I need an option for 6 users under the same email address. We need to send and receive all documents in one email address. I tried to assign one personal licence and one team license for the same email address and the system create a provisioning conflict.
When exporting data from a widget, I get the error:Sorry, we were not able to process your request.Please try again later.If this error persists, please contact support.Error Code: 161115095953131.ord-prod-app8Does anyone have any ideas what would cause this?
After creating a signature, name, date, and title field, the software is often (not always) automatically creating a duplicate signature block below these field and there is no way I've found to delete this duplicate block. Any idea why this would happen?
Our agency enters into 100+ contracts a year with a variety of vendors and uses Adobe Sign for this process. There is a standard base contract that gets used across the board for all vendors, but there are also a handful of other contract amendments that may be needed based on the services being purchased. All of these documents require a signature or other info to be entered. I know how to setup templates for the base contract and each amendment, but I'm not finding a way to assemble multiple templates into a single contract to be sent for signature via Adobe Sign. I do not want to combine add all the same fields on every single contract, nor do I want to send each vendor multiple documents for signature. How do I combine multiple templates with pre-defined signature and data fields into a single document to send for signature?
I have a webhook set up and a few agreement events selected. Since it posts to the same endpoint I don't know how to create my json object on my side to accept whatever agreement event is being posted to me. Is there a layout that I can use to create a large json object from? I keep getting 400s and I cannot see what Adobe Sign is pushing to my endpoint. Thank you.
Hi I tried reaching help but they do not support tech help - I tried to login today and it only loads a white blank screen. Icleared history cache etc to no help. Is anyone else having this issue?

How long is the trial period and what happens at the end of the free trial period if we decide not to sign up? My needs are very basic and I just need to send out forms to collect signatures on a very very infrequent basis. I'm estimating less than 10 documents a month. I read the forums and it seems like there used to be this 5 free documents for signatures request a month? But it's like not working anymore cos I revisited Adobe Sign recently and I was told to upgrade after requesting for a couple of signatures in a test to see how things work.So I'm wondering what are my available options and what happens if I happen to exceed my limits in a given month?It seems hard to reach live support as I keep getting the chatbot. While I am using the adobe api form fields while I am binding the form fields I am unable to bind at the particular x and y axis point. By default signature is binding at the bottom of the form. adobe signatures feature sucks. i just paid for this program thinking it would be easier if i paid but it is still just as messed up. why do i have to make new ids when i am already signed in using my account? its like there are 50 layers of security. then when you go to make the sigantures no way to make multiple.

Hi, I have been using Adobe Sign for a while now, as it was included in my CC acount. I now get this error message : Could not send - you are not authorized to send documents for signature.Please contact your account administratorI don't know from where it comes. The only problem I can think of is that I went some month ago for Adobe Entrerprise, but canceled that offer right away as it was not appropriated for me. Perhaps some rights or account settings haven't been reset correctly ? Any help would be appreciated, thanks !Julien
I am working on an integration with adobe sign, where a PDF stored in our system can be uploaded to AdobeSign and sent out for signature. I do not see any API method or documentation explaining how to preview(iframe) the uploaded file to drag-drop the Signature box and add other fields before sending. I am not able to find any information regarding this, Please suggest on this it will be highly appreciated.

Hello, I can't figure out why the font of my document changes when I upload it to the adaboe sign box. I cannot find a place to chage this. before I upload: after I upload: Any suggestions on changing the default so it doesn't change what I upload? (I know these are different forms but it happens on everything)
My boss wants to delegate e-signing authority to me, but would still like to have her name/signature (rather than mine) appear on the completed document. Without my having to sign in under her account (because I can't anyway, because my company uses multifactor authentication to prohibit this exact situation), is there a way to e-sign as a delegatee but still have the delegator's signature appear on the completed document?

I have 3 executives who have the authority to sign a specific type of document. Any of the three can sign it and I only need one signature. Can I send a document to all three at once and have only one sign it without specifying which one?Example - Joe, Sue and Russell have the authority to sign my document and I only need one signatureI send it to all three in one email. Joe is out of the office and Sue works 3rd shift. Russell sees the document first and signs it for me. Document is now complete on my end and I don't need Joe or Sue to sign it.The next time, perhaps Sue sees it first and signs it. Does this functionality exist in Adobe Sign? I don't want to send this document to all three of them separately and have potentially 3 signed documents get returned.
Hello Everyone, Thank you in advanced for any and all assistance. I have an Adobe Acrobat Pro CS 5.5 Form that as several calculations. They work and are marked as Read Only and Locked. They are also limited to 2 decimal places. The problems is when ever a client uses Adobe Sign with the form it modifies the balance due field, and adds 3 Extra decimal places. Not sure why. Not sure even how Adobe sign is doing this.ExampleBefore Adobe Sign is used the Balance Due field will say 2611.70, after Adobe Sign is used to get the form signed the Balance Due field will say 2611.70000. After dragging the signature field to my pdf doc, the signature bar won't "stick". It keeps bouncing back to the right side tool bar. Since I need to place multiple signature fields, I can view the different signers and colors. I've used this program many times before without issues. Any suggestions?
As per my subject line. I bulk sent a document to multiple entities and there is one transaction so far that did not send it to it's intended person. It was sent to a different entity from another organization despite that person not in my email list. I tried contacting Adobe Support but it is not working and just keeps redirecting me back to the home menu. I need asstance to figure out why/how. These two entities are not the same.
Hi, I'm looking to send multiple files at once (which need to be seperated). The documents however all need to be signed with a digital signature (eID or ItsMe). Now I get an error that it is not possible to have two digital signature fields for the same person. Is there a possibility to do so?
