I really apprecaite LinkedIn express and it adds a lot of value to the subscripton. I apprecate how much easier it makes posting regular and timely LinkedIn Content, allowing me to schedule and get on with my other tasks knowing that it will be taken care of. However, the main issue I have with the program is the limited nature of tagging a company in a scheduled post. I am able to tag a company only if by good fortune it is the one that actually comes up when I type in the name. I would really apprecaite if this can be looked at. There is obviously some way for this to be worked as it is there even if it is in the most basic form. Whether you are able to tag a company using only it's linkedin number to help with identifying the correct company. Hopefully a solution can be found because I see it as a major drawback. Thank you.

I seem to have reached a limit on how many folders I am able to create in my Adobe Express account. The option for creating a new folder has gone away?

Long story short, my web browser would not let me log out of my work email into my personal email to see all the projects I've been working on.  I tried deleting the work email so that it would let me log out of my work email and into my personal.  I guess the two were some how linked and now all my projects have been deleted. If anyone has any tips or tricks or a customer service number I can call or email that would be great! 

Privacy question: When I upload a file to convert it to a gif and then download it, how long does the original file stay on Adobe's servers? Or is it deleted as soon as I've downloaded it/left the page?Thanks

I've been getting this message on existing projects for months with no solution. This is an Adobe font, which I've deactivated and reactivated several times. The font works when I create a new project, but every time I open an existing project, I get this message (even though it is active in my Adobe fonts account) and I am unable to edit my project in Express.  I've recreated the project several times, but once I close it I am unable to make any edits because this message pops up when attempting to open it. 

I am unable to access my Adobe Express projects in my personal account nor in my corporate (business) account. I had access to them last week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I am just setting up Scheduler for a business that I manage. Twitter connected, no issue. IG connected, no issue (see screenshots IG 1, IG 2). When connecting with IG I went through my personal Facebook account which has access to edit/manage the business, it asked to select the right business page for FB and for IG; when looking at the FB side looks like Adobe Express is able to post to both IG and FB. On the Scheduler side I still see IG as connected only. So, I click to connect Facebook. The Facebook connection is different than the IG connection, it shows only groups I am apart of, no pages to connect (see screenshots FB 1, FB2).  How do I connect Facebook (business page)?? If I create a QR code in Adobe express, will I or anyone that scans the code, receive ads? And will my or the scanee's person al information be tracked or used by Adobe or a 3rd party? In other words, is the Adobe express QR Code creator free free?

Hello So, I've used ContentCal for my organisation's social media for almost two years. As they've been acquired by Adobe, they will cease operations and have asked me to switch to Adobe Express instead. I have no problem with that, but two problems with Adobe Express itself have occurred:- When I log into Adobe Express in my browser or on the app, I don't have a 'Schedule' button as every guide on Adobe otherwise would suggest. I've managed to find the scheduler by searching for it on Google (schedule.adobe.com). I'm logged in and can make posts with photos and videos - which also posts on the social media platforms if they have the correct size and aren't too big in size.- If they don't have the correct size or are too big, however, another problem occurs. I know that Instagram and other social media platforms have API restrictions, meaning that photos and videos can't be posted if they have the wrong aspect ratio and/or are too big in size. Hello all,I hope this message finds you well. I am encountering a problem with the Adobe Express Scheduler, where the chosen images for social media posts are being automatically scaled to 1980px in width, as stated on the Adobe Express Help page. However, according to a LinkedIn size guide, the optimal width for LinkedIn posts is 1080px.I would like to understand why Adobe Express is scaling the images to 1980px and if there is a way to maintain the quality of the images while using the Scheduler feature. I would greatly appreciate any information or suggestions on this matter.Thank you!Dirk

HI, I am using this new adobe express and having several error messages (and not posting) my content. There is no issue about the number of caracters or the size of the image - I checked.My connection with my account on Instagram is ok and I am using the premium subscription. Someone could hemp me to understand what's ha[ppening please ?  Thnaks Nathalia 

Hi,  Will you be adding a "Calendar Notes" feature similar to ContentCal? E.g. On the 14th of February, you can add a custom note next to this day "Valentine's Day" to make it easier to remember popular days for social media planning use. 

Is it possible (or will be become possible) to share an Adobe Express Content Schedule with another individual so they are able to see the upcoming content that is scheduled to be posted to social media accounts? 

I lived several time.I start a project, and working on many hours. And when I close it, I cannot open next time, because I need premium subscription. The reason: I used a premium font.But there is no warning, or anything else that shows me that font is premium. And there is no selection like "open my work but with standard font". Just "pay or you will not get back your work"

I've been trying to download a storyboard I made and it keeps saying Failed to Fetch, but will download in other formats. I had to download each board seperatly as pictures and hop on Canva to download as one PDF to email to co-workers.

How can I move an object around freely without the background?

I just started  using Adobe Express - which is not listed as a foum here,  but I hope that someone will be able to answer my question.  I just spent almost 2 hrs on the Chat where in spite of specifying that I need help with Adobe Express 5 times - I was being being put therough to the "wrong team" time after time, with very long wait in between. Finally I got a "specialist" in Adobe Express who could not comprehend what I was saying, in spite of me repeating it very clearly about 8 times. NOT a good eperience with Adobe Support which makes me wonder about their level of training. Here is my question:I uploaded an image 2501 x 2502 px, 358 kb of "weight" as I call it (you can't call two different parameters by the same name "size", it's illogical and terribly confusing).  I then resized it down to 2000 x 2000 px and downloaded. I did not do anything else with it.Then I saw that this image - SMALLER than before, now has a whopping weight of 1.57 Mb !!!My questio

is there anyone on this forum who kows Adobe Express well and understands the difference between the image dimensions in px and its resolution in kb/Mb, who can explain this glitch? thanks

I just wanted to throw out the idea that it would be wonderful if there were editing/proofing and review features for the social content scheduler that allows multiple users in the same company account comment/revise/and review the content together for any updates or changes needed before scheduling out. Happy to see and use this scheduler, but having the proofing capability would really help!
