Eu tenho um tablet Sansung Galaxy s9 FE plus, e o aplicativo deixou de ser compativel com o meu tablet, mesmo ele sendo um tablet novo, mas é compativel com o o modelo 5G vai entender, não adianta nada ser compativel com um modelo e outro não, mesmo sendo modelos da mesma linha tendo a diferença que um é 5G e o outro é wifi. e eu relamente gosto do aplicativo.é uma pena que eu não posso mai usar no meu tablet.

On the adobe express website you can save your files and arrange them in to folders. I don't see that on the iPad app. Am I missing it or did adobe not include that?

Trying to erase just the light gray background of my photo of a bird on a branch. The app erases the background AND the branch, which is a medium brown and fairly prominent. Would really appreciate a solution to this issue. Probably something simple that I just don't see.

Hi,Our team is trying to find how you can apply a custom theme/brand (with fonts/colours and perhaps a template) to new Adobe Express web pages, similar to how you could do so with the old version of Adobe Express.Do you have any steps on how to do this or info on when this feature may be added?Thank you.

I want to use this tool but can't until I can add alt text when scheduling a post. Why is it missing?

Hello, I have had an issue for a few months now with adobe express not working on my windows 10 machine. Both is chrome and the app from the microsoft store. I can go to the homepage but I can not get into  any projects (new or old) and it just gets stuck in the load screen forever. It was working on my computer and one day just stopped. It still works on my laptop but this is a very frustrating issue. It seems that many othger users are experiencing this issue and are unable to access this service. I am paying for premium and I am computer litterate. I have follwed the suggestion like turning off adblock, turning off firewall, making sure vpn is off, clearing caches and allowing 3rd party cookies all to no avail. Since I can not access my product why should I still be paying for it. Would love some help as it was saving me a lot of time. Thanks

I have created a library of templates which were working fine up and until a month ago, and it does not let me create any projects from templates. The screen simply does not load them. But when I go into the library I can see them all there.  

For some reason, I am not seeing any of the options for AI on my iPad version of Adobe Express. I can see them just fine on my android mobile version. Both are updated. I'm not sure if I just have something disabled on my iPad version, but I feel like it would reflect the settings on both devices. Pls help!

I am trying to organize my files. How do I move a page in one file to another file. I do NOT want to create a folder.

I hope this is the right place to submit a feature request, because here I am :). I've been so happy with Adobe Express thus far, but would like more text editing tools. The ability to change the text's shape in different ways (for example, in a wavy line) instead of only having a full curve or circle would be immensely benficial to many of us for things such as social posts. I also think the ability to add glyphs would make designs produced with this platform more engaging and attractive. Adobe Express is my go-to platform for design, and I sincerely hope to see these features at our fingertips one day! 

I have used the AI Generative option in Photoshop to place human facsimiles in enviormants I've created. I usually prompt that the person look either left or right. 25% of the time the prompt is successful. But there is one thing that has been quite consitant. IF I PROMPT the AI GENERATIVE option and request a "Male young adult, blond hair" 75% of the time the human facsimile is a slight but recognizable variation of RYAN REYNOLDS.  Is this  a publicity choice because he starred in the movie FREE GUY in 2021  for 21st Century? Jus wondering 

When I convert my Illustrator file to Express I click on translate, I choose language I want, select my tone of voice but after it says no page and when I click on translate I've got a message select a page ... ? do you have an issue. thanks.

Is it not possible to schedule a Facebook reel? I know it can be done with Instagram, but don't see the option with Facebook.

My "Brands" is suddenly empty. I had logos, colors, fonts, etc. in there and had used them for a few months and they're gone. If I click on "Libraries" it's all there but gone from "Brands." I checked to make sure I was logged in to my Premium account, cleared the browser cache (Chrome), and tried a different browser (Safari). Any ideas?

Recently Instagram updated their rules and now we can upload up to 20 images or videos into the one post.Could you please do the same in Adobe Express for scheduled posts?

Im having trouble downloading animation with audio. After i choose the character and background, i add the audio files, it shows me a preview but wont let me download it. It keeps saying access to document has timed out.

Can I use the materials to create a video for commercial purposes (Youtube)

Please help! My students were editing text in a video and now the text they were trying to delete is frozen into EVERY scene of the video from beginning to end. Clicking on the text only opens a blank side panel and has no options except Lock/Unlock at the top (we tried that). The text does not show up as a Layer to edit or remove either, and when we add a new scene it is automatically there as if it's a new default setting. Any ideas how we can get rid of it?

Hi all, I generated a QR code attached here with Adobe Express with a link to a corporate video uploaded to Youtube.Can I be sure that this will work even in several months? Do they expire or do I have to buy a subscription? 

When I download my new 'poster' as a PDF, it has 'greyed' horizontal lines across the poster when printed. When viewed within express (whilst editing) the lines do not exist when zoomed right in. 

I have not been able to sync my previous projects to my iPad since the new version upgrade? 

Hello Everyone! I've done a presentation using Adobe Express, I wanted to download it as a PDF, can't, it says "not able to license all stock content", how can I solve this please ?!   Regards,
