I am new-ish to using Adobe Express. I have some branded templates for social media to use, but everytime I try to replace the stock image with one of my own, they upload the wrong direction. They are just iphone images and are the correct direction on my phone and on my computer. The stock image is in portrait mode and my image is in portrait mode, so I an baffled. It doesn't work to manually rotate them with rotation handle as the images are cut off when uploaded in the wrong mode. I've tried everything I can think of and still no luck. 

I saved a handful of important logo's to my account in August of 2022, I just signed in to the account today and they are all gone. Is there any way to recover them?

I am having continued issues since the update, where I am "copying" a project, updating the new project, then when I publish it, it is updating the original link aswell. How can I stop this from happening?Thank you 

Since a couple of days there are much less symbols/icons in Adobe Express than before. Has there been a general change or could this be related to the Adobe Creative Cloud license which used to be teams but is now single user?Is it possibly a royalty issue with my account?Thank you for your help.

I created a simple game for childrens scavenger hunt.  Wanted to have a split screen in Express with a photo in the left and on the right a container which I would plug in the code that creates this simplistic game.   It looks there there is not option to do this.  Or am I missing something.   (Funny b/c even this Details field has a icon to insert code.)

Hello - I have created a video in Adobe express using multiple slides. Can I export all the slides in one pdf document with multiple pages. Currently when I try to export/ download only I page is exported.

I uploaded a Variable Font in Adobe Express and it only shows one of the fonts and can't access the other weights. Is there any way to make them available?

When you create an animation from audio, is it possible to upload a different image from those available in addition to the voice?

Every time I try to publish a project, I get a red error message saying "We are unable to publish this project now. Please try later"  Many attempts later over the course of a month the same message crops up. My software is all up to date. I had an earlier version published through Spark with no problem, but I removed that in case it was interfering with the update, as it kept asking me to update the link, but then failed to update the link. Duplicating and renaming the file has now got rid of that error, but I still get the error message above. I duplicated the file again, and then deleted each object and page one by one to see if any individual object was causing the problem, but that error message kept coming up.  Copying the link to the original file (not the deleted one), logging out of Adobe, and then trying that link just returns a 404 message. Anyone got any idea of what is causing the problem?  I am a Premium member, but as it stands, Express is a

hi , im like a tech dinosaur and really struggling . i ahve created a doucment in adobe express , a lash styling manual- it includes videos- when i download it it saves an individual files and i was hoping to be able to upload this as an education tool / almost like an ebook to my website but have no idea how or where to begin , any help. would be appreciated . thankyou 

Hello!I have created a Newsletter using adobe express, and apparently it cannot be viewied from a mobile phone browser? I get a message saying "coming soon". I don't need to edit or do anything to it, just for people to visualise it.Thank you

Hallo, immer wenn ich einen fertigen Post von Adobe CC Express Mobile herunterlade, wird die Qulität schlecht. Am Iphone und auch am Android ist es das gleiche. Kann man dad irgendwie einstellen das es keinen Qualitätsverlust gibt?

We have an enterprise account with Adobe using Creative Cloud. We are not able to access Adobe Express. It will let you login and open it but then we receive an error - No longer have access to Adobe Express. Contact your Admin for details. We have a user who says they were able to access it recently but no longer can. I've tried and we both get the same error of no access. When testing, I did discover if they were assigned an InDesign license Adobe Express would work for them. Thank you for any insight.Sue

Hi, I want to add a filter to my images - a grain effect. In all the tutorials I have seen so far there pops up a right column with all the features. I can't seem to find it in my web application. What could be the reason? For my images I only get the left column with effects, corrections, etc. but no filter options. Thanks, lisa

I work for an instution where not everyone has a paid Adobe Account, and it would be pretty cost prohibitive for every department to have one. I want to be able to share the Adobe Express brand kit for our brand with other departments so that they have templates to work from, but the free version doesn't let you access the brand kit. We really can't just get a premium account for everyone who needs access to it, so my question is how many licenses/people can use a single premium account? Could we for instance have each individual department have their own account instead of each individual person? Thanks! 

Hello,It would be very helpful if you could lock a layer. If layers overlap and you want to select one and change size for example, it can be diffucult because the wrong layer gets selected. Bulk creation of instagram posts (or other) would really help to get more done and more efficient.In Canva Pro you can uplaod a csv-file and use it to maken multiple designs at ones (1 design and on every page another text from the csv-file). I quit my Canva subscribtion because I have Creative Cloud full package. So I use Adobe Express instead.Some features from Canva (like mentioned above) can really bring Adobe Express to the next level.

One time the app would not let user add, or adjust anything on screen other than text. Had to reinstall because after force closing the app opened up with less function and would not render anything other than dashboard. 2- text to image- I entered Skull wearing a cowboy hat and bandanna, colors used orange, black, white, and gray . And i would get a forever spinner. Thank you
