Hola. Estoy intentando importar a express un .mov con fondo alfa que he editado en premier. Me dice que no soporta el codec o me importa la transparencia como fondo negro. He intentado exportar desde premier con todos los codecs que he encontrado con opción de alfa y express no me importa ninguno correctamente. Si admite fondo alfa con imagen estática, pero no con vídeo. ¿alguien me puede ayudar a solucionarlo? Gracias.

I created a animation video on the adobe cores mobile app and when I download I receive the error "Unable to download to this device. Only projects up to 4096X4096 px can be downloaded" what can I do to get around this and download my video?

When you use canva the margins are preset. Are they preset in adobe express? It seems the text can go pretty close to the edge. I'm not a professional designer so am trying to figure out if I need to adjust and how. Also, is the 3mm bleed auto added? It appears to be. Thanks 

I can't connect Adobe Express to my Instagram Business account.  I click on connectons under New Post , then Instagram and dialog box comes up that says a business account is recommended and at bottom is a blue link to connect.  Nothing happens. When I click Connect Profile, it takes me back to connect set up screen without any changes.   I was using Adobe Express to post to Instagram successfully a couple of weeks ago for about a half dozen posts.  Then although it showed I was still connected  it didn't recognize the connection.  I stupidly clicked the Unconnect button thinking I could easily reconnect and now I can't reconnect.   I can't get to the screen that gives me the option "What Instagram Business Accounts do you want to use with Adobe Express?"  How do I get there? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Why you can't copy and paste pages from a project to another one? 

I honestly can say I HATE the changes you've made recently. It was much easier to work with before. .Now it's confusing, frustrating to the point that I can't find everything and I just do what I can and give up. It was great before, easy to work with, easy to find everything. ." It was all good just a year ago" 

I've been through all the other posts on this - restarted, turned graphics accelerator on and off, rebooted computer - nothing.  I just get the screen pictured below EVERY. TIME. Hello,Maybe someone can help me... I'm looking for the Typewriter effect for text, so in a paragraph of text the individual letters will appear one by one. I've searched online and there are tutorials showing how to do this, but I can't find the effect where people say it should be. At the moment I'm selecting the text, and under Text choosing 'Animation' but all I get are the options 'In', 'Looping' and 'Out'. None of the effects under these options is what I'm after though. Am I looking in the wrong place?

I am creating a document in Express that I will export as a pdf.  I want to include a mailto link in the document.  When I open the saved document in Acrobat, and click on the link, it opens a browser tab instead of an email window. For example, I have text that says name@domain.com.  I highlight it and, in the Text tool, I click on the Link icon.  Express recognizes that it is an email address and creates a mailto:name@domain.com link that is included in the saved pdf.  Opening the document in Acrobat Reader and clicking on the link doesn't open a mail window.  It opens a new browser default page!  Suggestions?  

I cannot find 'Download' button.Can you help me with this please? 

What can I do to work around this? I need to be able to edit an old video that I created in express but it says 'file not supported' now. So what are my work around options?

Ich erstelle gerade mein erstes Video und möchte zeitgleich mehrere Tonspuren abspielen. Es soll eine Hintergrundmusik laufen, dann ein Soundeffekt zwischendurch mehrmals erscheinen und die ganze Zeit ein Voiceower laufen. Das mit dem Voiceower klappt sehr gut. Aber ich kann entweder die Hintergrundmusik oder den Soundeffekt laufenlassen, nicht beides gleichzeitg. Ist das irgendwie möglich? Die Hintergrundmusik soll halt das ganze Video über abgespielt werden.

I have reviewed the list of devices compatible with the App and I see that from the Samsung Tab S7 FE it skips the Samsung Tab S9, which makes me wonder if one day it will reach the S8, or I will always have to access it from a browser?

Hi, are there any tutorials that you all would recommend as I learn to use animated talking characters in Adobe Express?

I purchased adobe express premium on the mobile app, but as soon as I tried to use the ai image generator it says somethings wrong try again later??? It's been saying this everytime I try it, even when I restart it. Please help I really don't wanna be paying for something that won't even let me use it :(.

I keep getting this error on msedge while trying to access Adobe Express web page.-GPU acceleration is enabled-Web GL flags are enabled-I got a "fix" that is disabling gpu acceleration which makes nosense-Web GL report says that my Web GL 2 is supported but isnt avaliable or disabled-It works normal on chrome for some reason and its green on web gl reporti have a GTX1660TI with drivers updated. These are the logs from the console:

Ao invés de só ter a opção de avatares já prontos, por que não colocar uma opção para o usuário exportar o próprio avatar desenho que será animado? Tenho certeza de que muitos usuários iriam gostar. I'm using Adobe Express for the first time. Maybe it's just the logo design I chose, but I don't see a way to change the text from all-caps to upper-and-lowercase. Yes, the font I'm using has both upper and lower case (it's an Adobe font, too.) 

I am using a toold called Hootsuite to schedule and post our news articles to Social Media. It is expensive and the only thing we use it for is for the ability to post an article at a given time in the future.The formatting is old, boring --Title--Picture--Article text--Read More...--Ashtags I tried using Adobe Express to achieve the same result, but I could not find a template or even a mention of how to post a simple article with a photo, a link and an ashtag.Am I missing something? Do I have to format our news articles (they have a military/veterans themses) as if we were some kind of fashion influencer? Is there a way to post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter(X) the way one would if they manually tried posting in those places?It would be nice to save some $$ by using a tool we already own, but I was unable to create a single instagram post that wasn't some sort of collage, animation, etc. I want boring social media. Can I get it with Adobe Express?

When publishing a story for Facebook from the planner, is only displayed on feed and not the actual Facebook stories... Help!
