Hi, I withdrew from my account on 14th of June, and it was my first withdrawal. Now my payment history shows me a "Payment error," how may I solve this? I do not know what their support system is. How may I connect with them to solve it? THANK YOU [Edited by moderator for clarity.]
I’m having trouble accessing my Adobe Stock contributor account. When I try to log in, I receive the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.” My account was originally created while I was living in Russia, but I no longer reside there. I have since moved and currently live in Georgia (the country).Despite the login issue, I continue to receive emails notifying me that my photos are still being sold on the platform. This means the account is clearly active, but I cannot access it myself.Could you please advise me on what I can do to restore access or update my account location?
I am planning to manage two accounts on Adobe Stock, for which I have created two Payoneer accounts. I intend to operate both accounts on different devices. Currently, one of the accounts is active. My question is: Do I need to use separate Wi-Fi networks or IP addresses to run the second account, or is it possible to manage both accounts using the same device and IP address? If using the same device and IP address is not advisable, what is the best approach to manage two accounts? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on this matter. Thank you.. I intend to operate both accounts on two different devices. Currently, one account is active. Now, my query is—do I need to use separate Wi-Fi or IP addresses to run the second account, or is it possible to run both accounts using the same device and IP address?Additionally, if this is not feasible, what would be the correct method to manage two accounts? Is the title/description as important as the image itself when submitting an Editorial image, I have had a few knocked back whihc appear no different in style that others that havw got through,. Eg. "Polizei - German police van in Munich: Am I likely to get images rejects accepted if I resubmit with better titles? e.g 2 Title: Polizei. - Swiss Police vans lined up in a row in Zurich - hi-viz orange stripes and blue lights on vehicles
How can this be too similar and not accepted?
Hi, I've been a contributor for a few years. At one point, I had a balance of $1, but I didn't see any updates from photo sales. This year, I joined an Adobe mission, was accepted, and received some payment. However, when I try to initiate a payout, the button doesn't turn blue even I have all the tax and thing. Do I need to wait for a download and the 45-day period, or is there another way? Thanks!
What is the problem in these photos that Adobe rejected just now? Could you offer any suggestions to help me improve, please?
Hi! I had the two photos attached rejected recently and am wondering what I can do to improve them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/uk/uploads/rejected Boa tarde.
A double whammy. Even though I only have 15 assets in review and I upload anywhere from as few as three to 5 assets per day, my submit button is grayed out so I can no longer submit. Why? Because, I assume, so many of my assets have been rejected (wrongfully and unfairly in my strong opinion) because the assets were "too similar." Very frustrating. I'm wondering if the algorithm making this determination is also taking into account assets filling the database that have been unsold for months or even years? This seems very counter-productive if so.
Here is an example. The prompts are different only in the color variation part. I would like to know if it's ok. Thank you in advance 🙂
Hello. My name is Abdul Rehman. Why my Adobe Stock account was deactivated. What specifically did I violate? I always tried to follow all the rules. Could this be some kind of mistake? What should I do? How can I reactivate my account? Plz Help me.
Hello everyone,Is the Adobe Stock contributor program truly safe and fair for creators? as My Adobe Stock contributor account (Case #00368169) was unexpectedly deactivated for “suspicious activity,” and I’m at a total loss. I’ve been contributing for over two years on Shutterstock and Fiverr with zero strikes, and my Adobe Stock sales have always been 100% organic and policy-compliant. Key Facts:2+ years on Shutterstock & Fiverr with zero warnings, removals, or policy violationsSingle, verified bank account for all payouts—no chance of unauthorized paymentsRecent Adobe Stock growth driven solely by fresh, high-quality uploadsNever used bots or ranking-boost tools; I adhere strictly to Adobe’s guidelines.
Hi,I'm a professional fine art photographer just getting into Adobe Stock photography. I've had more than half of my images rejected, and I understand the logic on a lot of them. Minor things that I am learning are issues (macro focus, etc). However, all of the attached images were rejected due to quality issues, and I would appreciate some guidance. Thank you for the feedback!
Hello. Sometimes I come across this on the forum: Accounts of 3-year, 5-year or even 10-year participants can be suspended. There are those who say they have over 100,000 accepted entities. I don't quite understand this. In other words, I don't think it's possible that a person would work honestly and respect the rules for 10 years, then change their minds and resort to cheating and deceit after 10 years. Are they making a mistake without knowing and their accounts are being suspended? I don't think it's possible either, I think a 10-year participant knows the rules from A to Z. Am I wrong? Or, does Adobe sometimes make the wrong decisions when it comes to suspending accounts? Thank you.
It's not often that I am left speechless by Adobe but they have really hit the nail on the head with this. I have submitted some photos for Adobe Stock and they have either been rejected due to "Quality Issues" namely File ID: 1196706180 and File ID: 1196835355 or "Intellectual Property Refusal" namely File ID: 1196835074 or File ID: 1209400354. Regarding the Quality issues - It is in sharp focus, it is color corrected using Adobe Lightroom and it is in 8300 by 5864 so it is not small. Where is the problem. Then there is the Intellectual Property Refusal refusal of a skyline. It has been refused because its at night and its of Los Angeles. Yet I have just been on Adobe Stock and found an image for sale (not as clear quality) e.g Los Angeles night skyline in LA, California, USA Stock Photo | Adobe Stock Please help me understand because I cannot get my head around Adobe's 'quality control' Thank you Duncan
Hi,Some of my white background images are rejected based on quality issues. If you guys can mention what the issue is, we can develop our techniques to do the right thing. Please let me know what the problem is, and then I can improve things.
Does anyone have any idea how to render an animation with transparency in quicktime with a background that is not black?
I am new here. I was wondering if it would be a good practice if I use 10 or 12 consecutive double word keywords in my images?I am putting 2 or 3 double keywords in the first 10, the remaining 6 or 7 are single,Please let me know. Am i right truck or not, Advance thanks
Hi all,I'm new to Adobe Stock (I have been on other sites for a while) and 'm struggling a bit with how many of my images are not being accepted. Some of the 'similar images' ones I can accept (it's annoying, but whatever) but I have a couple that I don't really understand for IP refusal - a picture of some buns, and a picture of some used books in a shop. Can anyone explain to me what the rules for IP refusal are and why they would apply here? Is it the small shop logo on the picture of the pastries, and the text on the books? Thanks!
Dashboard always shows DOWNLOADS and EARNINGS, regardless of the selected Time Frame - i.e. Lifetime, This Week, This month, or This year. However, today I noticed for the first time that an additional bit of information (category?) appears when Time Frame is set to either Lifetime or This week. What information does POSITION provide?
My recent submissions were rejected with a reason stating "missing AI flag", but they were manually created using licensed clipart and backgrounds from a graphic design platform that allows commercial use. No AI tools were involved. Could anyone please clarify if such works fall under your AI policy, or if there's a better way to categorize them?Thank you!
Dear Adobe Contributor Team, I am thrilled to share that I’ve officially joined the Adobe Stock Contributor community. Having been a long-time customer and admirer of Adobe’s products and services, this step feels both exciting and meaningful. Previously, I was ranked among the top freelancers in my organization, and now I am eager to channel my full potential into contributing high-quality creative work to the Adobe platform. Adobe has consistently impressed me—not only with its innovative tools but also with the exceptional support and understanding it extends to its users. Becoming a contributor feels like an opportunity to give back to a brand that has empowered so many creatives like myself. I’m committed to maintaining the highest standards in everything I submit and look forward to growing within this community with Adobe’s support along the way.Thank you for creating such a strong and inspiring platform. I’m excited about this journey and the creative possibiliti
Dear people of this forum and of Adobe, First of all: After 10 years as customer for licensing phtography and illustrations on Fotolia and AS with a monthly 10 credits subscription I am not planning to stop licensing the works of you and your fellow content creators but want to express a sincere "Thanks" for your contributions! Since some time I've started using Firelfy and am very happy with the unexpected possibilities. A friend of mine who is a skilled and very routined professional artdesigner has also access to Firefly due to the Adobe products subscriptions We've recently both opened an account to offer our works and the following facts made us both quite perplexed (as we've almost identically experienced the same): -> My friend who uploaded about 30 images which I all consider as "worth to be licensed" which were also all meticulously enhanced in Photoshop. Not one single image has been accepted and she lost interest ... esp. as the standard review comment aro
