sir anyone here could you please tell me what actually happens because i did not do anything wrong and not violate any guidelines eventhough the fact is like that am so shocking why my account was deactivated .i am too good at creating images with some serious passion about it. i love to create images by my own innovative thoughts .Last week on 30th july 2025 i got around 220 sales because of past three weeks i have worked in full day and till mid-night and made lot of awesome image creation also upload it in adobe after that my image getting sales and after that i got spend more time to create images continuously keep on working and upload it but suddenly yesterday 7th 2025 agust when i login my account it showed me that your account has been deactivated for suspicious activity .i was shocked and have no idea what happened why it has been de-activated because i did not do anything wrong and not violate any guidelines ,everything happens purely on genuine and honest .could you please a

Hey everyone,I thought it would be fun and hopefully useful to start a little challenge here. I recently had a video rejected for “Quality Reasons,” but when I reviewed the file, I couldn’t spot the issues mentioned in the rejection notice. The reviewer’s possible reasons were:Unintentional shaking (The camera is completely steady and doesn’t move)Empty black or white frames (none that I can find)Compression or audio problems (there’s no audio at all) So here’s the challenge: can anyone actually spot a quality issue in this video?If yes, please explain what you see.

Hi, EveryoneI have a question regarding contributor accounts and using them on the same computer. I currently have an active contributor account that I regularly use on my personal PC. Now, my wife is interested in creating her own contributor account and intends to use the same PC for her activities. Her setup would include: A separate email address A different browser profile (but still on the same machine) Given this situation, I would like to know the following: Is it allowed for two different individuals to operate separate contributor accounts from the same physical device? Are there any policies or restrictions we should be aware of regarding multiple accounts on a single computer? Would there be any risk of account suspension or any sort of violation if she creates and uses her account on the same PC? Is it possible for both accounts to remain logged in simultaneously (using different browser profiles)? Or should we be careful to log out of one before using

Hi everyone! Since this week, I’ve been getting the message:“Submission limit reached — Either you have too much content pending moderation, or you’ve submitted the maximum weekly limit. You’ll be able to submit more once pending items are moderated or your limit resets. Thank you for your patience.”I completely understand why this system is in place and I’m not complaining at all - I’m just curious:Is there a way to see my current weekly submission limit somewhere in my account?In my case, I already had a bigger amount of content pending moderation, so I assume I simply hit my weekly cap. Just wondering if there’s a way to check or track this info to plan my uploads better.Thanks a lot in advance!

Every time I enter my number and click to receive the verification code, I get this error: An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Using Google Chrome on PC (also tried Incognito Mode) Clearing cache and cookies Turning off all browser extensions (including ad blockers) Using a different browser (Firefox) Ensuring VPN is turned off Trying a different phone number Writing the number in the full international format (+8801XXXXXXXXX) Unfortunately, nothing worked. Hi Everyone, Heads up! I find it hard to believe that it's been almost a year since the nomination process began for the Adobe Stock Free collection. Starting tomorrow, June 7 some of you will have the opportunity to re-nominate photos that are currently in the Free collection, or to nominate new photos for consideration. The window to nominate your photos will be open until June 22. If you do want to nominate photos for consideration, I recommend you sign into the contributor portal tomorrow to take care of this. As before, we will be paying 5 credits for each photo approved for the Free Collection after the nomination window is closed. Photos that are approved will be in the Free collection for 1 year with a non-exclusive commitment. There was a slight deviation to the agreement that you will see tomorrow. Hello,Since June 30 my account has been completely blocked from submitting new files.I have no pending files in review, and the only response I have received from Adobe Stock Contributor Support was a generic message stating that "submission limits depend on various factors".It has now been well over a month without any further reply or explanation, despite me following up. I currently have over 6,000 approved files in my portfolio and have always followed the contributor guidelines.What is the reason for this block and a specific timeframe for when it will be lifted? I started contributing ai generated images. Some of them are selling very good , but my question is , in the "In rview" tab , there are some of my images that are in pending for 4 months , there not even gtting rejected so that i can get some more space for new file upload , does anyone face this, and know hoe to tackle this ? i would be very happy if someon from this community helkps me to figure this out. I am very confused about Adobe Stock's 'quality issue' and I am struggling to understand and learn more about it as well,I still don’t fully understand all the reasons behind this.
