Questions

I opened up a flyer template – why can't I type into the canvas and edit the copy? You know – headlines, captions, dates, times, etc.? These are the very first things I want to edit to make the template personal and unique. I struggled with this for some time before realizing that the type later was buried deep in the layer order, although many of the templates visually display the type as if they are on top. There should be some Adobe magic here that allows me to just click right in and edit the type.  PS: The "Topics" you force me to choose below before posting neglect to offer "Tools", "Editing", "Basics", etc.

My students love making videos in Adobe Express. However, it would be awesome if it had the Enhance Speech funtionality that the Adobe Podcast offers. When there are 30 students in the room making videos, a lot of background noise gets picked up.  Thank you!

When I duplicate a file I loose all comments. I would like the option to duplicate and keep existing comments.

Hello Amazing Express Team,   A recent change to the navigation now requires 2-clicks to get to Your Stuff when in a project. Unless I am misremembering I used to be able to click what now says 'File' to go back to my project dashboard. It is now a compressed view. Now when I finish a project it requires a right-click to go back home and then another click to Your Stuff and the Your Stuff text in the left nav is dead (that's unexpected - If I click on that I expect to go to the Your Stuff dashboard). Am I the only one that finds this somewhat less efficient? I understand that shortcuts are supposed to help users move quicker however a dead link is just odd. Not sure why that would be taken away from users.   Would love to be able to have the Your Stuff link in the left active again while in a project and another option above Back to Home that takes me back to Your Stuff dashboard #2 screenshot and as shown in #3 screenshot.   Hope this is helpful.   #1 Screenshot th

Hello, guys. I keep getting same error for the 3rd day in a row. I can't use Adobe Express at all. How to solve this?  

I had made some projects on a different account on 'adobe spark' and now adter adobe spark converted to adobe express, I can see all my projects but cannot download them in any format, can someone help me with this

I have read through a plethora of issues with downloading images and videos from Adobe Express. The solutions listed do not help with the problem. I am using the app and not a web browser so clearing the cache or a pop-up blocker  does not help this problem. When I try to download my videos or images, I do not get an error message it simply does not work. One week ago The images download it with no issue. What is the problem? 

Everything was working fine then all of a sudden download (export) stopped working for me. I'm a premium member. I've tried signing out and deleting app. Nothing works. Any clue how to fix this?

Hi all, I'm logged into Adobe Express and I have a Premium membership, but when I log into Firefly it asks me to upgrade to the Adobe Express Premium membership.  I'm logged into the same account.  It's driving my nuts, any help?  Is this a bug?

I used the remove background button to remove a background from a clip I have. It worked well but the background it replaced is now just a white background. This doesn't help me because I need to now put the video into premiere and use an ultra key to remove the white. And the Ultra Key won't work because I'm wearing the white shirt, and the whites of my eyes are the same color of white as the replacement background. Isn't the standard in the industry a green background? Is there any way to choose what color you what the replacement background to be? Thanks

Hi. I am using the Adobe Express mobile app on my Android device. Problem is, I cannot save any project into the cloud in order to use it across devices. This is mega sad as e.g. I like to browse for Post Templates on my phone while I have a few moments to spare, but have my photos saved on my PC where I would then like to play around with the template. Usually Adobe products are so super integrated across everything...

Was excited to use Adobe Express webpage template with students because it would allow groups to make interactive timelines with glideshows. Unfortunately discovered that "collaboration" isn't really possible in the webpage template because collaborators can't edit at the same time. I feel like there has to be a way to make this possible since you can do this in Google Sites and Canva websites. Hoping this can be developed for future, because it would make Adobe Express webpage template much more useful for the education environment.

Hello, I've been trying to download a project in Adobe Express (paid for version) but I keep getting the following error message that I have a file uploading: It's been saying this for over 24 hours. I can't locate the file that may be uploading. I've tried different browsers, clearing my cache, and trying on the iphone app but nothing has worked. I really need to download my project so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello,I have an image appearing in the upper left hand corner on all my slides in my Adobe Express video. I've gone through every slide to see if I can find it in the layers of elements on the right side of my project, but this image is not on any of them! I cannot click on the image, either. Please help!

Is it possible to invert the orientation of a grid in Adobe Express? Using the example in the image here, if I want the single vertical on the left and the two horizontal images on the right rather than as the default, how is that done? I have been attempting to find the solution to this without success. I am certain it was a feature that was available previously. Perhaps it is something simple I am not seeing. Thanks for your help.
