Questions

Hi everyone,I have spent a ton of time creating a lot of designs (files) and am trying to give access to new members to all the designs in one go. It seems I can only either manually share each design one by one (not ideal as there's a lot) or give the members access to a project and theoretically move the file to the project however when I try this I get the error "Folders, PSC, AIC, generic assets and files made in the prior version of Adobe Express cannot be moved to projects". We've only just made these files in the last few weeks and working on the browser version so could this really be an old version of express? Seems ridiculous to have to manually share each inidividual file vs a whole folder. Any ideas on how to do this would be much apprecited! 

I am trying to troubleshoot a couple of issues. The book I created in Adobe Express keeps exporting with errors when I try to do a "pdf". The main issue is that some pages have the tofu symbol (x inside a box). I'm thinking it has to do with the fact that Adobe Express changed versions while I was in the middle of creating the 70 page book.  I haven't found a solution for that so now I am trying to export as a png because the tofu symbol does not show on those BUT when I export, it changes the page size from book (6x9) to like 25 inches by 37.5 inches. When I then try to combine the png pages into a pdf in Acrobat, the files open HUGE. These HUGE files will not load correctly to where I am publishing the book.  I tried reducing the page size of each png in preview but then the resolution is TERRIBLE! I've spent HOURS on this. I have recently purchased Adobe Express (I had an old Adobe Distiller program) and when I go into File Explorer I have noticed that all my files especially docx are now showing as Adobe and will not open. I comes up with a message saying it is not supported and to go to the original source document and print and save as a pdf but this is the original source doucment?Am I missing a setting for is there a preference I must change.How can I fix this as it is not alowing me to open anything.

Why are my files in creative cloud but I cannot access them in the adobe express app? How can I open them and edit on my IPad??? This is infuriating.

in Adobe express when i try to type in a text box that is a duplicated slide it does not work.

I recently purchased Express, primarily for designing posters.  In Resize, I try to change the project size to 24" x 36" but the field defaults to a size range of .17 to 20 inches.  How can I specify a size larger than 20" x 20" ?

I have a client who's requesting the kind of functionality shown at https://highlights.gspp.berkeley.edu/ in an Express webpage. I'm hoping someone here can point me the way to these custon (or not?) features to Express?

Hi together,I'm used to work a lot with InDesign, here I have the chnace to create interactive text boxes which are editable in a pdf and others are able to fill in their text in a fixed format with fixed fonts and font style. Can I do something similiar in Adobe Express? Is it possible to create a one pager for example with text boxes which users can fill out in a pdf?  Thank you for your help!

I have made a 15 min video on Express consisting of several scenes. I would like to make this into a 2hr video but using the same 15 min repeated several times. Is there a simple way to do this on Express?

Is there any way to know how often a template or asset within a brand has been used/accessed? We'd like to be able to monitor use/interest in the templates we create for our organization. Thanks!

Hi! We have an edicational license where the admin created a library with fonts from Adobe Fonts. We want to be able to share a library with all of the students so everyone can use the same fonts in Adobe Express. But once we opened up the library (or "brand" as it appears in express)  - all but one of the fonts are greyes out and cannot be used. When we try to use it, we get an error messsage.  What is going on here? 

Audio Files (Music) have no endings - they end abruptly. How can I solve that issue?

just spent ages designing a linkedin cover photo inside of the linkedin cover size canvas. after downloading and uploading to linkedin it was the complete wrong size. (too tall). 

I have completed and downloaded a dozen projects with no issue.  I have a finalized 14 minute slide show video with music that is stopping at 20% completed preparing file and then delivering a "failed" message.  I have tried a different computer,  incognito mode, cleared cache,  deleting some scenes and music but it still fails at 20%.  I appreciated suggestions.

There is no way to edit your own brand template once you published? or am my brain is too small to find that edit button? so i have to pubilish a new version evertime i make changes?  

Hello, I understand that, for now, Adobe Express is not available on tablets, but will it be in the future? I have a Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 on which I had installed the Adobe Express app, but I can no longer use it because the two are no longer compatible.Additionally, on the web, I encounter this error: "Adobe Express needs to reconnect. Refresh this page to resume your work." (f). How can I fix this?Thank you for any potential response. Best regards,Georgi 

Hi, First and foremost, I am not Siobhan! This handle was assigned because my previous employee used her own name when setting up the company account for Adobe Express. Is there a way of changing this please? I have included a screenshot for information purposes. I can not navigate anywhere to edit this. Many thanks 🙏 

Unabel to replace images on web version, i search for images and nothing happens? Doesn't even attempt to search. Try to edit a template on my mobile device, when i type my text in to replace the text that's on the template the whole app crashes.

How to improve low resolution for may Adobe Express project?

I hate to do this because I know there's a note saying it's in progress, and you've probably received a million complaints already, but custom themes not being useable in the webpage builder has outright halted our project at the last step. There's nothing we can do while that is still broken. We have done as much else as we can, with the only changes left being that in the transition to new.express, the webpage we built lost all of our font, color, and text formatting. Please prioritize this as the adobe themes do not work under our Marketing guidelines. We do appreciate everything you do, and I do apologize for any heartache that this transition has caused you all. Thank you!

So i have been working on an hour+ long video, and now i'm ready to download. However, i am unable to reaon being: "ione asset failed to upload. Re-upload or try different asset".  Problem is, I have a lot of assets and don't know which one one failed (audio, video and still images). It says the asset will be marked with grey bar, which i cant see anywhere. How do I find this asset and delete it. Gosh all assets in uploads look fine (no grey bar or red exclamtion mark or anything) How am i suppose to figure out whuich is the ito remove and reupload???  Please help, cos honestly, im fed up wityh this.
