Questions

I am a teacher and I am trying to create a tempalte for students to edit without having them copy and add library and then access the files? I am sure I am missing something really easy but please help. I want to make a remixable template that is easy to do and its not working- a simple link to each template is all I need. Thank you

I've been trying to download an asset in Adobe Express for an hour and it just automatically says We're working on your file, You'll be able to download it soon. Cleared out my cookies and cache, no change.  Please help.

I'd love for some additional view options in the Content Calendar as well as naming particular posts. This way when you are looking at the calendar overview you could either show or hide the Name or other information without having to hover over the content. This would also be helpful for a secondary user who would be approving or reviewing the overall content calendar (as in the feature that is said to be on the planning phase). I'm working on building up our Content Calendar for the new year, so more fleshed out features will be so welcome and helpful! Is Adobe Express no longer showing the number of "views" and "appreciates" for a Webpage once it has been published?  This function seems to have been eliminated and I value it for keeping track of how much of my audience has been reached.  Any help would be appreciated.

I used to be able to embed an Adobe website to an outside site, but now I get a login page instead. Help! 

The crop tool is missing, whenever I try to crop an image, the tool doesn't show up once selected the image to crop. I'am Mac user

Hi,I received an invitation to collaborate on a folder.  Clicking on the "Accept" takes me to the Express web portal but the bell icon doesn't any notifications to accept.  Tried inside the CC app, nothing as well.  Not sure what to do as I can't sync with this folder no matter what I try.  Did a reset of my computer, the app, tried multiple browsers.  The bell icon is not showing any new collab invites.

Ive recently designed a logo on Adobe Express Logo Maker, Ive downloded it and I cant open it. Ive said open with Lightroom Classic but says there is no image there? Any ideas as I have no clue

In a word, your update sucks and whoever pushed it through should be demoted. Manipulating content is much more tedious now, so if that was your intent, bravo. Let me think of something positive to end with.... ....

I have an older PC with Windows 10 on it.  It's too old to upgrade to Windows 11 but functions great.I have Adobe Express on the PC, but it's saying the system requirements are not able to support the product.  When I ran the WebGL report, it came out a green check mark, but said update video drivers if possible.  I don't know where to find that on my PC to update it.The test for WebAssembly Page came out fine. If I can get the video drivers up to date I should be fine and able to run this program.  I'm not an IT person, but can run a program just fine once it's in and ready to rock.  Any suggestions would be great if possible.  Thanks to anyone who has a suggestion.

Everytime I try to open a project in my "Your Stuff" folder in Adobe Express, I get this message: "An error occurred while opening the document. Please try again." (see screenshot). Clicking "Refresh" results in the same error. Help! I have 2 projects I need to edit. They're only 14 days old.

I cannot use the templates

I cannot open/edit a file because everytime I try to, it says that I am out of space. However, my cloud storage shows I have only used 76MB of 2.1 TB and I have no deleted files taking up space.    

I began using the free version of Express and then upgraded to a premium plan. It turns out, I need to put my projects on hold for awhile and would like to cancel my subscription temporarily. I contacted Adobe and found out that if I do this I will lose all my project files. I have saved them in PDF format but I will lose all my website page layouts. Does anyone know a way I can save my projects for future use without having to continue to pay for a monthly plan I am not using at all?Stephen

Während der erstellung sieht alles wunderbar aus, wenn ich die Seite veröffentliche oder in die Vorschau gehe, Pixeln die hinterlegten Bilder allerdings... Am Exportformat kann es eigentlich nicht liegen - ich habe mehrere möglichkeiten ausprobiert. Kennt sonst jemand das Problem oder kann mir sagen, wie ich das Problem beheben kann? How do i track my edits on a file in adobe express? I made a file, then a made changes to my file, then i published the changes, how do i see the file before i made those changes?   

Question, does the created QR code on Adobe Express track the amount of times the code is accessed and the website opened?

Hi Everyone - Before the update this summer, Adobe Express Video created an automatic citation slide whenever a stock photo was used. In utilizing this tool now, there is no citation slide, nor does there seem to be a place to find the citations for the stock images. Has anyone found anything of the sort, or did Adobe take this away with their update?
