Hi,An Insta story can be up to 30 seconds but when I upload a video it's cut to 15 secs automatically. Can I change this? 

When I click on share and then print, a screen pops up to tell me that it is preparing the page for printing and then that screen hangs. I waiting for 30 minutes and nothing and documents that I have printed before also do not work. I have tried two different computers. Help! I need to submit this assignment. 

Hey,I was just wondering, if I was to make a logo with adobes free logo maker, would I be allowed to use this logo for a shop and to sell said logo on certain products? Regards,T

I'm pretty frustrated with the transition from spark to creative cloud -- and simple thing like bolding text, alignment issues, automatic font changes, searching for boxes and elements -- it's all making this project impossible.  I would like to transfer my work to a co-worker who uses IN DESIGN. Is there any way to transfer source files?  I know I can download PDF, JPEG and PNG.  I know I can share my project in Creative Cloud.  My question is do we have source files so we can export work?  Thanks!

This would allow the every image inside of a given folder to be exported in a desired format - any chances we can see this added in the future?  Cheers, Matt W. 

Do I understand this correctly, on the free web version of CC Express there are only a dozen or so Adobe fonts (the preset ones in the font selection drop down) that are accessible and in order to access ones active adobe fonts one must either pay a premium or happen to have the .otf file for the desired active Adobe font in which case the free version allows one to simply upload it via a prompt in the font selection drop down?Q#2- That being case, if someone were to use this workaround method is the usage of that font still permissible as set forth in  the terms of the Adobe font licensing guidlines or is that negated?  

If I upload my own photo to create a flyer in Creative Cloud Express, does that give adobe any rights to it? (ie is there a clause somewhere that says by uploading you allow adobe to use the photo, or add it to thier stock photos etc). PS I'm asking because the picture I want to use is something I have one-time rights to. The photographer allowed me to use it for this project, but I don't want to accidentally release it as a stock photo or something

I've created a video with my class, where we used our own images or free images from the internet. It won't allow me to download or publish anything because it's saying I have a licensed Adobe Spark photo in it. I don't have ANY from Adobe Spark. How can I fix this?

Hello, it seems that i lost all my projects that i share them on "Creative Cloud Express" with my colleagues. i can no longer see them since this morning. I'm really stuck, any help please.

This might be more of a feature request... ButI'm realizing that within Adobe Spark you cannot animate both the text and the image. Has anyone else encountered this? I love usign CCE (I call it "Canva on Crack") because it's perfect for social media posts and stories, quick graphics, and more. But this is low-key annoying. It's is such a simple capability it should have.Any hacks for this? I don't want to pay for another simple design platform for such a simple feature.

When I try to export a project i made that had an animation in it, it didn't work 'Oops we couldn't save your project to your device please try again'. On android adobe spark.

My colleagues dont recieve my requests when I invite them to my projects in Creative Cloud Express - it just says pending ?

From my iPad: After creating a jpg image, what are the steps for uploading it to Instagram. When I click on the Instagram Logo, Creative Cloud Express shows me some other image that I had already uploaded from my Photo library.  Thanks.

A piece of the progect is repeated 4 times 

Hi AE & Team! My team has invited me to edit and collaborat with them on several templates but when I hit "accept" invite, the templates do not show up under libraries and "Shared With You." Even though I hit "accept" on my team's end they see the invites as pending.  They've cancelled and resent me the invites but the same issue is occuring.  When I accept the invite via email, a new tab opens, states "hang tight" and then takes me to this blank page. Nothing happens after that.  Please help!  

The main issue with a wonderfulpiece of software making it almost unuseable for a business is the inability to organize your work into folders. It is the most basic thing for any software. You can't find anything. I've been using spark app and now express for years since it launched and I literally have thousands of designs. I need to be able to find abs categorise them.  There's no search function and no way to create folders. Please can this be addressed URGENTLY. Or our business will have to switch to a software which allows for organization of folders. 

When are we going to get a undelete?Every webside have an undelete. Why doesn't this one have one.I was deleting some stuff. But I went to fast, and I deleted something by accident.Not of my creative express projects are in assets.adobe. Like their chat support told me that they should.
