Hello! Im about to cry! Need your help! I was working on Adobe Express and the app crashed and deleted 5 hours of progress...how can I recover the deleted work?? 

Hi I have been trying to use Adobe Express for a few days but whenever I click on anything it freezes.  I've deleted the cache many times, and I'm on Chrome browser. Who can I contact on this as all my other Creative cloud Apps suite work fine?   

I’ve been trying to build my personal portfolio site with your web page template (and other templates) but none of the features work as they’re likely intended to be used. For example, I was simply looking to add a Looking to logo of my name. Hi, I hope you have a nice Saturday. I just would like to share a feature suggestion to make Adobe Express better. I'm using it for quite a time, and I would find it useful if there was a file that you can download that would be fully editable in Photoshop and would contain the layers. Also uploading an editable file from Adobe Photoshop to Adobe Express. I personally think that Adobe Express is way better than Canva, but I believe there are lots of people who would be grateful for this editing option. Have a lovely weekend!

What is the best way to report a bug/issue with Adobe Express.Today it has failed to load. Failed to load in Chrome/FF and the Chrome app. Restarted machine, cleared cache, uesd a private tab etc. It loads (so I see inital screen, list of projects etc) then as soon as I go to create a new project or load one - nothing. Lots of cross domain errors in console and requests getting a 499/400 or blocked response status.I've also paused my AV while clearing cache, then reloading to see if it was getting in the way. Same results.If I follow the link in Adobe community to submit a bug report, it bring me to a page for suggestions and no way (that I can see) to submit a report.Any suggestion on how to resolve or submit issue?

I have this very annoying problem. Usually I use express on Mac but I was on the move and I tried to make an Instagram story on my iphone. When I tried to insert a picture, I can't access directly to Google drive files. I can access to it only through files app (on iOS) but it has some problems to show previews etc. Any suggestions? Thanks

I write for a living and need this to wortk ASAP. My projects won't fully load. The project appears but it never fully loads and all buttons are greyed out. The status bar spins. It's been like this for a week. My computer is 3 months old and is up to date. Help!

 

It does not save the animations, only the images, when I click on download video the application exits, I need help please 

Is there a way to animate cell individually on mobile?    e.g. I'm using the 3 row Instagram Stories template and I'd like the photo in each cell to move in different directions. 

I'm trying to open a flier in Adobe Express I created. It contains a stock image from the program, but now it won't open because it says I don't have rights to the stock image. Is there a way to open it without the image altogether? I don't mind changing the image (even though I used Adobe's stock images), but I'd rather not start from scratch.

Is there a way to add hair highlights in Adobe Express? I know it's supported in Photoshop, but I'm using Express because ... it's free.If the consensus is 'no', then can anyone recommend to me a (free) alternative way to get this done?Thanks

Hello, I am running into a problem with Adobe Express (web) regarding that an editor added to my presentation cannot publish & share. We are using Adobe Express presentations for our students' portfolios. Upon graduation we would like students to still be able to edit & use their sites even if their school emails are no longer valid. How can they share the presentation sites with their personal email and be able to publish / share any changes? Currently it appears only the "owner" can publish/share updates.

HelloI keep getting a Request Timed Out error almost everytime I try to remove the background to my images. Not every image. Sometimes it works but I've been getting this message too many times now that I'm frustrated.I'm on my mac. I've tried clearing cookies on both Chrome and Safari. Restarted the compter and all apps. Have tried resizing images to make them smaller for removing background but nothing is working.What else can I try. I don't think using Adobe Express should really be this difficult and unreliable.Thanks 😊 

I cant find where to add a favicon instead of the adobe spark icon. I also can't get the name 'my page' to change. Meaning when you publish then go to the page, then browse some other pages, when you go back through your browser history to find the page all there is the adobe spark favicon and the title 'my page' It looks a bit wierd especially when a client is viewing your website. And after tries to find it in their browser history. They are not looking for 'my page' they are looking for the business of the website they were looking at. I have other sites done with spark and they all have the spark logo but one in particular is the only one with 'my page' as well as the spark logo.  If the favicon is not an option does anyone know how to at least change the name of the project so it will appear as that project in browser history searches? I changed it on project title on the adobe spark home page where my projects are but that didnt work. Is there somewhere else it needs to be c

Over the past few years I used Adobe Spark, now Adobe Express, to create webpages.  I created them from within my browser with no downlaoding of Express being required. I now use Adobe Portfolio, but I want to create a webpage like I used to with Express. I am not seeing an option to create a webpage, and it seems I have to download the software. Questions:1. Can I no longer create webpages using Express?2. It looks like I can not create unlimited webpages like before, but have a max 2gb storage on the free plan. Is this correct? Thank you   

Is it possible to export CC Express files and open them in another program? Maybe open them in inDesign for example? 

Hello, I created a logo using your adobe express logo maker. I chose an icon from your selection (trident) that I want to be the face of my brand. My only conern is, am I able to print my logo on tshirts or any other form of business material or product and make money off it? Also, wouldn't other people be able to use the same icon within their logo in your logo maker as well? I want to make sure I follow all legal precautions. Is there any way to buy that icon so no one else can use it in their logo? Thank you!

I've had no issues up until now but suddenly whenever I try to add an element from the 'elements' folder, it appears very briefly on my work and then immediately disappears, with no indication that the command ever happened. Undoing undoes the change made previously, and redo is not an option.. I'm on iPad in case this is an iOS issue?
