The Firefly video result was the exact opposite of the instructions.  The AI tools would be much more useful if you only had to use credits for results that are acceptable.

I add text to the cretion window and then when it generates it swaps letters or misses some letters alltogether.  

I did a query *find photos of the 56 men who signed the declaration of indepence of the united states, and their photos, and listed all of their names*. Nothing happenned. I tried again, again crickets. Then I tried 50, and nothing. Then I tried 10 with 10 names and it finally worked, but most answers were duplicate photos--albeit very beautiful. THEN when I tried doing it one at a time it said *Not enough generative credits available to generate content.* But, I never got answers! 2026 is the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and a ton of folks will try my query. anything with fire or any really cool effect gets flagged the settings are way to sensitive for any real video effects

I tried to create a video from a reference image, the video was created, credits were deducted but the video was unusable as the image wasn't used at all!

I demand a refund. I ordered a video, but there is a problem—there is no sound. I have requested sound and text in my language, but I have had to repeat my request many times. Hi,I would like to report that browsing my favorite files, the files I create and place in my favorites section, has become very difficult and tedious due to Firefly's slowness and image overload, which should not happen.Furthermore, downloading files from the favorites section has become impossible. Firefly crashes continuously, forcing me to close and reopen the browser window, and even then I can only download files after many attempts. This is especially true for older files, and it happens with both Firefox and Chrome. I would like to be able to browse and download my files easily, without encountering crashes and other problems that make everything difficult and very slow.Thanks

I have an Adobe Firefly plan with 2000 generation credits.They were supposed to reset on 12/31/2025 but I was only able to do 7 generations and it's telling me I have no more credits until 01/28/2026. Where are my credits?

En un intento reciente de generar videos con IA generativa, se descontaron créditos de mi cuenta, pero los videos nunca se generaron correctamente ni se entregó ningún resultado. El proceso quedó inconcluso o falló, sin embargo los créditos sí fueron cobrados. Je suis abonné depuis des années à adobe, j'avais 11000 crédits ce mois ci, à partir du 15 décembre, et je n'ai pu générer que 9 videos alors que 400 crédits sont débités pour chaque video, on est très loin du compte. J'attends votre réponse très rapidement, on dirait que les vidéos qui n'ont pas pu être générées sont débitées, ce qui est totalement anormal.Cordialement

HI, ABOUT 10 OR MORE OF MY VIDEOS ARE MADE WITH A FEMALE VOICE WHEN I SPECIFIED A MALE VOICE, AND SOME ARE NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I FEEL LIKE I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED SINCE I WAS NOT GIVEN WHAT I ASKED FOR.

I was waiting for AI creating video, and the system gave an error and 'said somthing went wrong', and when I tried again twice, it says you do not have enough credit, the system wasted my 4500 credits with this error, I did not receive any result.

I'm trying to generate image to video and I keep getting this error message 

The images are only being made square.  I am trying to choose a different model, but that doesn't work.

I just found out I can use Veo 3.1 and Sora, so I experimented. I only used it a few times and all my credits are gone. Not to mention the video I made with sora was a still image and not animated. I would like a refund of those lost and stolen credits. I only used 2800 credits based on my generation history, actually less becasue the first video was only 200 credits.Screenshot 2025-12-12 010916.png

Alright. I made more than 5 generations and they all were failed due to some errors - either policy of adobe (nothing was against it) or just "failed".However, half of my credits were taken for nothing? Adobe, is it usual situation?

Básicamente eso, tengo 500 creditos en Firefly y me dice que no puedo generar ni editar imágenes porque no tengo créditos suficientes.
