I have been on the monthly photography plan with LRC, PS et al ever since it started. In December of 2024, I switched from monthly to the annual plan. When I tried to do this online, I was instructed to cancel the original plan and resubscribe to the new plan. That was done on or about 12/18/24. Today, I looked at my generative credits, and I see I'm only getting 125 credits monthly instead of the usual 250 monthly credits. Shouldn't I be grandfathered into the 250 monthly credits since all I did was switch payment plans. Adobe required me to cancel and re-enroll. Not real happy with this turn of events. Am I missing something or did Adobe pull a fast one? 

Hi-I have tried finding answers and the Adobe resources aren't super helpful for what seems to be very simple questions. All I can find is $4.99/month for 100 credits for Adobe Firefly.I am looking to product around 5,000 AI images per month using Firefly. This is for approximately 375 articles per month (15/day - 25/month).A. Can I sign up for Firefly and buy extra credits?B. How much do the extra credits cost?C. Is there a better option?I don't need Photoshop or any other special tools. I don't need to edit them. Nothing fancy. Firefly is perfect for my needs. I just need to produce a large volume of AI images at around 1200x800.Any help that can be provided would be very much appreciated! -Scott

I've been using Firefly within Photoshop for a while now and find it almost impossible to generate text  within the image. Comes up all gobbledygook is there a way of adding text? Thanks

HI,Has this happened to you: prompt after prompt and i keep simplifying and Firefly just returns the same image, mildly tweaked. I copy and paste into other tools and I get something back...am I missing something in how I write my prompt?

When creating a 3d style text, most of the time the text in the structure reference will be placed over the style reference. Is there any way or prompt to make sure a certain texture is added to my texts instead of creating different layers?

Hello, I’m struggling with the ai-image-generation-process :Colored powder explosion. Abstract closeup dust on backdrop. Colorful explode. only 3 colors : background fond #E75BFF powder colors #F5C5DC and #B9E1F8https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/images?id=b28515f4-989f-42bb-b4f5-9fce9afb5412 I don’t see how to obtain the kind of gradient, like the one in in the reference image (replacing the black background by a light-blue to rose gradient). The amount of colors should be 3 : #E75BFF, #F5C5DC and #B9E1F8 Any hints would bwe much appreciated.G 🙂

I made a fantasy image in Firefly (beta version) via text to image and downloaded it. I imported the image in Photoshop (not beta version)  and extended the crop angles via generative expand and generated an extension of the existing image. My question is, am I allowed to make commercial art out of the one generated in photoshop since the original art was made in Firefly beta? Is it possible to retain the copyright of the art I made in Photoshop? I write the prompt, make the changes I want in the content prompt section. So technically the prompt is mind, the chnages I made in the content prompt section is mine, so the work I made using AI should also belong to me as well. Please let me know my queries
