I already have an active Creative Cloud plan that is billed monthly for Adobe Illustration. Should I wait to redeem my code or wait for my subscription finish?  I have been subscribed to Adobe Illustrator for two months.

Hey everyone, I’m curious how you all approach market analysis. What tools or methods do you use to figure out which assets are in demand, which are oversaturated, and which are worth creating next? Do you focus on market trends, or do you stick to what you enjoy and let the chips fall? Would love to hear your approach! 

I recently submitted three very similar photos for review. I understand the “similar content” rejection, but what confuses me is that all three were rejected. Why weren’t two rejected and one accepted as the best shot? Also, do you usually try resubmitting just one of them after a few days? Thanks in advance for your advice!

Hi. Last December, I had to reset my computer. As a result, all my autofilled passwords were lost. Since I have double verification, I need a phone number in addition to my email address. But I don't have that number anymore and it's impossible to recover. Correspondence with the help center specialists yielded no results. How can I restore access to my account? I've been selling my photos since 2017. One photo has sold over 500 times, and I'm facing this insurmountable problem.

I am writing to formally appeal the deactivation of my account. On February 5th, I was notified of 'suspicious activity,' but I have not received specific details regarding any violation.I believe this flag might have been triggered by my recent payout request to my Payoneer account. I want to confirm that both accounts belong to me and I am happy to provide identity verification, tax forms, or bank statements to prove that the funds and the withdrawal request are legitimate.My account was performing well with organic sales, including a recent top-selling aerial asset (beach/ocean water) that earned USD 10.30 in a single day. I have always operated in good faith and I believe this deactivation is an error in the automated system. I am willing to provide original RAW files to verify the authenticity of my portfolio. Hello,I’m experiencing serious issues with my Adobe Stock contributor account after it was recently reinstated.My account was previously deactivated. I later received a response from Adobe Support explaining that the deactivation was due to re-uploading files that had already been rejected.Now my account appears to be active again, however I’m facing multiple problems:• I am unable to withdraw my earnings — the withdrawal request does not go through• My portfolio is missing• My total balance does not match the full amount I had before the deactivation• The account itself seems to be unstable / partially not functioningThis is very concerning, as I currently have earnings in the account that I cannot access, and my content and income seems to be missing.Could someone from the Adobe team please:• Confirm the current status of my account• Clarify what happened to my portfolio and full earnings• Help restore full access and resolve the withdrawal issueI would really appreciate your assista

An example of a picture rejected for QUALITY issues from my recent submission. The submission was rejected for this reason within 48 hours. It is typical of my work and previous submissions have been accepted. Can anyone help me understand why?

I’m wondering if other contributors have noticed slower review times lately.My recent submissions seem to be moving much slower than usual — some files have been pending for several weeks, which feels longer than what I experienced before. Most of my uploads are travel and town/street scenes, so I’m not sure if the subject type affects review speed.Are others seeing similar delays recently?How long are your current files taking to get reviewed?Also curious:Are approvals generally slower than rejections for you? Has anyone noticed changes in review speed in the past few months? In previous years, contributors meeting download thresholds received Creative Cloud plans in January.For contributors active in 2025, is there an upcoming announcement regarding 2026 bonus eligibility, or has the program been discontinued?

Hello! I'm having a problem: since March 4th, none of my vector illustrations have been accepted.I create original vector illustrations, sets, and patterns without using AI, but since March 4th, not a single illustration has been approved. I upload a few pieces every day. They all get stuck at the review stage, and after 2-3 days, one by one, they start rejecting due to "similar content." I've uploaded various themes, but my work hasn't been reviewed.What could be the cause and how can I fix this?Has anyone encountered a similar problem? What should I do?

I've been using phoptoshop for free for a few years now because of the photos I upload and sell through Adobe Stock. This year, I haven't received any notification that the option is back, even though my subscription ends at the end of March. Is there any news about this? Has Adobe discontinued this service?

In past years, the Photography plan was free for contributors who had a certain number of new photos in their portfolio. Will this free subscription no longer be available in 2026?

Can someone explain what’s going on? Right now, 99.9% of my photos are being rejected.I’m absolutely sure it’s not a quality issue, because photos from the same flight with identical exposure, contrast, and everything else are treated differently. One photo was accepted, while others were rejected, even though the only difference is that one is vertical and the other is taken from a slightly different horizontal angle.I really don’t understand how the quality review process works.

Good afternoon. I am really confused: if I upload the same vector artwork twice, once as an EPS and once as an SVG, will Adobe Stock treat as duplicat content or spam?I plan to submit the EPS as one submission and the SVG as a separate submited files. I’m not uploading the same format multiple times, just offering print ready and web version. I also can't upload a zipped EPS + SVG files, so I am really confuse.For context, I want buyers to have both options. Is there a way?

Hi everyone,I recently submitted this illustration and it was rejected due to “technical quality issues (artifacts, filtering, or noise).” I would really appreciate some detailed feedback from experienced contributors.This is a Scandinavian folk art style illustration of Lord Krishna, created using AI and refined further. My intention was to keep a flat, decorative, symmetrical folk-art look rather than a realistic painting style.I would like to understand: Are there visible artifacts or edge issues that I might be missing? Does the image appear too “AI-generated” or over-processed? Is the flat folk-art style being interpreted as lack of detail/quality? Does the symmetry or composition affect acceptance? Would adding texture or grain improve approval chances? I’m trying to align my work better with Adobe Stock’s quality standards, so any honest and critical feedback would be very helpful.Thank you in advance!

On this photo, I wanted to keep focus on the car and the church they are the main actors, others elements are not relevants. My photo was rejected by lack quality and I noticed that the trees on the foreground and background does not have focus, is it the issue? do you see other issues?a per your experience, when we are capturing photos, we need focus on the foreground and background? if so, we need to use a small aprture? on it photo I used F4, I should chage to smallest aperture? thanks in advance

Dear Community,I wanted to dip my feet into the ocean by uploading my first photo to Adobe stock but unfortunately it got rejected because of quality issues.
