I am unable to access the ability to edit my adobe express on a desktop computer?  it shows me everything but when I drag and drop it comes up with a red error saying i need access to be able to edit. Can someone assist please?

I need recovery my file. This file was deleted accidentally.

Hi all, I would like to know if the template, font type, font effects available on Adobe Express are fine for commercial use. Are they also fine to use for posting on different platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Website, LinkedIn etc.?Is buying the Teams or Premium license for the commercial use? We will use the visual/videos on Google Ads, Facebook Ads too. Thanks.

How do I add a link to an instagram story and schedule from adobe express?

Hi I have connected my LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Instagram profiles.I have scheduled content to them all.The scheduler shows that they are scheduled.But the posts on FB & IG never show up on those profiles.The Scheduler says "PUBLISHED" for all 4 accounts, but only LinkedIn and X are published. How do I troubleshoot this please?Thanks!

It would be very interesting if there was the possibility of creating variables or importing from an archive (csv or xls) to be able to create multiple posts more easily, just like we do in Photoshop.

Anyone know how to add gothic black font on adobe express? I can't find it anywhere?

Hi, I do have a 100gb Adobe account and when I'm trying to use Adobe Express it is showing me that I'm out of space, but I do not have anything in Adobe Cloud, even when I'm launching the Creative Cloud Desktop, it is showing me that I'm using 120gb of 100gb and in my cloud I see literally 9 uploaded photos.Maybe there is a hidden folder or something that sync all my PC files? Help me please

I've tried importing several PSDs into Adobe Express so I could animate them for social but they're importing flat -- no layers. Tried converting each layer to a smart object before importing but that didn't solve the problem. Any ideas?

Adobe Express has become painfully slow in Chrome. It's very difficult to properly align anything due to glitchiness. I updated my Mac per Adobe support, but it didn't help. Performance is much better in Safari, however. Any tips on getting it to work well again in Chrome?

I want to use adobe express to resize images from large size (larger than 17MB) to smaller, but the software will reject any image larger than 17MB. How can I overcome this problem? Thank you

Hi,I created 4 animated banners in Photoshop (5.5). However they ended up too heavy for Google adverts. The maximum allowed by Google is 150kb. Mine are between 250 and 550kb.  Can I re-create them (custom size, original graphics) using Adobe Express? As I tried the software, so far I could not find how to set the dimensions to what I wanted. I could not see where I could reduce the workspace to the dimensions of the banner (300X250). Thank you! Andre

Is there a way to connect schedule to my instagram creator account? 

This program did not install on my pc. I cannot go online to all the time to use it. Microsoft Store does not work on my pc, after investigation, it appears it is a bug in the version of windows that I have running. Opening the store does not download any programs, I have to get the installation files and install manually. I mostly am not in areas with internet signal and have to have my programs working on my pc. How can I get it? If some one can please send it me os show me the direction I have to take

I would like to create a business card with a logo and info card using stock shapes and fonts on Adobe Express. If I were to print and distribute these cards to promote my business, may I risk running into any copyright infringement issues with the use of the shapes in Adobe Express?

I created a presentation and it is taking a long time to load, export, etc. The reason is I created a pattern using a large number of small logos. Is there a way to expand a pattern in Express so it's no longer a vector? I think I'm using that terminology correctly, but not sure. I tried to compress the file after downloading it, but it made some of the pictures I added blurry.
