Hi,I have Adobe CC subscription and I've recently started using Adobe Express and its Logo Maker. However, whenever I'd like to download or customize the logo, I'm stuck with such error. I'm logged in Adobe, got no idea what to do. Will be grateful for help 

Hello community, I have been working on a digital photo which is approximately 1501x2400 pixels in size which is like an 8 x 10 photo however, when I try to post to social media like Instagram, for example, the whole picture is not able to be seen and part of the top or bottom gets cut off because I think Instagram is limited to a 4:5 format. what I was wondering was which app would be the best to resize my photo to fitness format without losing any details or portion of the photo as well as not flattened the image which would look distorted. Can anyone offer suggestions? If I try to just simply use my iPad or iPhone photos app to try to change the format to 4:5 again either the top or the bottom gets cut off. I'm hoping there is some app that would automatically resize it for Instagram format and not lose the integrity of the complete photo. Thank you.

I am trying to edit some of my old files on Adobe Spark, but I keep getting a message that I need to update the app in order to access my brand features? I am on a subscription plan, and it seems to be keeping my apps up-to-date. So what's going on ?How do I proceed?

When I set out, I didn't realize there was a 30-page limit for each project. I've reached the limit on the first project, in the middle of a chapter, and now I'd like to create a second project to finish the ebook. When I'm done with the second project, how can I merge the two projects together? Is this even possible? My goal is to have two projects merged, or at the very least two PDFs of the projects, so I can self-publish the book and also publish on Amazon ebooks. What is the best way to go about this so I have one single ebook to submit instead of two parts of an ebook? Thanks!

Currently evulating Content Scheduler, following the announcement of Content Cal being discontinued. Is Content Scheduler going to have simular features under their Setup page similaur to Content Cal's? Setup Options under Contern Cal:-Connections-Planning Channels-Instagram GridCategory Tags-Hastags-Snippets Setup Options under Content Scheduler (Adobe Express):- Connections-Date and Time orefrences- Facebook Link Preview editing 

I keep getting a THIS PAGE ISN'T HERE FOR YOU, BUT WE ARE message every time I try and log in to my account. Does anyone know what is the issue?

I have seen a few posts from last year (2022) asking about this feature and I am wondering if the team is any closer to implementing this feature? Most social media managers handle more than one Instagram account, for example, and having to login and logout is not very user-friendly. We love you Adobe, evenstill this feature would be amazing.

I'm experiencing problems in deleting templates from a Library in AdobeExpress. The library contains something like 200 templates and is shared with 30plus people. Deleting from other smaller libraries is no problem. I've tried to delete the templaes from CreativeCloud both the app version, the web version and directly in express.adobe to no avail. I'm also experiencing problems with this particular library as it takes a very long time to save a template to it (hours/days). Saving to any other library is no problem.The workaround at the moment has been to open a new library and resharing it to all the users. How would I avoid a library becoming sluggish and unresponsive? Is ther a maximum number of templates it can contain?Thanks for your help.

Hello, I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra; since the launch of Adobe Express (mobile app) and it's Background Removal feature in the Quick Actions it always freezes on me, saying "Something went wrong - Please try again. I have reinstalled the app and cleared the cache many times to try and resolve this with no luck. Please help, this feature is super handy.

I am trying to upload a saved photo (as a jpg and png) to adobe express and it keeps coming up with "Oops we ran into a problem. Please try again" yet it uploads other photos saved as jpg and png. I have rebooted laptop, cleared cache. Any ideas would be welcome - getting frustrated...   Thank you

I see that the current available platforms are Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.  Are there any plans to add other platforms to the list to choose from?  I'm specifically interested in Google My Business profiles at this time.Thank you! 

Hello! Is there a limit for adding colors in your "Current colors board"?I can only have 6 color.

Why are clip lengths limited to 30 seconds? Trying to make any kind of content several minutes long in the video editor is painful, please please look at changing this! 

I am trying to convert a .mp4 to a gif. The file is 30 seconds, and 11MB. When I try and upload, I get an error stating the file type is not supported. I refreshed my Chrome browser, and tried using Safari, and still get the same error. Anyone know why, or another easy way to convert it?

Adobe express has a 32 image limit? Is that true? Can it be expanded? My sudents qre making images that need more! Thank you!

I have several SM platforms and some how I keep getting a duplicate post. How do I delete that?

I am creating some pages for education purposes and to make it more friendly I want to set up some anchor links for a better navegation. To do so, I did a sumarry with 10 contents and bellow of which section a create a link to scroll up back to summary. Inicially it seemed really good, but then I realized that some buttons were not working well. The issue is that, when the user click, e.g on the button to scroll up and scroll down without chose one topic on the summay the button will not work anymore becouse the webpage name will be still the same. Which means that, once you ckick in a link/button that link will not work anymore untill you clique on another one.  How can I solve this problem?Kind regardsThiago
