a standalone/individual Adobe Stock plan to a Adobe Creative Cloud for teams environment. I know this can be done (support told me) but my questions are: 1. Are all images and assets (credits) transfert too?2. Is there a refund for the standalone/individual plan? 3. Hi! I purchased a license of footage for use on an project a year ago but was looking to use the same clip for a separate project - does the license ever expire? If I want to use it on a different project do I have to repurchase the clip? Thanks!
Hi, I downloaded over a hundred items today (just on time to end my Stock subscription tomorrow, without losing my rights to these already paid-for assets), but at least 2 items are of bad quality and can't be used. How can I get a refund (= credit for 2 new assets)? See attachments:1. First image has a different colour in the download (too dull to use) than in its preview (vibrant orange)2. Second image has a typo ("Servey" instead of "Survey")I can only check the rest of the items (e.g. Illustrator and Photoshop files) on Sunday. Adobe should have done all quality checks before making assets available. Can you please confirm that there's no time-limit for refund requests when there are issues? Thanks, Carin

We love the images they are using on our blogs and social media, but we want to make sure that when that the licensing transfers to us as well. We just want to make sure that we also are covered under the license when they are purchased for our blogs. Please let us know and thank you.
I purchased the 4K video and found that the image quality is very unclear, and there are obvious masks on the video. Does this require a refund? It cannot be used at all......
File # 391629682This image is supposed to be a vector. As soon as I opened it and saw that the artboard was 319x519px, I knew something was wrong. Resized it for use in a poster and it was crazy pixellated. Turns out it's just a bunch of very low resolution images in a vector file. Completely useless for any modern print or digital application. I would like this refunded and this submitter's other assets checked for these shenanigans.
I'm having an issue with several stock images that are AI files. When I bring them, or the jpg file that I also downloaded, into Photoshop they are appearing with the checkered "transparent" background showing and they are also very small. But it isn't transparent or on a layer that can be deleted. The ones that are doing this are file #'s 414993987, 99068828 & 238921664. I was able to work around the last 2 to make them usable, but the first one I just can't get it to look right on the banner that I'm working on and it's the one that I really need. Is there a way to fix the transparancy? Thanks, Sabrina
We already subscrobed to Adobe Stock Please advise in writing how to buy all the copyrights for a specific photo and be the only sole user for it and how much it will cost. please answer back in writing so I can pass it to my boss with very clear terms and conditions and help me how to make it on your site.
Hi, my name is Shannon and I am a design student. I really enjoy and appreciate the student discount for the Creative Cloud apps, but I am very upset to see that I have been charged (a couple of times) $30 extra per month for Adobe Stock. I was under the impression that Adobe Stock would let me use 10 free images and then I would begin getting charged if I signed up. I don't think I used 10 images and I truly cannot pay the extra $30 every month when I'm trying to pay for tuition and bills while working part-time and being a full-time student. I went to cancel it but found there is a $47 cancellation fee. I dont understand why I would be required to pay this when I didn't really sign up for Stock in the first place. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I have been on hold with Adobe Support for 20+ minutes. Thank you

@WendellaBee I just went through the support chat, and after nearly 30 mins, was told to post here on the forums... I'm having the exact same issue where i updated payment info, payment was taken for my plan, and now it only asks me to choose a plan instead of letting me purchase new assets. Any advice beyond talking to support who directed me here?

On november, 21 I started according to my order history, just for trial, the Adobe Stock -10 images a month (one-year) plan. The first month it is free.Now, I want to cancel that plan within that first free month, When I logon to my account that plan is NOT shown in Plans & Products. (I'm only able able to download watermarked images.) I even cannot find any confirmation email of cancelation (in case I've forgotten that I already canceled that plan, you nver know;-)So I can not cancel that plan.Am I garanteed, by the fact the plan is not in Plans & Products, the plan is already canceled?Or does the plan disappear automatically when you reached the limitation of 10 images?
Hola, ayer abrí una cuenta de Adobe Stock para la prueba de las 40 imágenes gratuitas de Adobe Stock.Completé todos los datos, pero ahora cuando accedo para buscar imágenes y quiero descargar alguna, no me aparece para descargarla gratis, me aparece de nuevo el formulario que ya completé.Ante este problema, intenté cancelar la cuenta, ya que evidentemente no voy a poder usarla, pero esa opción no me aparece tampoco por ningún lado.¿Me pueden dar una solución?

I recently started freelancing for a new company. They sent me an invite for something called "Font Agent" which ive installed and glad that it shares fonts with me within their company. I noticed on my adobe stock account I now also have their company listed as a way to download assets. My question is now, do they have access to view my other documents that I create on illustrator or any other program? Are my other designs for other companies still held secret from them? They should not have access to my other work. When did i get access to the stock account? Or did they add me somewhere else totally unrelated to FontAgennt?

Hi Adobe Team I received my debit card transaction history and saw that Adobe has charged me multiple times already (almost a year). I didn't notice these transactions until today. I couldnt trace the Adobe account that was charging my debit. Is it possible for you to check my debit card in your database? Thanks Chanel
