This is driving me crazy too. It just mindlessly fills up my hard drive. Any updates on how to solve this?

Hi there. This might be something normal for adobe staff but for somebody that's coming from different background this is insane.Used to use Shutterstock and I paid monthly then I was able to downlaod 350 images each month.Here I just signed up, adobe happily took my money, then wanted to check what that llicense button means...Bum.... all my credits (7650) gone. Whaaaaaat?I don't even need that image. Wanted only to see what the button does.This is nuts guys. So missleading.I need images - 750 month - this is waht I have subscribed for. Not 1 image worth €200.It will be cheaper me going to places and snapping them myslef 😕😕Can this image be unlicensed so I can use the 750 images or what?Tried speaking to the support using the chat function but they closed the chat before we fisnished lol.The bigger brand the less care for the client?@Vani_100 ??

Meine Ehefrau und ich sind beide Lehrer und wohnen auch im gleichen Haushalt. Können wir beide die Stockmedien einsetzen (für Arbeitsmaterialien der Schüler online als auch Print), auch wenn nur einer von uns beiden die Bilder lizensiert hat? Das selbe Bild zweimal zu lizensieren kommt mir unsinnig vor.

Hello, I mistakenly bought 5 credits for $49.95 thinking I would be able to use them for stock videos. However, the videos I want require more credits, and I don't see a way to use what I have toward purchasing licenses for them.I would not mind paying the difference (the videos I want are $79.99), but there is no way that I can figure out how to do that, so I would like a refund so I can buy them individually.I tried to get a refund online by talking to a human for customer support, but I cannot access customer support because I am referred to my school's IT help desk, and  there is no help desk for my school!Can someone help me?

Hi,How can I report a poor quality image? I have just downloaded an image and couldn't see it on the comp download but the image quality is ridiculously poor. I've noticed it says it was AI generated, are there no quality checks anymore? Really worrying if this is what the future of stock images looks like! Image numb er is: 568927005. Why is there not an easy report image button?

I was recently billed $29.99 for my second month of service. I got the first month free. I have not downloaded any images yet. I would like to cancel because I will not be reimbursed by my employer for the service. Can I still download the 10 free images and the 10 I've just been billed for, then cancel without a penalty? I read on your website that if I cancel within 14 days of the second billing cycle for this type of membership (first month free), I won't have any problems with cancellation fees. Thanks.

  Hi,    My company purchased Adobe Stock Plan, and I am not able to use the Premium Adobe Stock Essential Graphics feature.  Seems like either their server is having a problem or my Mac Studio is having an authorization issue. Is there any step I need to take?    Thank you.

Good morning, yesterday I purchased 80 credits to download 80 images. I mistakenly downloaded the wrong image: #520622994 by Cavan Images for 25 credits, while the correct image I would like to download is #162707155 by multipedia for 1 credit.How is it possible to cancel the download of the wrong resource and get the 25 credits credited back?

I'm a bit confused by the licencing terms for audio: Would Spotify count as a paid access streaming service for which standard licence wouldn't suffice? Spotify does have a free version with ads (same as YouTube, which is explicitly permitted in the FAQ) but just wished to confirm.Do I need to get an additional licence for each episode of the Podcast (the music would be used for the intro) or do I need just one, for the whole series?

I am a user of the 'Creative Cloud All Apps' plan and when I try to download an image from the Free section of Adobe Stock, I get these error... How can I fix this?

I had a membership in Adobe Stock and had acquired over 120 credits. I had canceled my subscription as I was not using credits as fast as I was accumulating them (Abode caps what you can bank at 120 credits -- ??? strange because I am paying for them).When I logged on today to get an image, I found all my credits are now gone. How do I get a refund for the credits I purchased (which Adobe DID NOT deliver) or get my credits reinstated to my account?
