Hi folks, I spend a lot of time building in Minecraft and lately I’ve been playing around with Adobe Firefly just for inspiration. I’m not a pro artist or anything — mostly just someone who likes planning builds and imagining new biomes or structures before jumping into the game. I actually shared a similar thought over on Reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/OpenAI/comments/1k8fs4t/anyone_using_adobe_firefly/ and wanted to continue the discussion here. I’m wondering if anyone here has actually managed to use Firefly in a way that still feels Minecraft-like. Every time I try, it looks cool but drifts away from that chunky, blocky vibe that makes Minecraft what it is. If you’ve figured out a good workflow, or if you’ve decided it’s not really worth it for [link removed] ideas, I’d genuinely love to hear your experience. Just looking to learn from real use, not hype. Thanks in advance!

In Firefly, I wanted water droplets to land on a leaf and for it to slowly turn to the right. All of my approximately 20 attempts failed. I request a review of the actions I took and a refund of the credits I spent.

I have upload product image and I have generated videos, at least 2 videos the product image was totally different, although I have highlighted in the prompt that I need the image details accurately. I request to return the used credit for those videos please.

most time when i upload a photo and try to work with it the orginal photo is too small pixtels and adobe will not work with it

I get this message, have tried different input and avatars. credits are still there, but they roll over in a couple of hours thereby wasting almost 4000 credits.What does this mean?  

I cannot proceed to generate my video using the Firefly even though I have credits available. It just say: Something went wrong. Please try again later. I tried few times and still the same response I get

I would like to report an issue with Firefly’s video upscaling feature. The feature is a great idea, but in my experience, it has not been working reliably. Sometimes it returns an error message, while other times it produces a result of a still image.I would appreciate it if your team could investigate this issue and work toward making the feature more reliable. Since video upscaling is an important tool for professional workflows, having it work consistently would make a significant difference.

Hello Adobe Support / Community Team,I am facing a persistent issue with Adobe Firefly for the last 2 days. Every time I try to generate any image, it immediately fails and gives the error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again later."This error is happening on every single prompt, including extremely basic text prompts like "A simple red apple", as well as when using the Character Reference feature.To resolve this on my end, I have already tried all the standard troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved:Different Browsers: Tested on both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (same error persists on both). Cleared Cache & Cookies: Cleared all browsing data and tried using Incognito/Private mode. Account Refresh: Signed out of my Adobe account and signed back in multiple times. Firewall Settings: Checked Windows Defender Firewall, and both browsers are fully allowed for private and public networks. I also tried turning off the firewall temporarily, but it didn't h

Now after uploading an image, it gets very laggy. Whether it's image expansion or other operations, it's very laggy. Has no one given you feedback? Hurry up and change it back to the previous experience!

I am making a video that contains and android that is missing its left arm due to damage.  I have changed the cue multiple times to say that the arm is missing.  And I now have 20+ videos that the arm somehow magically reappears during the video.  These are credits that you just stole from me, and I still dont have the video I want.  At 400 credits a generation, I now feel that I am getting screwed by Adobe.

I have been trying to generate a video using your AI tools. The first iteration got close, and then I tried to make some edits using the prompts, and it keeps on charging me credits and then giving me the exact same video. I’m using the Video Edit feature. I’m trying to finish the shot in the way I originally intended, because the generated result did not match what I wanted. The task is quite simple: I need the objects falling from the top of the frame onto a black background to fall faster and continue all the way down until they disappear from the frame, leaving a completely black background at the end. The edits are completely ignored. Every generation produces essentially the exact same result. My edit prompt was:“In the unedited footage, the folders fall too slowly and do not complete the shot — the objects do not fall all the way to the bottom and disappear from the frame. I don’t know what changed behind the scenes but at the moment beta image generation screen. Yesterday constantly was freezing and today is constantly refreshing itself with very weird GPU spikes.  It is practically unusable at the moment.  Edit: Same problem with different browsers too.

Is there a way to buy additional Generative Credits without starting another monthly plan?  7000 credits goes really fast at 400 per generation (while also factoring in that most of the generations don’t follow the prompts but still fine me the 400 credits anyway).
