I've tried multiple generations using Veo 3.1 and I keep getting the same error "Something went wrong. Please try again later."You're still taking my credits though, I would like those back.

depuis maintenant 2 jours lorsque je souhaite generer une image elle créé à chaque fois une erreur et lorsque je réessaye le même message apparait dans l'immédiat 

Bonjour  depuis la semaine dernière je veux annuler ma période d'essaie et impossible. Il y a un toujours un msg d'erreur. Du coup on m'a facturé ! !!! Impossible de les avoir au téléphone !! aider moi 

Trying to use Firefly and it shows Application Unavailable please come back later. 

Estou tentando gerar um video a partir de uma imagem, e já são 3 dias sem conseguir, sempre com a seguinte mensagem, "ocorreu um erro tente novamente mais tarde". Com esses erros o Adobe perde ultilidade para mim. 

I gave firefly a reference image to be used with google gemeni 3 and then when i removed it and proceeded to create other images with completely different prompts, the reference image kept resurfacing and appearing in the images despite there not being any reference image loaded any longer. (I don't want the boat in my picture of a desert scene but it is there from the old reference image)

Image after Image after Image I get facial hair, stubble, etc. and I hate it. here is the prompts I am using:"head and face bald man, razor-smooth skin texture. smooth skin on jawline and chin, bare skin" I dont think I can be more clear on what I am looking for. I have done much research and I get different answer, some say  put in " no facial hair" while others say not to use that cause the no triggers something.  I also find annoying that if I am using nano-banana pro with a different AI, it works, Adobe Firefly seems to have a facial hair problem or they get paid by the whisker. It is very annoying when you are trying to accomplish something.  And please do not tell me there are apps to remove facial hair, yes there are, but when you are paying for something and it will not perform as you ask it is very frustrating. all i ever get excuses of how the model was trained, so then retrain it. not all men have beards. 

Non of AI resbond at all, what the use of paying when the AI is out of order.

why do you take credits from me when it doest generate and says something went wrong etc??

Although the required credits is 0 until December 15th, I have the "generate" button greyed out on the image genetaor.

Hello Community,I have been experimenting with AI for a while now, and it's been a really frustrating process. First, they give you a paltry amount of credits that wouldn't last half a day on a project, then when no one buys their unfinished tech, they do something like Adobe has done. They tease you with unlimited credits till mid December. Well I decided I'd try a little music video project, all done with AI. I create the first 5 seconds with a text prompt, then I take the last frame of that newly generated clip, and use it as the next First Frame for the next 5 seconds, ans so on. Well the music video I'm doing is with my sister, who is a nationally touring singer/songwriter, and the video was going to be derivitive of the kid's movie, "Harold and the Purple Crayon." I was able to generate the first 10 seconds, but the third clip kept getting denied because it violates their guidelines. The problem is they're denying First Frames even when Firefly created the image. Now I've include

Sonovid only uses 75 credits when generating videos using Sora. The timeframe is also 15 seconds versus 12 seconds. Not sure I will keep using Adobe for teh video creation. I would reccommend looking at what the competition is doing. 

Firefly did not keep the correct dimensions of the children in the photo, it interrupted them about the same size, or the size difference was too great.

 I am trying to get the currently white border around the woman's head to be in the gold color as the rest of the outline is. Firefly makes its own oval halo around the woman's head. The wording I have used is "make the oval around the woman's head PMS 872." and this is what I got when I said "Fill oval border around woman 's head, back and below with PMS 872"What wording should I try?? It's a border! I don't want a NEW border, I just want the current one filled in. It won't let me upload any of the images because they say it's copyright infringement - we own the copyright, it is OUR artworkI NEED this to make signage for an event on Dec 18

Between classic password confusions and which email or gmail goes with which password, it seems I may have used an older one which after two step verification I was able to use Firefly but when I review what experiments I have tried the results are not all to be found. It may be I am unfamiliar with how to best store results for future use, but I am finding the interface counter intuitive that way even if the results can be amazing.
