I've creative cloud but I'm not able to get unlimited firefly generations as advertised in your emails, etc.. Asks me to buy more credits. 

When my Annual 20gb Photography Plan runs out in Feb2026 I intend to upgrade to the 1Tb Photography plan using a retail voucher. Will I be entitled to the higher 500 generative credits or will it class as a new account with the lower entitlement?Thanks!

Hi.I was testing with Adobe's AI video generate before I commit to my subscription. However, all of my videos were incorrectly made, including two of them went fully black screen (no images and no sound), and one of them was cut off in the middle (did not follow the full prompt). I would still like to make sure that the videos can be generated without issues like them before I commit since I will be paying for the subscription. And, I would like to get my 3 video credit back to try again since I couldn't use any of them that were made with bug. Please see attached screenshot to show (you can also checked the videos I generated directly via the attachments). Thanks.

I'm trying to generate an image on firefly, but it keeps saying "Can't access. You can contact your admin to request access." I've already signed out and sign in, but the problem still isn't solved.

I attempted to generate video from two different photos of a man and his mother and a family walking in the woods. Both were immediately rejected. Then I used Firefly to generate an image of a man holding his daughter and tried to use that, but it was also rejected. I've attached these images here. I can find no reason that the system would reject these on a content-level. So any thoughts you have would be appreciated.

I have been teaching Adobe software for 17 years.  The software has had many changes over time, and as an educator, I have been able to adapt my curriculumn with these changes. That being said, I have had to spend countless hours to build my lessons, create assets, videos, ect. to deploy on our learning managemnet system to teach these updates. As time has gone on, and the software capabilities have increased, I have found it harder to keep up with the changes and manage my lessons.  Now with AI, I find it almost impossible to stay on top of all the changes. If AI is a tool that we are expected to use and show students how to work with, Adobe needs to lead the educational side of what it looks like in the classroom and how it is taught.  We need resources that we can utilize that work well with how lessons are deployed on learning management systems. We need educators building these lessons for us too ... not marketers or people who dont work with middle or high school s

I am facing some sort of glitch issue with my CC pro subscription. I had free 3 months membership coupon which was avaialble with my Laptop when I bought it but I had to fill the card details in payments section. Later I tried to cancel the subsciption but It could not happen due erros i was getting throughout on home page "Plan information unavailable". Last month I though I should by new subscription and hoped I would  get option to cancel existing one but now I am unable to use Firefly because it shows a blank screen when I click the icon and go to new tab of Firefly and Plan information, Invoice and activated device etc is still missing since i can not see the details. I have tried the "Adobe Virtual assistant" fetures to solve this but was unable to figure out and tried the Phone number "800-833-6687" also they have provided "other method to contact" but it's not avaialble. Yesterday, I randamoly thought and tried to login Adobe CC in my Phone's brows

I’ve been spending a lot of time experimenting with Adobe Firefly recently, and while I’m getting some great results, I’m still trying to understand the best way to consistently improve image quality, realism, and fine details in the outputs. If I'm paying monthly why am I not getting unlimited generators of images!!!  I'm in the middle of a project and it said I don't have enough tokens!!!  And have to wait until mid December to generate images again! IM PISSED!

Dear Adobe Community/Support Team,I am writing to seek clarification regarding the usage rights for audio tracks generated using the Adobe Firefly Generate Soundtrack(beta) feature, specifically when utilizing the monthly Free Generative Credits.My question is ?I have generated a long-form track (up to 60 minutes) using this feature. Can I use this lengthy audio track in my YouTube videos (for background/loops), which are monetized?I want to confirm that even long-form content generated with free credits is legally clear for commercial use and will not trigger Content ID claims.

Hi there I am trying to do a transparent background png illustration that I made.  I gave it one very simple instruuction and 2 times it wouldn't move and on the other 3 it just jumps the image in fashes.All unusable and I have lost 1250 credits and nothing to show.  Im afraid to keep trying as it keeps using the credits with no results.Any tips on either fixing the issue or reclaiming the lost credits.Thank you in advance.

I could not generate an image because I wanted to include "Mary Jane" shoes. Everything else was fine, and it would generate pictures with the entire prompt -Mary Jane.I had to type in "Closed toed, low cut shoe with a strap across the instep" to get what I wanted without Firefly thinking I was trying to make some sort of drug related shoe.Adobe is truly insane.  If they really want to dissuade drug related images then force AI to put shoes wherever "Mary Jane" is requested, don't limit the type of shoes I can request because some people might be using slang for pot.  That is like refusing to put flowers in a "pot."

I have a prepaid Photography plan (20GB)  that renews on 12/25/25.If I buy generative credits will they expire on the 25th of each month?I understand that don't roll over. 

Below is a screenshot. I want to create a series of illustrations that will thematiclly be consistant, and have a main character represented in all of them. I created a prompt which generated the first line of images, used one of the images a reference for both style and compostion. I even tried FF 3. I have included the prompt below the image. Save an image, screenshot, or video clip of your final artwork, post it as a reply to this post, and describe your process and which tools you used. Nach dem Hochladen eines Bildes zur Änderung des Hintergrundes wird das Bild in schlechter Qualität angezeigt, d.h., es ist extrem verpixelt. Ebenso dann nach Bearbeiten und dem Herunterladen. Außerdem wird das bearbeitete Bild grundsätzlich nur in png mit niedriger Auflösung abgespeichert.Ich habe keine einstellung gefunden, die ich diesbzgl. ändern könnte. Trying to edit an image in image 5 is just plain confusing. I have no idea what I'm doing and if I'm lucky I may stumble on to something useful. Documentation would help, or would it. I looked at image 4 docs, and it was mostly on how to create a prompt. That's not what we need. We need to understand how to use Image 5 features, not how to write a prompt. Ridiculous! 

Okay, so I been using adobe firefly logo branding feature, created a few logos and merchandise, but and exporting it to photoshop or download image are poor quality, any having the same issue? 

I use to generate beautiful vector images and they are now all horrible. I lost all of my generated images and now when I try to recreate them, I don't come close to the image results I got in the past. The majority of these images are not even usable. Please undo whatever you just changed.  

Hello, I just upgraded to Adobe FI premium. I couldn't use the credits and I could only use 3 videos from the package that includes 20 5-second videos. Please solve this problem.
