Questions

I use Express in my classes. I show how to create an account, the options, etc. while using a computer display while students use the mobile app on phones. Only now, once you select the plus option on the mobile app, the webpage option is no longer an option, or at least we can't find it. The option is still available when using a computer. The only options are such things as flyers, Instagram posts, etc. Webpage and video are not even available options if I do a search. Help! 

How can I design the complete book cover? I didn't get further than the front page. Thank you.

Hi there, hope someone from the community can help me as we have a collaborative project created on Adobe Express. For some reason today, it went missing from my projects tab. I attached screenshots below, one from my notifications to see that I did have collaborators committed to this project, but I am not seeing this project in my "Projects" tab. Any ways of recovering this would be greatly appreciated as we had input from folks who had went on PTO since. 

Express scheduler needs the following features ASAP:   - collaborate on posts (review and approval delegations, edit/collaboration permissions with team members, shared content collaboration) - alt tags - SRT/caption file uploads for video - IG threads integration - schedule posts to IG reels and stories - analytics integrations

When my Adobe Express Trial ends, if I decide to upgrade to Premium, will I still have access to all of the other Premium Apps that are included in the Trial?

When adding a person to my Instagram template, I remove the background. In the preview, the background is removed from an image (the man standing). However, when I download the project as a PNG, the background re-appears. I've also tried to download it as a JPG. Still the background re-appears. Any ideas on how I can fix this issue? It does not happen with everything I create. Thanks.  

Hi therei have found a background I would like to use on adobe express. I'd like to add something to the background, am I then able to sell it as a a3 poster/print on the likes of Etsy etc? it is a background that is avaliable to a free user. 

I am currently trying to set up my free classroom account for teachersThe issue is that my school is not recognized by the official list provided to Adobe, so I decided to request to add my school. But when I try to enter my first and last name, it keeps giving me the prompt "Enter a valid First/Last Name". I am very confused and I don't want to use Canva. Can someone please help. Thank you

Unable to test out the Adobe Express beta features. I keep getting a message stating I am out of space. I believe I have the space but if I dont I'm unable to view files to delete and create more space. Please help. thanks 

Hi there, Look, i live in Japan, but i can't read Japanese, when i log into my account for adode spark, it always show Japanese language at first, i have to log off and log in again for English, if i refresh the page... it's going back to Japanese. What can i do?

Hello, everyone; I have a problem trying to get into Express and FireFly; for some reason, after I log in to any of the 2 Beta programs, starting looping again and again, asking for the password, Does anyone know how to fix that? Adobe is trying, but no answers after four days.

Will adobe spark pages (and links) continue to be available after Beta phase of Adobe Express is complete? In the new Adobe Express (beta), the pages are not showing up in "Your current stuff." To find the pages, I have to select "Go to prior version of Adobe Express."  Once the prior version goes away, will I still be able to access the files?  How can they be transferred? Will the links still work?

The web and app version have no sync functionality for me at all. I have tried both ways; creating projects on mobile, not synced to the web client; creating project on web, not syncing to the mobile client. It worked a few months back for a project I made, but I have since deleted it on the desktop version, but it has stayed on the mobile version permanently and I can't delete it there.- I have quadrupled checked that both devices are on the same account- I have uninstalled the mobile client, cleared the cache, e.t.c.- I have waited two weeks for my project file to sync- I have heard about some sort of sync over wifi feature, but can not locate such a setting in the mobile or web versions of the app.The web and app version have no sync functionality for me at all. Hi!Is it possible to make a recurring post e.g. (monthly/weekly) to all connected accounts? If not, is it planned to introduce such option?

When I select + to add images, I select gallery, however only the stills are displayed, I can't find any videos? 

The latest update seems to have a bug where the project will not export properly. Only parts of the design appear while others are missing. I've tried everything, including deleting and reinstalling the app. 

I want to use 2 Adobe Fonts for a brand kit in Adobe Express Beta. Both were installed using Adobe Fonts. One of the fonts, Libre Franklin, is available for upload in Express, and uploads successfully. The other, Literata Variable, does not show in the list of fonts available for upload in Express, nor is it found in a search when trying to upload in Express.I had the same 2 fonts installed from Google Fonts in my Library/Fonts folder, and had to remove them to install the Adobe Versions. I have tried everything I can think of to make Literata available, but no sucess. Need a solution as soon as possible to meet deadlines.

For some unknown reason, every time I try uploading any images today, I get the attached generic error message - is there a known glitch currently being fixed?

I have tried reloading, using different browsers and computers but still nothing works. I'm scared that I've just lost my entire work... if there's any way to recover this?
