My Adobe Express file will not publish at all. I've tried over 20 times, and when I save the link it always loads to 50% before the site crashes.  I have a decent amount of computer space, have a 2 year old Macbook, my wifi connection is strong (I've also tried it in multiple places), I have 1 tab open on Safari (Express) and most importantly no other site gives me this issue at all. Only Adobe Express is this buggy. And it's not the file size either, because it was already like this from the second I created my presentation.  Please find me a consistent solution to this problem. 

So I can acces my old Adobe Spark projects on the deskto but not on the app. However if I make a new project on the app it shows on the desktop.

Hi there, I'm trying to find a way to change the timezone that's used (or ever establish what timezone's used) when scheduling a post in Adobe Express. You can set the time for the post but it gives no indicaiton of what this timezone is or how to change it. Can anyone help with this? Sure I'm being stupid!

Hello! Below is an file exported from Express. I often have this problem where the font gets cut off. I have tried making this the second line of the text and having the first line outside the image area, that doesn't help. It's an Adobe font. Anyone have a solution?

Wondering if it is possible to have a menu on an Adobe Express web page to allow users to navigate between sections of the page?

how many fonts are thereand where to see this after you click on a text box on right sidebar under 'main style'there's fontshow do you make it show only english fonts? 

I noticed a problem with the mixing negative function in Adobe Express. When you save as in preview the opacity mix is not rendered correctly into the final picture. I'm attaching pictures of the process.First: the processSecond: the look in ExpressThird: final result I want to add that it would be great when there would be a function to select the layer you want to edit for when a layer is bigger than the actual frame you have to move to get to the layers below.

Android, with the August 25 Adobe Express update when I try to upload/share if I click on the three dots it will say "Preparing your project" and then it's as if I never clicked on the three dots.

Express background remover page used to remove background without making other changes, and you didn't even have to sign in. Now it makes you sign in before it will download, which is fine exept it drops you into an editing page that has shrunk the image to about 1/3 and added a colored background. The downloaded image is also reduced by about a third with the rest more background. Trying to resize the image back up to the size of its background in the editor you are forced into is awkward and not precise, there seems no way to automatically size the image back up to its background. Also there is no transparent background option in the editor, it only lets you select solid colors or images. It will even let you select the RGB hex values but no alpha hex value.  Is there a way to have it download the full background removed image like it used to in the first place without reducing the size of the image to a third of its background. Also how do you select a transperant back aft

I'm not sure if it's specific to the movie, because it only happened once, when my friend used movie cilp, a dialog box popped up, since we're in Asia, not proficient in English, and he didn't have a screenshot, he just remembered the first sentence that popped out of the box The word is "we feel you....", he doesn't understand the rest of the sentence at all, and he closed it immediately, so came to the adobe express team for help, whether there is this dialogue in your prompt message, what is the complete message, and it will be in what happens

As stated above, I am wondering if it permissible to use the free plan version of Adobe Express (browser version) for commercial, promotional, and organizational purposes?Thanks in advanced!

Hi, I'm getting an error "There was an error trying to create your project from the template." when trying to create new from my template. I've tried different libarary templates and created templates and then tried creating new from them but having the same error. This is a crucial feature for our company to manage and distribute a consistant brand, hope this can be resolved. Thanks Chris

I am unable to work without your program "crashing" my designs. If I add to many layers, make to many changes, I loose my project. I have cleaned my cashe. Often I receive a message to the effect of "web GL disabled". I seem to be restarting my computer multiple times. Yesterday I worked on my android phone without any probllems but this is not a viable solution. Please provide a suitable solution otherwise I will have to look elsewhere. I am wasting valuable time. I am creating on a Windows 10 desktop with Chrome.

I am using Adobe Express with my students to create digital artwork and document there learning thru learning journals. This week anytime we have tried to use Adobe Express to work on collages or artwork there has been horrible wait times, and lag for the program. The students are using brand new chromebooks. and we have 2 instances where the chrome books have shut off because they were thinking to hard. According to IT we have good wifi speed. So I am reaching out to see if anyone has suggestions to help with this issue. I also notice that after hours there are no issues. I am trying to problem solve and I am wondering if the Adobe servers have been having any issues or if it is all on our end.  Please help 

I've looked high and low for this answer in web searches and on this forum. I am probably not asking the question coorrectly, but in Adobe Express can you save a customized preset text layout to reuse between more projects?   - - -  I've tried copying and pasting between 2 projects. - - -  I can't export it and then bring back in as like a logo without jumping into Photoshop to prep it. - - -   This is just an example... say I want to reuse the button between Projects and the type is the same all over. I want to be able to NOT have to write it out everytime.   - - -   Express may not be designed to do that and I will have to import it like a logo.   

Can I buy an Adobe Express licence for a small team? I don't want to buy lots of individual licences.

Hallo Team,manchmal nicht immer passiert es, das dass Bild an dem ich gerade gearbeitet habe, mitten bei der Arbeit "abstürzt" die komplette Fläche des Projekt wird schwarz und ist nicht mehr nutzbar, ein Zurück gibt es auch nicht. Aber noch öfter passiert es beim runterladen des fertigen Projekts; als PDF oder JPG-Datei funktioniert ein runterladen gut, lade ich es aber als PNG-Datei  runter, kann es passieren das dass Bild, so wie ich die Download-Taste drücke schwarz wird und das Bild ist dann tot/verbrannt. Kennt jemand dieses Anfänger-Problem und wie wurde es gelöst, vielen Dank für jede gute Antwortmit freundlichen GrüssenTanju Gökdag

Estoy intentando ingresar a la pagina Adobe Express para crear una pagina web, sin embargo cuando presiono "crea tu pagina web" la pagina no me carga y se queda con el logo en el medio. Como puedo solucionar esto :c 

My university account is not working on the app but only in the desktop browser. It's the first time this has happened and I'm not sure why? I have some work on my uni account that I need doing but I can't do it without certain fonts etc. please if anyone can help please do.

My students and I started using the free version of Adobe Express in my classroom for the students to create their own personalized website with their work and reflections. This week our school purchased the CC License.  When the students downloaded CC and went to go back to edit their Express websites they disappeared.  The Express free version, and CC version were both used with the same email.  Is there anybody who can offer advice, as my students have spent a long time creating these websites, and now they have disappeard.  Warm regards, P
