I was away for couple hours, and now adobe firefly no longer works (not a single model). Tried multiple browsers, devices, cleared cache, restarted computer/network, nothing helped. It doesn’t work inside photoshop as well.

I’’ve never been able to get a satisfactory result from Firefly, yet each time I try, credits are deducted from my account.  You’re AI system is not ready for prime time, and I’m very disappointed in the results it produces with video and still images.  Other AI offerings do a much better job, and you need a preview of the results that customers can accept before they’re charged credits.  It might take you money to run these calculations with AI, but the credits cost my small business money too for results I can’t even use.  Look at this example of a video that was generated.  The woman in the white shirt directly behind the man in the foreground looks like a wide blob, and not even close to realistic.  Audience members are also randomly placed and on top of one another.  This is terrible.

I click on them and Adobe says “We couldn’t open your document” every single time……….

I am generating imagery to show different pattern baby carrier, and to do this I generate differnt women in different poses .I am now trying to generate a whole new set of images for a new carrier print, and the program keeps reverting to the previous print design no matter what I ask for . Second issue is that I cannot seem to download from generate , nothing happens, apart from the face I have a pop up box that constantly says downloading…. but then nothing happens 

Generate video uses my credits and money.  It ignores my prompt and does the opposite of what I ask.  It adds effects I never wanted and then refuses to remove them……I no longer have any credits to use.

Is there any Adobe staff member here? I want to ask

Video models are producing very slowly. Also, seedance and grok video models should be added.

i just bought 2,000 credits 2 days ago, and they are suddenly all gone. (profanity removed by mod)

Thousands of credits have been taken from my balance but when I review my generation history for this month there’s no way I could have used that much. Most of my generation has been for audio (79 music clips < 1min, 26 speech clips <1 min, 4 SFX clips) and 3 videos (100 credits each). However Firefly claims I've used 5,540 credit on that. Which can't be right.I did try out using the colour change tool in Adobe Stock but was under the impression that that didn't count towards my credit usage and it never actually worked anyway (would hang indefinitely).

I’m a subscriber from Turkey. During the first month, I used the program without any issues, but recently the commands we give are often not being applied even though our credits are still being deducted.With the current economic crisis in Turkey, people make personal sacrifices to afford applications like this, and this situation is honestly very upsetting. Please restore the credits we lost. I’m not asking for anything more. Just refund the credits that were spent without us receiving the videos.

Sevice not working, using my credits and not editing the pictures or creating the pictures I asked for. I need my credits restored.

A render i have, has “SPORTS DOME ENTRY” sign up above a set of doors.  Firefly reports that DOME is triggering an issue and says “let me rephrase that” EDIT: it says quote “The word "Dome" in the signage description is likely triggering the filter. Let me rephrase:”EDIT: In another rendered view Firefly says: “The content filter is blocking again — likely "baseball" or the signage text”

   Why does Adobe Firefly behave in an adversarial manner when I try to generate a beautiful woman in a beautiful bikini photo. What is there in those photos that you are preventing from generating? I say this honestly and sincerely: I find it beautiful and delightful to look at a beautiful woman in a proper bikini, without any sexual, erotic or pornographic effect. I hate such effects. Only a beautiful, clean bikini photo is beautiful when it does not have the above-mentioned elements. I personally hate above all that a woman is objectified and made into a sex object. I find it ugly and inappropriate and offensive to a woman's dignity. Bikinis are a beautiful summer outfit that is a natural part of feminine dressing. No one goes to the beach or swimming in a summer dress. It is vulgar and absurd. That is why there are swimsuits for every occasion, including bikinis. I am consistently receiving an "Unknown Error" in the UI while attempting to use Adobe Firefly Sound Generation. Checking the browser DevTools (Network tab), the API request is returning a 405 Method Not Allowed status code.Context:Account Status: Paid subscription with sufficient credits.Tool: Sound Generation (Text to Sound).Error Code: 405 (Method Not Allowed).Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:Tested in Incognito/Private mode (no extensions active).Cleared browser cache and cookies.Tested on a completely different network (Mobile Data/Hotspot).Tested on a different device (Mobile browser).Checked status.adobe.com (No reported outages).Conclusion:Since the 405 error persists across different devices and networks, the issue is clearly a backend routing or API configuration error on Adobe’s side. Adobe Firefly is processing my account using the credits provided. I am a monthly user.Even though there are deductions from my credits, it keeps failing to create and gives an error, and this problem did not exist before the process started from the beginning.

J’ai dépensé une 100 de crédit pour faire une image sans arrière plan. sur le premier coup tout semble bien et l’AI traite l’image comme je le veux mais dès que je lui demande d’enlevé l’arrière-plan qui n’existe pas vu que j’utilise déjà des images sans arrière-plan. l’image se défait et il reste a peu près 20 - 25 % de l’image.. J’ai tenté avec firefly image 5, chatgpt image 2 et genimi 3.1 et ca me fait le bug sur tout ce que j’ai essayé. J’ai tenté une 2e image que j’avais en backup et ca n’a pas plus fonctionné
