I selected a template spent a while working on it and now I can't save it. Even if I wanted to remove an asset, I couldn't because there is no clear way for me to know which asset is that asset number. It should be highlighted with a red border box at the very least.

I had a traumatic experience with Adobe while I was trying to cancel my subscription. It felt like I was held prisoner. I went through the website and discovered there is no feature that allows users to cancel or pause subscriptions. So I then opted to go into the chat feature which surprisingly for a tech company, is very primitive and is still in learning mode. So I decided to request a live chat with an actual person to get me out of my subscription. I went back and forth with three different assistants for most of my day, all three of them claiming to offer me deals that I knew were not deals. I was offered a free month's service (which I knew I already had), but they would not address my request to cancel the subscription or even acknowledge it, it was an ordeal for me. When I start demanding the cancellation and asking that they even email me to confirm the cancellation they suddenly disappear from chat (I can't make this up). I’m trying to add a series of images to the timeline. I want them each to be .3 seconds long but I’m having a hell of a time getting things lined up. Either the interface is not meant for this type of situation or I’m missing something. Even if I have the timeline view set to 300%, the images are too small to easily drag around and set the timing points. Things aren’t lining up, there are gaps, and other issues trying to drag sliders and move things around with elements this small. Is there an easier way to do this? Can I set the time of each image by typing it in rather than using the slider? I did this same thing in iMovie a couple years ago and it took me a few seconds per image having never used iMovie before. I’ve been trying to get this to work in AE for the last 30 minutes with no luck. Hopefully I’m missing something and this can be done easily. Basically I want a series of 10-20 images to rapidly display in succession, each with about .3 seconds on screen.&

Hey all,   The Webpage Views is now available in Adobe Express. I dont wanna click on every single text of that document and change the font. I want it to happen for every text with only one click. Thanks a lot

HiI posted this as a feature request and the response indicated I should already be able to adjust the volume. A video was shared with me. When I watch it, I have no visible way to adjust the volume for only this video outside of adjusting my overall system volume. What am I missing?Link to my "idea" that was quickly closed. 

So, I have multiple Instagram and Facebook pages. All of them have been set up as business pages, check all the marks that would allow for connecting to Express. However, the following things happen: Facebook - either doesn't let me choose the page, or let me choose among one page and the FB groups I'm a part of;Instagram - I managed to connect it last year with one profile, with frequent demands to renew the token. Up until this January, where renewing kept giving error. I deleted the connection, and redoing it still gave error. If I do it know, it gives a bad gateway. Drives me nuts, since the new addition today for multiple accounts and pages. And I can't find a solution, tried to totally disconnect my Meta account from Adobe and then reconnect it from scratch but no luck. I don't remember what the prior express app in the Creative Cloud was called (perhaps it was just 'Adobe Express' without the word 'Beta'?) but with the arrival of the new 'Adobe Express Beta' I cannot find my roughly 100 design files from the previous express app. Please help.

Hi Can someone tell me where the images you upload to an Adobe Express project are kept? I need to extract one or two after losing them on my hard disc. I can't seem to locate a single place other than seeing them as a layer in the project I am on. Thanks!

I have recently completed a document that i want to share with a client. However, when i select the view only public link, i find that all the individual elements (text boxes, images etc) are highlighted in a purple box when i roll over with the mouse. this gives away how the document has been built and is distracting to the viewers experience of the document. Is there any way to switch off this roll over effect so the document presents as a cohesive single image?

Im trying to create a new document by first uploading a PDF Ive tried it twice and everything seems to go through okay, but when it takes me to the newly created Express file, it is just a blank white canvas?

Hello, So i've been given a file which was created and i'm trying to import it into Adobe Express (BETA) so i can easily edit it on the go based on the clients requests. Now, i have the .PSD file and i've click "start from your content" and i've selected the PSD file. After a few moments, it does it's magic and shows the below image.  As you can see, the only thing it has correctly added is the ... well nothing 😄 ha! Am i doing something really stupid? Or was i being too optimistic thinking this feature would be great and simple to use :(? 

I would like to know, why any Generative AI function in AE is limited in resolution by 1024px? Even when I have Premium version, even if I am charged by my AI points budget by using it? Is that normal? I'm very confused and disappointed by this!

Hello -I would love to use Adobe Express to create online newsletters/webpages. But I am finding it to be very limited in design. For example, I'd love to put 3-4 buttons across the top (like a table of contents). But you can only put one button?Also, if I do split view with text on one side and a corresponding pic on the other, the margins for the text is tiny and there's no way to adjust the margins, font, anything. Are there going to be updates to webpage design coming? Thanks - 

I can't believe I need to write this since we pay for this software (at least I have a paid plan - for now). Why in the world does Animate from Audio provide a transparent background create function BUT not allow you to actually export a video from the application (OR THE EDITOR) with an alpha channel, aka, transparent background?  It is mind boggling.  Adobe: Please add native, proper, transparent background VIDEO export from this application.

Since the update express is not loading on any of my browsers. This is the screen I get from all three. What is wrong? I cannot access content which is very important to me.  Firefox and Chrome at latest versions. All firewalls and blockers turned off. What is the problem?
