Adobe should put the Adobe Express features inside the illustrator and also add the image galleries to be added and downloaded to the project folder so that it wants linked images. Create ready and fast layouts. That's what poov wants, an Illustrator in the "CANVA" style.

Hello everybody,I would like to know whether it is possible to shape adobe express templates circle? I tried to use resize function but it does not offer any circle shape. I tried to use crop function but it does not crop background as round. Can anybody help with that?

where the heck did download go, a thumbnail isn't very useful if I can't download it

Hi nothing loads via the desktop app and is slow to use, mobile app works fine and desktop used to work is there a way to go back to the older version it worked fine?

I have a file that won't allow me to look at the layers within nor move objects forward and back. Does anyone know what's going on and how I can fix it? I've attached a photo for reference.

"Cannot open file. There is an image licensing problem. Try later."  

Stops at 20% then a message comes up 'Download failed. An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again'. Tried multiple times. Duplicated video and tried again but no. Emptied cache. Restarted computer. Tried different browser - not downloading. Do not want to split video in half, download in 2 parts and then join together as someone suggested. Video is 13.45 long. It should just download.Thank you.

Hey, nothing happens when I click on the "Duplicate post"-button in the Adobe Express schedule-tool. So if I want to duplicate a post, nothing happens. Please help me.

Hey everyone!   Scheduled social media posts can now be duplicated.  Re-use, re-purpose, or share a post on another social network using this feature. All you need to do is select the post and then 'More options' > 'Duplicate post.'     As we reintroduce this feature, we really appreciate your support and patience!

Scheduled reels appear as video posts in Facebook. I am scheduling reels. So it should appear as reels in Facebook. But it appears as videos. Which is a different post type. Plz take care.

  Hello, as my colleague is soon departing from our company, I'll be taking charge of designing Instagram stories. Her account is[email removed], and mine is [email removed]. To maintain our brand consistency, she shared access to the brand with us, allowing us to edit and use it. I've accepted the invitation to the brand. However, when attempting to set up a story mirroring hers, I'm unable to view the branding colors and fonts on my phone. Interestingly, I can see them on the desktop version, but attempting to use them prompts a message stating that the font is currently unavailable. How can we ensure that I can utilize the brand elements on my account as well, and do so promptly?

Howdy, This ought to be a painfully simple problem and I'm sure there's a solution somewhere... if anyone has wisdom, please share! 1 - I have lots of photos2 - I'd like to generate a bunch of square thumbnails, one for each Yeah.  That's it.  As usual, the Internet has proven useless.  No matter what I search for in terms of generating IMAGE thumbnails, all results (even if I add "-youtube" or "-video") are for video thumbnails. Any tips - including unrelated freeware, etc., are much appreciated.  What I do *not* want to do and am already perfectly capable of is opening each image, one at a time, reducing its dimensions, and cropping a square out of it.  That seems needlessly burdensome in this day and age.   Thanks in advance for any help!Mark

Dear New Adobe, My students love the coloring pages. I would really love it if the elements on a coloring page had the same ability as any other tools and once a student had their color added to the items, those items could be animated. This is valuable because students took initiative to discover these coloring resources on their own, it's unfortunate that it's such a limited resource compared to what the other tools on your platform do. I would really like to be able to push for more creative inspiration from any tool my students select and not be stopped by the limitations in your platform.

Hello!I use lightroom print module for most of my printing and have customized various templates etc. but there seems to be lots of limitations. I'm looking to create some templates so that I an easily add different images.  I want to create something like the image below and hopnig for some helps to confirm: (a) this isn't an option currently in lightroom (b) I'd need to create this teamplate outside of lightroom (c) is it best to use adobe express or photoshop? Thanks in advance, Louise

Is the video caption tool available in the Express video editor? If not, what is the best workflow for creating a video with captions from multiple clips/elements? 

Good morning! I have created a library of templates for an upcoming project for students. Is there any plan to have a published link or shareable link to a library for students rather than sharing to each email address individually? I won't ask teachers to type in 100+ names! I know a few ways I can share out the remixable template links including making a one-page webpage in Express and then sharing that link - but it would be fantastic if there was a way to share out a library by a link to post in our LMS (Schoology) and/or in project directions. 

I meet all the system requirements. I still cant get it to open .Not sure where or what to do next?

I've always worked with pleasure in Adobe Spark. Today, when I opened the Web App, all my projects are gone!The only things that have changed from the last time I logged in (besides Spark now being Express) is that I changed my email address.Things I've tried thus far:- Logging out, closing the browser, rebooting, and loggin in again- Using a private / incognito window.Both made no difference.Any help in recovering my projects would be mnuch appreciated. I'd hate to recreate all that lost work. 😢

Has anyone had this issue before? It happens to me every single time I try to download something with Adobe Express. I have to spam refresh or reopen the project I am trying to download for the file type to HOPEFULLY pop up and let me choose, so I can then click the download button. It is insanely annoying, and never had to deal with anything like this from any other app. Im on my personal PC, and have downloaded projects in the past. It usually takes like 5 attempts, to finally get the file type to appear in the download dropdown. I have spent the last 30 minutes now trying to get my latest project to let me download it and still does not work.... BTW  Adobe support wants to REMOTE ACCESS your PC as their first suggestion when I brought up this issue. yeah... I dont think so.
