 So why i did left a review about horrible quality is that my video is beinh shot on Iphone 10x on 1080px to 60fps and whag does your app do is it lowers the quality of the video so bad like 360 pixels and it makes all blurry i love your app but this doesn't come to video only it comes to pictures as well please fix this problem and make video to be saved the way the quality was !

I am trying to post an AE project to Facebook.  The project is published.  We are connected to the social media (facebook).  After clicking "add new" the dialog box comes up.  I can choose facebook, set the date and write some text.  When I click on the "add media" my project does not show up.  A few old projects show up there but not any current ones.  What am I doing wrong?Thanks for the help.

It constantly fails to download brand assets so you can't edit projects that are branded.This is really more of a bug report but Adobe doesn't seem to allow you to submit those in a normal way, the bot chat connects you to an agent to then hangs up on you as soon as it's clear it's something negative. I've never seen worse customer service. 

1. I installed the Adobe Creative Cloud Express App in my laptop, and I started it. When I started it, I had problems to delete some projects at the same time, because I can't did it in the App. Even there's a check point in the superior left part in all the projects, when I select someone of this, I don't have the option "Delete projects" because it look like out of service.2. At the moment when I delete the projects one by one, if these are in the central part of the page, automatically after this, it return me to the start of the page. I don't know why, but this is a continuosly problem. - Please, I need help. Thank u so much.

  Hello,We're getting a error message. And saying to contact with all this information (not shown here) but I do not know how to contact Adobe through email so I am posting here, hoping to see if I can get Adobes' attention. It doesn't open on any computer. 

I'm so frustrated. I've been using Express for simple creatives.  A huge fan. But now, I just continue to cycle through refresh pages and can't seem to create anything anymore. If I add a picture, I get an error to refresh and start over. If I add text, error. I've cleared cache, cookies and there's nothing that I seem to be able to accomplish with this tool anymore. I hate to move to Canva but it seems more steady and reliable at this point. Sucks to start over with the library I have here.  

The app won't even open. I downloaded it and tried to open and it just flashes like it going to open then says app isn't responding. I tried uninstalling and redownloading it but its still doing the same thing.You guys wrote back stating to check my wifi connection.I have already attempted that as well. Also tried it on just my phone's data and still nothing.

Das Problem kann folgendermaßen nachvollzogen werden: Bild als Hintergrundebene fixieren.Neues Bild frei auf das Bild positionieren und anschließend dieses mit dem Tool Mischen -> Negativ setzen. Beim Abspeichern der Datei wird der Effekt eliminiert, was für Bildkompositionen sehr ärgerlich ist. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlg noch dazu: es wäre angenehm, wenn man einzelne Layer visuell auswählen könnte statt umständlich über das Verschieben oder Ändern der Reihenfolge.

Customers are sending me files they made in express. They do not have bleeds. They can not fiugure out how to add bleeds, come on adobe this should be an easy step. Anyone know how to?

I love that I don't have to export my images and then bring into another scheduling platform. However this tool is only so good if I still have to go to the native platforms to get my analytics. I would love to see this feature baked in. I also really like how Meta uses "saved" hashtags and hashtag groups. I would love to see this feature brought in as well.

I accidentally said it could only access select photos from my phone, and now, even after looking through the settings and trying different things, I cannot upload or access any more images. How do I change my preference?

Our company pays for the Gotham Font family for our brand. It has never been a problem uploading the font and using it, but now I can't get Gotham to show up in the app on my phone. I use this app so much when I am away from my computer, and I always need to get quick social posts out. I have removed the fonts from my desktop brand and added them back in, and they are working as expected on the desktop but not pulling over to the app. 

I have an Adobe premier account but don't have the scheduler button on my webpage. Any ideas?

Hi there Currently using Adobe Express across a desktop, iPad and iPhone. Today I was able to use Express to edit one of my designs on my phone and it synced across all devices. After this I noticed one design was missing from my phone only.I tried logging out and back in to see if it would force the phone app to sync but no luck. So tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Now I have lost access to all my designs via my phone. For context: I am logged in as same account on three devices right now. If I edit a template on iPad/desktop it syncs instantly between both devices including editing previous designs I have created. Anything I do on my phone does not sync to my overall account. It's as if my phone is a separate account BUT it does have access to my libraries for elements I regularly include in designs. It is only designs themselves which are not carrying across devices. Help!

Hi, as far as I can see it isn't possible to add a video to a graphic layout in Adobe Express - is this feature available or at least considered for future updates? For social media these days video is such an important medium, and more and more creators use video backgrounds or video footage as part of their visuals in graphics, in addition to still images. I use it a lot on my website and on social, not just on reels, to add movement and interest and captivate with a graphic. I've always preferred Adobe over Canva and to be honest the new features of Express are great. But not being able to add video to a layout at this point in time, when other apps like Canva allows you to and with a lot of flexibility on how you can integrate it into the design as well, it seems like a very big miss on Adobe's side. Especially since Adobe CC suite is so vast and so much more complex in the range of tools it offers. 

I am trying to find out how post flyers to Instagram/FB/Twitter for multiple days at a time. Currently I only see that you have to manually schedule posts individually on the day that you want to publish. I want to be able to make a flyer and schedule it for several days at a time. Is this possible?

The edit i done is different in app and the image.

I am trying to create a flyer, but the fonts in a text box are in all caps and of different sizes.  I have tried to change the size of the fonts and sizes of the letters but apparently this is not possible.  I am in the "try-before-you-buy" period with Adobe Express and I am wondering why I am messing with this issue and not just cancel my trial period and not subscribe to Adobe Express?

Whether its background remover which is useless or the post schueduler( not including the text copy!!!!) or just losing my pictures and text and leaving a bunch of empty layers. Not worth the money or hassle when you can accomplish these tasks on other apps... Please fix tons of issues, should not have to rely on customers to get your product working correctly. And still not way to adjust a background on the phone??? even the one on the webapp is junk, cuts to much or to little or just distorts that area. why is this product even in the wild, seems like no testing happened before it was released and its still in BETA, might as well refund all the users who have to report issues.

Hi guys, I have some questions regarding how videos are saved and how to manage their editing and recording with Adobe Express and a Chromebook / web browser environment. I am currently working in a school where grade 5 students work on Macbook air. Until now, for their expo works they generally created videos and exported them to the web. For budget reasons, we may have to switch to Chromebooks within the next two years.I already made some tries using a Chromebook and editing videos with Adobe Express. So far, it works correctly BUT :- Are the videos we create automatically stored in the cloud or is it possible to work with a local file ?- If it's not possible to work with a local file, since those video records generally happen within the same timeslot in the year, do you have any idea of the Bandwidth we may need for up to 90 students using Adobe Express at the same time ? Thank you for your help.

For the last several days I have had trouble downloading my designs in creative suite as Transparent PNGs. The download of the design happens, but the background is whiteOR - There is now Transparent option available in the download dialog menu?  What is going on?
