Feature needed: Planning and posting osting Instagram & Facebook Stories

Hi, I'm trying to invite a client to collaborate with me on a template but they cannot access it via my invite. I've gone to Share > Invite > Entered in their email addresses, but ti doesn't work. Can someone please help?

I labored over a poster and now in my account it has vanished.  I was able to create and save posters before but perhaps no longer.  Has anyone had this problem?  I do intend to pay for Adobe although it is rediculously slow but it's best there is so far with poster making. Has anyone lost their saved work and was able to retreive it?  It would be so nice to update the poster rather than starting all over again.  Thanks! Kathryn

Hello,  when I want to embed an image in text, it does not work when i export

This is just an FYI - I noticed this yesterday and sent a chat via support and it continues today. I am not sure my support request went through, so I am sending it again. I have tried both FireFox and Chrome and both will not allow me to access the web app due to security certificate issues. FireFox:Did Not Connect: Potential Security IssueFirefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to express.adobe.com because this website requires a secure connection.What can you do about it?express.adobe.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. I am not sure how this happened. I have two separate Adobe accounts, one is through my work and one is a personal account. The other day I needed to do some work on a personal project and logged out of my work account. Today I logged out of my personal account to access files I have on my work account, logos, fonts, brand swatches, etc.. and the only thing in my work library is my personal library. All of my work files are gone! Please help, it took me forever to build this library. Does anyone know how this happened and can I retrieve my library?macOS Monterey 12.4 Adobe CC 5.8.8.0592

In Adobe Express I do miss some advanced functionalities like in Premiere Rush for creating videos for several social media platforms.It is a pity, that the brandings created in Adobe Express can´t be used in Premiere Rush and the Adobe Express Schedule is not accessible from Premiere Rush.Adobe Express Schedule hopefully accepts more than one account per platform in the future. In total I see Adobe Express as a great tool for mass content creation for social media. Great work so far!

I can remove the background but it needs tweaking.  When I click customize, it puts the image on a colored background and wants me to choose a size and asks me to click to add next. I want a transparent background and I need to improve the edges.   I see no edit tools that I can use to improve the edges.  I am on an iPad and was hoping to use an Apple Pencil to refine  What am I missing?  I am using the free version.  Perhaps that is the problem?  I guess I can simply save the transparent image and then edit in the Photos app to refine the edge.

Here's an interesting glitch...The animation saves the file in colour (refer to the "gig guide" banner top left cornerBut then when downloading it, it is always black.Only this shape.  Regardless of what colour the banner is saved as. Any thoughts?  

I was excited to build a shared library for my team, but after about two days of playing around to set things up I can no longer get them to pull up in Creative Cloud Express. The library items still show in my other Adobe Desktop apps. I just get an error message that says "We're sorry an error has occured. Try reloading the page." I've tried the advice of clearning the cache and using private/icognito mode with no luck. This would be a great set up for our team if it could work. Any other suggestions?

I am creating my first A5 booklet using Adobe express. When creating the booklet I have resized all the pages to A5 on Adobe Express. I then want all the pages on one PDF so I used their combined pages tool. To do this I first download each page as a PNG onto my Mac and then uploaded them back to Adobe to create one PDF. I have just emailed it all through to the printers, but they said the whole thing is much larger than A5. They are happy to change it for me, but I would love to know where I am going wrong, if anyone can help me? TIA

Hi - I want to know how to correc the alignements of a photo taken by a mobile. In general , when take a close range photo from the mobile, the upper part of the picture looks wider than the lower part. Is there a way to correct this issue by using a simple feature in adobe express please ? thanks a million in advance

Hi, I am trying create several Instagram story posts with the exact same format in terms of alignment, spacing and text size just with different words (see images below). When I copy and paste the new text onto the template, it changes the spacing and alignment of the box. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to troubleshoot this.

Ich werde sodann immer wieder dazu aufgefordert, ein Abo abzuschließen. Wenn ich dieses allerdings neu abschließen möchte, wird mir gesagt, dass ich das Abo bereits gekauft habe.  Nun bin ich etwas überfordert. Eu criei uma logo para meu canal no youtube de psicologia e gostaria de saber se esses ícones do Adobe Express são gratuitos para uso comercieal, se eu posso usar eles e receber monetização dos vídeos, fazer publicações em outras as redes sociais. I love the new feature on Adobe Express to add pages now & duplicate them in one project.. however, I just finished my project when the app crashed and when I reloaded it-- the project is now completely gone. Luckily I had already exported what I needed!This is just to bring awareness; save/export your files right away without going to another project.*I'm working on an iPad for reference, app is up to date.

Hi, I'm new to Adobe Express and wondering why I am unable to connect to my Facebook profile page? It's asking me to connect to a Facebook "Page" and I want to connect/post to my profile page. If it's not an available feature, I'll have to find one that is. Any help is apprecaited. Thank you! Jeanne

Hi all, Hoping someone can help me here. We have a Facebook Business page and profile. My husband and I are both admins on the page and have been for a long time. The FB page is linked to our Instagram page and I've given myself and my husband all privileges (User roles) I can think find for managing the IG account. I can connect our FB business page to Adobe Express using my FB login or my husband's, but neither of them will connect to Instagram, even though it's connected on Business Facebook and everywhere else I can think of. Anyone else having this issue? I was so excited to discover this scheduling feature and Adobe Express in general, but I'm super frustrated that I can't figure this out and there's no real-time chat feature for help, neither in Adobe nor Facebook/Instagram/Meta.
