Want to move projects from Iphone (Adobe Express) to desktop (Adobe Express). 

Hi, I'd like to add a video to my Instagram stories template. I can't however seem to make it work. Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks in advance!

I am looking at signing up and did a samople video edit but there is music playing over the top of my edited video. Any ideas why it's happened and how to get rid of it. 

Hello - Has anyone used a newsletter template? I'm only finding single-page templates. ? Does anyone know if there multi-page ones? A single-page newsletter template seems to defeat the purpose, since I have to design the rest of the pages from scratch (they're not all going to look like the cover).Thank you!Dawn

Could you tell me how/where to sign up for a white-label version of Adobe Express that I could embed in my website?

I reported this many many months ago (maybe over a year ago).  The Adobe CSR that I spoke to (via chat I believe it was) acknowledged that it was, in fact, a bug and they claimed that they reported it and it would be fixed. It's still not fixed.  Can someone here help? 1) Go to the "Projects" page from the main screen2) Search for a project name in the top search bar3) Hover over the project and select the three dots in the top-right corner4) Select "Find In Projects" In theory, this should show you where your project is located in the file tree.  Instead, it just takes you back to the main "Project" screen.  It doesn't actually do anything helpful. My organization has 20+ folders and hundreds of projects.  Having a working "Find In Projects" function would be helpful.

On multiple occasions I have uploaded portrait, 1080x1920, video to be posted on Facebook and Instagram, but when they have been posted they have been landscape. When previewed in the scheduler they show the videos as portrait but sometimes when I reopen them to take change it from being a draft it then shows it in landscape in the preview. Is there a way to make sure it doesn't get rotated in adobe scheduler

I mistakenly connected my Adobe Express Scheduler to a FB business page that I dont use, instead of my regular FB page.  Now I cant find a way to fix that.  I have deleted the erroneous page.  Can anyone help me here?

Hello, I am new to the graphic design world and I haven't been able to find the answer to this question. I am wanting to use adobe express or the creative cloud as it is known now to create designs for my online store for merchandise. I do not want to use adobe stock library but I would like to use the design assets and shapes in adobe express. Would I need to purchase an extended license to use these assets/shapes or is it all the same library? I haven't been able to find where to buy the design asserts extended license but I can find the adobe stock extended license page. I am sorry if this is a common knowledge question, I just want make sure I don't do anything to infringe copyright.

I am printing cards made in adobe express on which i attach a hand made bracelet to sell. I use images from adobe express on that card. Can i legally use these images ( assets ) with the limited license from adobe express. The license page of the website says i can use it when they buy it because of the bracelet and not for the asset. I am selling the bracelet and the card is just a nice wrapping tool. ty in advance 

Hello;I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Annual account. I just discovered Adobe Express and it's Super Successful! But I have a few questions about it. When searching for photos for the project, there is a crown icon, when I hover over it, it says "You Have Access" and when I click on them, it loads the project without any warning. Will I be charged for these later? You can find the screenshots below. Thank you from now !

App does not save changes even when it says "saved'. I am using a laptop and the latest version of windows 11. The app crashes frequently. I have difficulty adding text boxes or moving them. The app slows to a crawl

Hello!I am using Express on the latest version of Chrome (Windows 11 PC) to create a simple newsletter. When I opened my project today, I have tried making very simple changes (e.g. bolding a header, etc.). Problem is, after each change, I recieve the message: Sorry, we were unable to save the latest changes to your design. Please refresh the page or try again. I've tried both options multiple times to no avail, have cleared my cache, have logged out and back in... I am at a loss for what to try next. Ideas??

I'm looking for an arrow in the design assets.  Just a simple handdrawn arrow pointing up.  It found like more than 1,000.  but it won't load past the first 40 shown.  How to load the others?

When launching the Adobe Express Embedded designer using the ccEveryWhere.createDesign, the inputParams aspectRatio property is ignored and always defaults to 1:1. Even when using your exact example provided in the SDK documentation.

Bonjour, J'ai un problème avec la planification disponible sur creative cloud. J'ai respecté toutes les étapes avec un instagram d'entreprise liée à une page Facebook. Ma publication était prévu aujourd'hui a 11h30. A ma grande surprise le post n'a pas été effectué avec comme message d'erreur : "As this technical issue is less common, our team will need tilook into this to identify what went wrong" J'aimerai avoir plus de renseignement sur ce problème. Sachant que c'est impossible de contacter directement le service client. Merci d'avance pour vos retours.
