I am trying to upload a zipped SCORM 2004 course to Adobe Prime and I keep getting this error message: failed to be uploaded. Reason: An Internal Error has occurred.I tried two different browsers and re-published the course twice. I even tried another course file that was successfully uploaded yesterday and that one also produced an upload error. There are no special characters in the title. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi all - after some research, and being very new to Captivate PRIME, I am asking for your help. I have two courses set up that are a series of videos that I am requiring my Learners/enrollees to watch. I have yet to determine how to 'track' which users have completed the videos/course. Said another way, I would love to see which videos have been completed by Learner/enrollee A, B, and C. Is this possible? If so, how? I thank you in advance and please feel free to ask any questions for clarification. Again, I am pretty new to the program.
Hello Prime Community,Does anyone know the process to reset a course for a user that is part of a Learning Program? Basically we have a learner that has softlocked a course in a learning program and the admin over that learning program wants to force restart the course for that one user. The admin does not want to set up attempts and have to instruct the user to re-attempt themselves as they would likely not follow through. Is there a level of control from the admin point of view to reset a course in a learning program? Thanks!

Hi, We are a company that provides content to organisations, thus we have instructors or subject matter experts freelancing with us. So once I create a new user group for them and assign the roles, can I not allow them to see my clients/students emails? If so, where may I do that and which box do I check in user settings. Thanks.

Hello,I have learners that went through my certification courses last year and are going through them again now. Some of their statuses say "In Progess" because they didn't complete last year's training. I need to reset their progress to "Not Started" for this year's training so I can track their progress. Is there a way to do that?
I am hoping someone may help to clarify something. If we have purchased a certain number of user licenses and a user is later deleted - does that license become available for a new person?
Hi community! I posted this in the Captivate community, but wanted to cross-post it here as well. I have a short Captivate training that is hosted in Captivate Prime, created in Captivate 2019, that has a short 20-second event video on one slide. About 80% of the time, when I have a learner view the content through Captivate Prime, the video hits a loading screen about halfway through the video that freezes everything for about 5 seconds. Once the loading screen is gone, the video is paused and will only continue when the learner moves the video's playbar to somewhere else in the video. I've tried re-recording the video (in hopes that it was the video file's fault) and then recreating the entire training into a new Captivate file. Nothing helps. Is this a video loading problem? Captivate Prime problem? My problem?? Thanks for any help!

Hello, Was looking to see if anyone knows a way to see time spent per individual attempt on a course or module in Prime? I currently am aware that I can pull a user transcripts out and have it include module data. It shows time spent there, but only a users last "pass" attempt or a cumilative of all attempts (I'm not sure which is the case) Is there a way to see and pull time spent on each individual attempt? EXAMPLE:Have a course with a comprehensive test.Set the test to infinite attempts in PrimeUser takes course 5 times to pass. Says he spent hours each attempt.We want to pull those 5 attempts and see the time that user spent on each of those attempts individually. Thanks!
Hi,So I am using captivate prime to do some online training courses. Over time I have updated and replaced certain courses but the problem is the catalog is not updating properly for my users. I have completely deleted some courses and yet they will still show up in the catalog of my users. Any help would be greatly appreciated!Thanks,Brad
I have now had two instances in the last 24 hours where a student has enrolled in a class, maybe viewed a module or two - and suddenly the course is no longer available to them. It has disappeared from their list of available courses. Has anyone else encountered this before? Was there any solution?We have had several hundred take the course with no problems.I did unenroll one student and reenroll them. The course was visible for a couple hours and was then gone again.Puzzled...
I am unable to delete user that has left the company. This user had Manager role permissions and a team of direct reports. The first couple of times I tried, I got an error saying that the user couldn't be deleted since they were a manager. Now when I try, I get no feedback after submitting the deletion request... but the user is still there. Is there any way around this issue? Can the manager role be revoked or changed to another user? tl;dr What options do i have for deleting a manager? Thanks
Hello,We recently took over administration for one of our customers Adobe Captivate Prime portal to administer users. The account we were assigned by our customer to administer users is an internal account with roles of learner & Admin. We are getting a lot of complaints from users who are having issues with registration. Issue is we will go to external users, find the group and click send Welcome email. The user then gets welcome email which it then prompts the user to register, they fill out their information and click register, (they dont get any errors), it then prompts them to login with their account they just registered with. When they login they are then prompted with a error "No Prime accounts are currently linked to your email. Click here to go back to login page". We have tried doing so in many browsers, IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari and trying it from our side as well as customer side and same issue. We have also tried to copy the link from the users team fro
I am looking for the dimensions for a course cover image.
Using the "Export user data" report from the Internal Users page produces a spreadsheet that DOES NOT include custom fields. In a bit of research here, it doesn't appear there's a way to customize the report in Prime, but that there is an opportunity using Get API functions. Q1: Is this true, or am I missing something? Q2: I am new to Prime, and inexperienced with Get API functionality. Where can I go to get a thorough training on how to use API functions to get a complete user data file? Thanks!Jim
Happy Tuesday! Does anyone know if there is a way to view specific module progress for a user in a course? For example: I have a course that has 4 modules in it. I export course progress data from Prime and see that 20 users are at 75% complete but they say they completed all the modules. I assume this would mean 3 of the 4 are finished as what the system sees. I want to take a specific one of those 20 users, look to see what modules they have completed, and then do the same for the others. A follow up would be is there an option to "force" completion of a module. Say one of those 4 is not working as intended for a specific user (maybe due to network or user error). Can I force that 1 module to complete? Thanks for the help!
Hi. I have two issues I'm hoping to get help with. I'm not sure if these are bugs or configuration issues. 1) When I preview my learning course in Captivate in the HTML 5 viewer the navigation buttons under the player take me to the next/previous slide (expected behavior), however, when I publish to Captivate Prime the navigation buttons take me to the next/previous MODULE (not expected behavior).2) Also, same sceanrio (preview vs. publish) in preview the table of contents are on the left and everything looks fine, however, after publishing to Prime there are several (non-quiz and non-knowledge check) slides that have "?" next to them. I assumed this was an indicator to the learner that there was a quiz or knowledge check on the slide but the slides I have are NOT that nor were they created as that and then reutilized as non-quiz.
