I have made many attempts at making a video from a flat map. I tried several different models. I revised the prompts many times. The results were all unusable. The prompts were not followed. The reference map was not kept accurate. I used about 3,500 credits trying to something usable. 

When editing images in Firefly The image does not change and I get an exclation mark to show that my edit has not worked.

 I’m having an issue with the background removal process. It has been processing since 5/10/2026 and still hasn’t finished. What could be causing this?

I'm experiencing an issue with Firefly-generated audio files.After the audio is generated, I am unable to access it. The playback does not work, and when I try to download the generated audio, the download also fails.As a result, I'm forced to regenerate the audio from scratch each time, which is both time-consuming and inefficient.Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a resolution?Steps to reproduce:Generate audio in Firefly. Attempt to access/play the generated audio. Attempt to download the generated audio. Access and download fail, requiring the audio to be regenerated.Expected behavior: The generated audio should remain accessible after generation and should download successfully.Actual behavior: The generated audio cannot be accessed, and downloads fail, forcing regeneration of the content.Thank you for your help.

here is what i put. (i want to use picture 1 for background. i want to use pictures 2 and 3 remove all green screen and merge so that me and the dog are in front of the car in picture 1. proportioned reality with picture 2 standing 6 feet tall full body feet on the floor in front of the driver door and the dog, picture 3 next to me feet on the floor looking up at me. the dog is 12 inches tall on all 4 feet) and it didn't put the dog at all. didn’t put me full view made me closer i never said that. i am taking up credits with these frustrating errors. also the chat feature does not show up every time i could really use it. i understand AI is new technology and there will be issues, but i am fairly quick at mastering new tech, my problem is i am on a very low budget. I am hoping to earn more by using your product. thank you for your time.  

Firefly is not generating the video but only charging the credit without the result. Please check and refund.

Has anyone had luck with getting quality results using Topaz to upscale their video? The upscaling produces horrible quality every time. I have yet to generate a quality version better than the original, it’s always worse. It is introducing artifacts, creating very artificial-looking features which looked completely fine in the original. At least the original looked real. Now it's horrible, artificial-looking slop.Should Topaz only be used on high-resolution stock video? If so, add a disclaimer not to use this with AI-generated content, because it's burning through credits like crazy with all these useless generations.And I'm doing this through the main Firefly page, I avoid Boards altogether. Even image generation is horrible there. Save your credits. Don't use Boards unless it's for concepts.

after generating a video the download option isnt workiing. says not available, sometimes when u click to play the video it starts the generation again and never ends.

I just tested the AI video translation tool and I'm a little confused. The example video makes it clear it is supposed to ecit the face so the mouth lip synchs to the translation, but my test did not do the lip synch. Did I miss a step somewhere?
