Questions

Hi,In my project, I use my own 3D bottle in composition reference (see screeshot). It’s perfect and it fits perfectly in the style reference. However, I would like to keep my bottle smooth (see screenshot bottle), without glass patterns, without decor.Thanks.

visually pleasing but need to work on the details, not all elements are well organized and somehow it doesn't good well with complexities

i'm peeking and trying to understand how it works, but i already know right away its not very realistic, better try to make an AI for photoshop where i help photographers with good tools, i would make specific AI for portrait photographers, macro photographers and all kind of photography, that's not the right way people like to edit and use photoshop, because it's an institution in the world of photography, and you're in charge of saving it from these logarithms, you have to work with modern photographers and create a security system that check that the photo is taken by a person, who certifies it in the world of work and social networks

Hi Adobe Firefly team, I would like to share some feedback with you regarding the text to image generation feature in the photo generator. I have used many high-quality prompts for image creation, but I have noticed some issues with the characters generated by the system. Specifically, the textures of the face, eyes, hands, and other details are not well-defined. Additionally, I have noticed that some images are repeated.I would appreciate it if you could address these issues in future versions of the software. On a positive note, the colors are very natural and realistic, and the lighting is better than the mid-journey natural lighting.Thank you for your hard work on this feature. I believe that resolving these issues will make Adobe Firefly even more effective and successful after the beta version.I LOVE YOU.....

Bring more of the firefly features to photoshop. That's it 🙂

Hi. When using a copyrighted image owned by someone else as a reference for style or composition in Adobe Firefly, and generating a new image based on a text prompt, who holds the copyright for the generated image? Thanks.

We're planning to open a digital shop for our gaming community and we fell in love with a design I made in Firefly. Is there any way to claim full copyright on the design or get the official documents needed to be able to print and sell it? Thanks in advance!

Hi,  I am trying to use an image as composition referance but i get this error message saying that i need right to use images from third parties. How do i get this? Thank you in advance, and hope that i am clear.

I've been trying for over a month to purchase firefly services to gain access to the photoshop API. I understand I need an enterprise account, but not a single person can tell me how to purcahse one.  I have filled out all forms, called all phone numbers, and send emails to all suggested email addresses.  I have had multiple meetings scheduled with Adobe and no one has ever called during these time periods.   At this point in time I'm thinking it's not possible to purchase Firefly services because no one can tell me anything about it, nor does anyone EVER respond when filling out requests for information.   In the last 4 days I have spent somewhere between 6-7 hours trying to get an answer to a question that should be simple: How do I buy firefly services, how much does it cost, and what is the quota for API usage for the Photoshop API. Has anyone purchased FF Services and are using it?  If so, whom did you speak with and how did you get in touch

Computer scientist, Stephan Thaler, wants to register artwork made by AI program District court rejected concept of nonhuman authorship   The first U.S. federal appeals court battle over the boundaries of copyright law’s application to AI-generated works carries huge implications for creative industries given the rapid proliferation of the technology. The circumstances upon which copyright vests in work wholly or partly created by AI and who gets to control and enforce that right will hinge on interpretations of cases like Thaler’s. https://news.bloomberglaw.com/business-and-practice/ai-art-copyright-remains-doubtful-after-appeals-...   Circuit Court Judge Millett:  “I’m getting profoundly confused by what your theory is here  ...courts have uniformly declined to recognize copyright in works created absent any human involvement, citing cases where copyright protection was denied for celestial beings, a cultivated garden, and a monkey who took a selfie."

Hello, how can I avoid images with bad hands, bad eyes in my images, even if I use the negative prompts?

So I have tried to make a few diffrent AI images, Like "Wreak, submerged with female swimmer on it"  That gets flagged.  However if I change it to "Wreak, submerged with male swimmer on it"  AI creates it.If the only difference on an image getting flagged is if its FEMALE and not MALE in the text.   [Edited by Moderator]
