Hello everyone,I hope someone from the Adobe Stock team might be able to help or provide some guidance.I have been an Adobe Stock contributor for almost 10 years. During all these years, I have uploaded only videos that I personally filmed. I have never uploaded AI-generated content to Adobe Stock or to any other stock website.If my account was flagged because of similar content, I would also like to clarify that I do not upload duplicate clips. Sometimes I split footage from the same shoot into different uploads over several months, but every clip is different and unique.I submitted my appeal over two months ago (Case #00520603), but I have not received any update yet. I completely understand that the review process can take time, and I truly respect the work of the review team. I am only hoping to know whether my appeal is still being reviewed.If I unknowingly violated any guideline, I sincerely apologize. I have a technical question regarding how the contributor upload limits and the moderation queue work.If my account reaches the maximum limit of pending files (causing the upload button to be temporarily disabled with the message about having too much content pending moderation), and I decide to manually delete (cancel) one or more files that are still waiting for review in the "In Review" tab: Does this deletion immediately free up that slot/quota in my pending queue, allowing me to upload a new file in its place right away? Or is the upload block based strictly on a 7-day rolling calendar, meaning that deleting pending files won't unblock the upload button? I want to better manage my queue and delete some files that I realized have minor quality issues before they get reviewed, but I want to make sure how this affects my active upload limits.Thank you.

Adobe rejected the AI-image due to copyright infringement (Intellectual Property Refusal). Can someone please help clarify how this image infringes copyright? 

Over the last few years the likes of Paypal and Payoneer or forever increasing their exchange rate / transfer fees. As Adobe is keen to help its contributors maybe it’s about time for a revision of the options available. Either by way of adding your own bank account details, Like Alamy does. The fees involved would be far more reasonable.Or, the addition of Wise (formerly TransferWise) who also have fees that are less painful.Making stock imagery can be hard enough and the fact that the current companies that Adobe offer as payment methods take nearly 5% of income, it feels like Adobe could really make a name for themselves by offering something like Wise as an option. Anyway, forever hopeful that this could someday be done as it would make a very meaningful difference. Hola, soy nueva en Adobe Stock y en tomar fotograrfias propiamente. Esta imagen fue rechazada por 'Quality Issues' pero el mensaje no especifica el motivo exacto. ¿Podrían ayudarme a identificar si es problema de enfoque, ruido, exposición o composición? Par poder corregirlo en futuras fotos. 

What if I publish the same low quality asset outside adobe for free. As an example my Adobe assets are 300dpi images and if I publish those in a Facebook page in 72dpi and re-link the Adobe public profile for High quality assets. Is it violating rules ?

Few days ago I posted about I was getting too much similar content rejection. From there I learned about ‘Stock’s Reverse Image Search’  from community expert ​ ​@Nancy OShea . Thakns again. to test out the result I picked topics based on the reverse image search, took only those topic/concept which got result under 100k than I create and uploaded 10 images to the stock and waited for the result. From those 10 images 3 got approved, 4 got rejected and 3 images are still on review. Now, about rejected image (refer to 1st screenshot) all 4 image rejected due to similar content rejection. The selected one topic/concept is 'iced matcha latte in glass with light shadows’ this topic only got 454 search result in adobe stock (refer to 2nd screenshot) but still got rejected due to similar content rejection. Can someone please explain where I am doing wrong? also I am curious to learn more about how I can avoid getting similar content rejection maybe some tips and tricks or solutions. Thanks in

Hello everyone,I am a new Adobe Stock Contributor and I am experiencing a strange issue.My contributor profile is public and all my approved assets appear as thumbnails in my portfolio.Portfolio: https://stock.adobe.com/uk/contributor/213418630/gall⁠�However, whenever I click any approved asset, the asset page returns "Page Not Found" (404).This happens for every approved asset.I have already:Cleared browser cache and cookies.Tested in Chrome, Firefox, Edge.Tested in Incognito mode.Tested on different devices.The result is always the same.Example File ID: 2078384078Adobe Contributor Support confirmed that my profile is visible, but the issue with the asset pages still exists.Has anyone experienced this before? Hello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was previously blocked due to what Adobe described as “highly irregular sales activity.”After a long review, Adobe recently reviewed my case and decided to reinstate and unblock my Contributor account. They informed me that the irregularly earned credits had been deducted and that my account was unblocked again.I can now access my Contributor Dashboard, and my available earnings are still visible. However, my entire portfolio is missing. The “My Portfolio” section shows “No items.”Before my account was blocked, I had approximately 27,000 assets in my portfolio.Adobe's reinstatement email did not mention that my portfolio had been permanently removed or deleted. It only stated that the irregular credits were deducted and my account was unblocked.Has anyone experienced a similar situation after account reinstatement? Does the portfolio take some time to be restored or re-synced after an account is unblocked?I would really app

Regarding the final product, should the icons be designed with outlines (lines) whose thickness can be adjusted, or with vector outlines using the “Convert Outlines to Vector Lines” option?I’d like to thank everyone who helps answer this question. Thank you.

So I had no reason to check the AI generated box. I spent hours tagging and keywording. REAL IMAGES. Taken with a camera. There was NO AI editing, certainly none generated by AI, many were even taken on film before I went digital!, and the scan submitted. Unless this can be put right easily I will waste no more time here as this is ridiculous. I enjoyed submitting my photos and was looking forward to making a start as a contributor, I love photography and hate AI, so this is a real kick in the teeth.I also avoid using any generative AI features in post processing, which are apparently allowed anyway (eg. small object removal tools). So none of this makes sense or has made me want to continue with this agency.Every single image is already accepted by Getty who seem to use real people to assess images, not useless AI.

My portfolio can't be seen when I click "My Portfolio". I tried to change the country region but can't find it either, I didn't know how to navigate through my portfolio after changing the region. Can someone help? I'm from Indonesia anyway. 

Does the reviewing team ever review your images at all? Does not seem to be the case.Mass generic rejections.None of these were accepted. 

I currently have one active Contributor account where I have been uploading mixed content across various categories. Going forward, I want to focus exclusively on a single niche (backgrounds/abstract images and videos) and would like to manage this separately from my existing mixed-content portfolio for better organization and tracking. Could you please let me know if I'm permitted to create a second Contributor account for this purpose, given Adobe's updated policy (effective March 25, 2025) that requires approval for multiple accounts?

Has anyone had their Adobe Stock contributor account reinstated after an IP violation involving sports branding content? I'm looking for real experiences, timelines, and outcomes.

Does the number of rejected images in Adobe Stock affect sales and the account in general?

I have 67 approved AI videos but no sales yet. Why is that? Also, is it better to focus strictly on one specific category (niche) or build a mixed portfolio with multiple categories to attract more buyers? Thanks!

My question is: if I took a real photograph with an older camera, so it's not many pixels. And I put it in Topaz AI to make it bigger. Do I put that up as a photograph, or do I label it as AI, even though it is a photograph?
