Help me please guys! 🙂How can I upload 1 illustration with two formats (png and jpeg) in my store? I want it to be 1 picture that contains 2 different formats, not two identical pictures (one in png and the other in jpeg)? Now I have the opportunity to download these formats jut separately, as two identical illustrations with diferent file types. But from many sellers I see 1 illustration with two file types.And I dont see how I can upload zip like it was erlier:(

I've seen discussions here that after submitting an asset as an "Illustration", it appears in the portfolio as "Photo" after moderation. This doesn't bother me, but I'm confused about what is considered a photo in examples like:"A koala giving a thumbs up while lying in a hammock" is listed as a photo in the portfolio after being submitted as an illustration. Yes, it looks like a photo, but is it realistic for a koala to do that? I doubt it can anatomically do that. How would you tag, say, "a turtle surfing on a surfboard" (first thing that came to mind)?I'm also unsure how to tag 3D renders. They look realistic but not completely. We All Are Hostelized & Using Same Interent Connection For Mine & My Friends Accounts . But The Data On Every Account Is Different Like One is AI & One With Videos . Will It Can Be A Issue In Future ? Because Of Using Same Interent For Multiple Accounts . Thanks

Hello, Hope you all are wel.l. I have simple query should i upload Illustrations, Pngs, Vectors And Videos At One Account Or i should create seperate account for each file type. 

I submitted this image and it was rejected as it was "it doesn't have the aesthetic or commercial appeal we're looking for, so we can't accept it into our collection"I have submitted many images similiar and one recently one with red, white and blue in the horses mane, but this one with rainbow colors was rejected.

Hi, lately, whenever I upload my images to Adobe Stock, I get an e-mail conformation that my images got accepted. Thats fine, but when I click on the link from my e mail to see which images are accepted, I get reddirected to another page, and my antivirus is warning me that that specific page is suspicious. This is the exact mesage I am recieving.''Your connection to this web page is not safe due to an unmatching security certificate.This means that the certificate was issued for a different web address than the one it is being used for, and you run the risk of exposing your data by accessing this page.''Should I be concerned?Are my images, earnings safe?What is hacked, my e-mail, my Adobe page?This never happened before.Its also happening whenever I submit anything to Adobe, even Missions, and this e-mail looks really genuine, with all the links, font, like it is from Adobe.Thansk for the help and clarification.

I submitted an image of Vestrahorn in Iceland from my vacation and it was rejected for AI content. I used Topaz denoise, and you can denoise in PS, but there was absolutely no AI generation involved in this image.  What to do?

Hi everyone, I want to sign up to the Adobe Stock contributor site, and it has given me an alert that got me confused.  I have already contacted the Adobe support chat, which has given me only general information as "you need to accept terms and conditions to be able to use adobe stock..." I get this strange alert: Updated Terms of UseBy closing this window, you’ll be unable to continue using Adobe apps and services. By clicking “Accept and Continue,” you agree that you have read and accepted the Terms of Use.  And what I understand is that I will lose the access to my Adobe Cloud Programs. Any idea what the issue is?

Hi, I need to filter license history of my adobe stock assets using date criteria. I am able to work with other some the search parameters below like search_parameters[limit], search_parameters[thumbnail_size].How can I filter assets using date like if I want to get assets bought between two specific dates  

It takes a maximum of 8 weeks for file review in adobe stock. But it's been a long time and my file is still not being reviewed. It's been 2 months after uploading some files and now it's not being reviewed. I can't submit new files for review.How can I solve this problem?

A simple image of a upper body. Utilizing the provided walkthrough, I am able to remove the background without issue. Next step is to create a new background using generative fill. It doesn't really matter what prompt I type in, it's usually the same, a vague image of...something. It's as if the fill is HUGE and the portion I am able to see is just a small portion.I have tried various prompts such as:image of earth from spaceblack and white stripesscary spidershundreds of scary spiderslots of spiderslots of centipedesfields of peachesetc etc...I was throwing everything at it to see and it's always the same.I fear this may be a PEBCAK situation, however.Thanks in advance all you grus!

Hi guys!I have recently uploaded my 2nd batch of 10 images, and this time were all rejected. 😱My first batch of images were about graphics birds and were All accepted, sooner than I thought and I was very excited.But this time, I don't know what went wrong with these images. I am really sad because I spend more than 2 hours for each image in photoshop, to correct and edit them for perfection.They are Ai images and very high quality @ 300dpi. I removed artifacts, noise, etc... I hope it is not about the lighting, because I want them that way in low lighting the concept.What else left to do? 😭On the Upload, I choose Photos instead of “illustration”. Is that a problem? I really need your feedback, guys.I uploaded some of my images:

Hi, My four accounts were deactivated due to a validation issue (intellectual property infringement claim). I want to start again with my new work, and I'll carefully follow all of Adobe Stock's rules.I have a question: Can I use the same PC or device to create a new account, or do I need to use a new device? I'm unsure if Adobe Stock allows multiple accounts.

I keep getting illustrations rejected as undeclared AI - which is not true as I don't use AI. So question is am I at risk from having my account blocked because Adobe incorrectly categorise my illustrations.  Many thanksA
