Questions

I've created projects in Express that do not show up in my libraries. How can I get them to my libraries OR is there a way to copy the template and send it to libraries?

I’ve now lost a second project.. which I’ve spent the whole month working on… and it is urgently needed. I need this case to be escalated to a high up manager. It is totally unacceptable that work is entrusted to Adobe servers and it just vanishes. More than just a once-off case. I can no longer trust Adobe to save my work…. I am devastated. How am I supposed to meet my deadlines if I have to start from scratch again. And what will go missing next?

 I've had no trouble connecting my instagraam business account witht the scheduler, but everytime I plan to post something on the facebook page I get the following message:"As this technical issue is less common, our team will need to look into this to identify what went wrong".I've tried to connect and reconnect a couple of times as suggested in a much older post, but that doesn't make any difference, even when I've been careful to follow the instructions in regards to connecting the facebook page. I'm not sure what to do or how to make it work - anyone had similar issues?

Adobe Express project is unable to open. 

Giving me a link to the user manual pc version Is a good example of my concern over the support mobile users using AE get. I’m going to figure it out myself thank you. I had to call up Adobe and file a complaint to get my thread taken down because the community expert I was interacting with chose to be unprofessional and left my e mail address visible. Let me give you one last piece of advice, build the support into the app, hints is weak at best and it wouldnt be very hard to have a search bar for questions about the user interface, linking them to help and for Heaven sake, use the mobile version for a mobile tutorial.

Hi,I created an Adobe Express page with a ton of content and once I saved and exited, it will not let me go back in and edit. I just get the screen with the colorful wheel and it never goes to the edit page. Any ideas? 

Hace unas semanas, creo que con alguna actualización dejo de tomar los cambios de color en las fuente.. los colores varían entre el blanco, negro o gris.. adjunto foto donde modifique al color fucsia  y el color que se ve es negro.Esto me ocurre en la versión móvil tengo un Samsung s21 ultra.En la versión web si toma los cambios de color. 

Hi!My team is beginning to use Express and I was wondering if there's a way we can move the Brand to our Team library? Also, is there a way that I can also have editing access to the Brand? My coworker created it and shared it with me but I don't have access to edit/add to it.

I have successfully connected to Pinterest and Facebook using the same account.  I changed my Instagram account to Pro.  Go thru the same steps and it keeps saying connectioin failed, with no advice as to why. 

When using the Adobe Express mobile app, the photo stream doesn't show all the photos from my phone and when I go to select one to add to a project, it won't allow me to add it to a project. My preferences are set to allow access to all photos. What else should I be checking?

I am creating social media graphics that need to be updated on-the-go (like sporting event updates). Since Adobe has yet to add the "shadow" effect which has been widely requested, I have resorted to duplicating a layer and using the duotone filter and blur function to "create" a shadow.  Although it's extra steps, this works well and looks good when I use Express on my desktop Chrome browser. The problem occurs when I attempt to edit the project using the Adobe Express app on my iPhone. When opened, the blurred image completely changes to a solid shape with hard edges. Trying to adjust the blur effect in the iphone app does not change it. If I close the app and reopen, the project returns to its orginal appearance. However, I need to be able to export the graphics from my phone and cannot do that without any shadows I have created appearing as solid blobs. What gives?

Hi everyone, I am trying to connect my Instagram account to Adobe Express Scheduler for a month(((I got an error on Adobe Express "Failed Connection" but my Facebook said  “You've previously linked Adobe Express to Facebook". I don't know what to do. I read all the replies in this community but nothing helps. If anyone has any suggestions what to do, I would be greatly appreciative.

Hi, first time using Adobe Slidehsow but I can't find a way to transition between still images. Yes I can animate, blur etc each slide but how do you control the transitions and timing BETWEEN slide and add fades / wipes etc. I also want to add text on some slides but I think I've got that covered. I set up a non standard size 1344 x 768 so I cannot use the Video option as this only gives me widescreen and square.

Hello!I'm trying to create a multi page project in Adobe Express. If I go in "Templates" section (where it is possibile to choose free and premium templates) and I click on a template it allows me to create a new project or add the template as the new page in the same project.I want to do the same with models I personally created and added to a shared library, but when I go to a library and choose a model It only allows me to create a new project with it. Is it possible is some way to add the template as new page in the opened project instead?I recorded a quick video of the problem... Hello everyone, since a few days ago I have a problem with the app (android) and the automatic dark mode, because when I have the dark mode enabled on my phone some colors or images in the application tend to look negative, which forces me to disable the dark mode. Is there any solution for this? You should implement an option to change the theme in the app.

Hello, im havig an issue seeing the content I post on Adobe Express on my desktop to the the app. When I get a notification that it's time to post. When I click on the notification, I don't see the post that I scheduled. This has been going on for two weeks! When will this issue be resolved?  I have no issues with Facebook or Twitter. 

These are not new problems for me. And it's all  happening again. It's pretty annoying when trying to get projects done. -fonts I install have disappeared. I reinstalled them on PC, now they don't show up on mobile. -projects do not sync between iPhone and PC laptops-program often runs slow, glitches, stalls, and crashes     

Every time I make a change it says "saving..." forever and nothing ever happens. When I try to download it nothing happens. Can someone help please

I'm currently having an issue with adding the Adobe Express app to a team in Microsoft Teams. Going through the motions of adding an app, once you get to the screen that usually has configuration settings that need to be set to click 'Save', it stays as an empty white box.  Looking at the source of that iframe (https://express-cs.adobe.io/edu-organizer/cc-spark-edu/msteams/configuration ) shows there's data there, it just doesn't render in the browser. I've tested this not only in Teams itself, but in several browsers over several operating systems to ensure it's not a specific computer issue. I've also tested this on a different network to ensure it's not our web filtering. Is this a known bug, or is this a 'me' issue? Thanks.

Whenever I export an image from Creative Cloud, it’ll export in insanely bad quality. Also when going onto the computer to try there its also terrible quality, I can export the photo but I cant go in and edit it on the computer. It tells me I need this subscription to do so and offers a free trial. I clicked on free trial and it brings me to a new page where im signed out. When I sign back in it takes me away from the page. Now its just a cycle of that. Clicking on free trial, getting logged out on the purchasing page. Logging back in and being taken back to my homepage. What tf?

I have a bunch of project photos taken with my samsung Galaxy s10+, then uploaded directly to the adobe express app. When I try to open them on my Macbook Air (OS Monterey 12.6.3) the project photos either dont appear and the canvas stays blank white, or I can see the photo start to load before it just fades to black with no options to recover the photo content. I have tried on the app for mac, as well as chrome(with a cache wipe), modzilla, & safari browsers including on incognito modes. The projects still load properly on my mobile device, however the tools I need are not avalible on mobile. It would appear something seems broken but if it is a user error on my part, are there any suggestions on how to fix these issues? Thanks
