Is it really necessary to migrate all old files to the new version and then make the file system new. Hours and Hours of work are gone!

I signed up with Adobe Express on my pc, using my business email address, and the order went through successfully. I was logged into the correct Google Play account when I signed up, and the payment was successfully taken. From my Samsung Galaxy tablet, I made sure I was signed into the correct Google Play account, downloaded Adobe Express onto the tablet, but when I enter my login information, it does not recognize that I have an Adobe Express account (wants me to sub again), and when I click the sub key, it keeps showing me my personal Google Play information, instead of my business Google Play information. I verified that I used the correct email address when I logged into the Adobe Express account, so I don't know why, when both the email address and correct Google Play account are signed in, it is showing me the wrong Google Play account information. How is it I can be logged into the same email address on two different Google Play accounts for the same app? Generally th

Hello,I have an issue that I am facing at the moment with adobe express make animations for vidoe. The problem that I have is when I finish the animation video and I add the voice to the video, after the processing time the websites become glitchy and I am being unable to download or preview the video. Any one facing this issue? When I share a adobe express project with the intent for another person to be able to edit the designs, it keeps removing them as a collaborator. Their notifications are "you accepted an invitation to edit project", then "you are no longer a collaborator on project" everytime I share it with them. Really frustrating. Is there a fix for this? 

Olha gostei de mais da proposta do Adobe Express, mas encontrei algo que deixa a plataforma muito abaixo dos concorrentes. Uma facilidade que o Canva traz é poder importar arquivos AI e PSD, coisa que o Express da Adobe ja era pra vir nativo. Se isso for relevante pensem com carinho pois isso vai facilitar e agilizar uma criação

Trying to invite someone to collaborate on a video project in Express. Other person keeps getting a a message saying "Unable to open document." I tried sharing by putting her email in there, then also tried by emailing her the link to share. Neither worked.

In the newly redesigned Adobe Express social media scheduler, it is no longer possible to recycle and edit past posts for X (Twitter) making this tool less efficient for social media managers. Will this be restored asap? There is also a problem with hashtags translating properly when posted. I'm thinking about switching social media management tools, but would like to use Adobe Express as a subscriber to Creative Cloud.

I published a link for a 4:28 video. When I tested the link it played 0:15 on loop and was automatically muted. I have tried contacting support and just repeatedly get automated messages saying to contact them if I need more help but no actual person helping.

I am working on a collage that requires several images on one page. Scaling the photos down to fit makes them pixelated in a weird way. It isn't "blurry" as much as it distorts, adds grain, and weird. This didn't happen before the update, and it seems not all photos are as susceptible. Some photos in one collage look relatively fine, while others taken by the same device with the same resolution scaled to the same size look terrible. It is bewildering. Also, unusable.  I have tried saving images as a different file format, reducing the size of the images, and increasing the size of the project in Express (even to max) and it does not change this effect. No matter what I try, if I "shrink" the image, I get this. The more I shrink, the worse it gets.  Infuriatingly, if I download it as a PDF, it seems to work fine. I do not need a PDF. Converting a PDF to JPG, even with Max resolution (using Adobe software) produces a much better, but still unusable product. 

The new version of Adobe Express support inline text editing; rather than editing text via a text field in an external panel, you can edit it right within the design canvas.   To edit text, however, you need to first enter the text editing mode. There are several ways to do this:   For a text object that is neither grouped, nor overlaid with others, you can:  Double-click the text object, or  Single-click twice  For other text objects, you'll need to: first select the text object using the Layers panel (see screenshot below), or Repeatedly clicking with the CMD key held down to select objects lower in the layer order then hit the Enter key on the keyboard   Layers Panel   Hope this helps, Abhi G

I just uploaded an 18-page PDF to Adobe Express and I would like to have a music track playing throughout the entire slide show. Not knowing how long it will take people to read through the presentation, it would be best if the track could be looped.  But - the only way to add music seems to be slide by slide which would be awful. Is there a way to just have the track start playing as soon as the reader opens the link and looping until the reader closes the presentation? Thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to link my Ps Element with Express in hopes to make a Template that my Collegue can use. The Asset that I put in the linked Liberary shows pixelated in AE, even though Its actuall Resolution is Ridiculous (See Screenshots) I have even tried saving at approx same resolution as the AE Canvas, with same results.

Is there any "easier" way to move a project from Adobe Express into my Creative Cloud library, other than opening the file, downloading it, navigating to the Library, then uploading the file from my computer's Downloads folder? I'm trying to find some way for Adobe Express to "talk" to my content calendar that lives in AirTable: I'd like a way to "publish" the file and then have that create a record in AirTable that the asset is ready to be tagged to campaigns. I figured out that I can connect Adobe Creative Cloud to AirTable via Zapier and that will create a new record when a file is moved into the library, but there doesn't seem to be any easy way to save an Adobe Express file to the Creative Cloud Library except via download / re-upload. That's pretty annoying and it seems weird those systems wouldn't talk to each other, so I'm wondering if I'm missing something? Thanks!

Adobe Expressで画像を作る際に、写真を貼り付ける選択肢で「デバイスからアップロード」「Lightroomからアップロード」とあった部分が、テキストでAI生成の選択肢に変わっています。 Lightroomから直接画像を引っ張ってくることはできなくなったのでしょうか？不便です！！ 

This new update is horrible and I can't delete any pictures, videos, or clip art I select for my work. The text is broken, my files are all messed up, and now my business and work have both been impacted, Is there ANY way I can resort to the original version? I don't care if I have to download some sort of pack. 

I am unable to access my shared Adobe Lightoom Web libraries that were previously accessible on express.

Can someone please assist with removing a brand in the new vesrsion? I am unbale to remove it.
