Every export I do through Media Encoder fails and I dont know why. This has been going on for about 5 months now. Any help would be appericiated. Good afternoon,When using Adobe After Effects software in conjunction with Adobe Media Encoder with the same settings on 3 hardware configurations (differences at the chipset and video card level), different capacity usage was recorded when rendering the project on different computers.In particular, the difference was expressed in the following:On PC1 (i7-8700, 32B DDR4, GTX 1070 Ti 8GB), both when the "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration" is turned on, and when the "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only" is selected, the load during the whole process occurs only on all processor threads, and the video card is used at a maximum of 1-2%.On PC2 (i7-8700, 32B DDR4, RTX 2070 8GB), when you turn on the "Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration" or when you select "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only", the load during the entire process only affects all processor threads, and the video card 1-2% maximum is used.On PC3 (Ryzen 7 3800X, 32B DDR4, RTX 2070 8GB), when you turn on the "Merc

Hey!  So my video i am making when exported from Premier Pro is completely fine until it reaches the encoder.  The video that was originally purple is now coming out yellow and blue.  I checked if it might have been the GPU but it was not and the video played fine in premier so i am not sure what the problem may be 

Hi, I had a friend send a video to me from her phone by text. It came to my iphone 8 plus as a .3gp file and blurry/poor quality. How do I get this to be the correct quality? Do I use the adobe media encoder? I do have access to that app.

Latest Media Encoder version.  I've created the LUTs Creative and Technical folders as required in the 2019 versions for Premiere Pro and Media Encoder to recognize Lumetri looks.  All it good in Premiere's Lumetri panel, but the Lumetri Looks are not showing up at all in Media Encoder - either when creating a preset or trying to apply a look to a clip.  Selecting a non-default Look causes the UI to flip immediately back to None, and then actually does affect the shot - but in a horrible way not at all in line with the actual Look. Furthermore, this makes it impossible to create LUTted Proxies from Premiere - essential when working with Log footage - as it is not honoring the LUT at all. This is a huge problem.  What is going on? 

current install of Media encoder, tryingto transcodw soem H'254 drone footage to an edit friendly form....tried various DNx options but I'm always ending up with files as big as the originals ( nearly!) ...every single tutorial I see shows an option to change the bit reate of the output ..that option just isn't in my drop down menu in video settings???   EDIT --- just found out DNxHR cannot be adjusted by bit rate!

In the Media Encoder Export Settings dialog box the "export video" check box is checked, but greyed out.  Meanwhile, I can check and uncheck the "export audio" option.  Why is this happening?  Only happens when I want to trancode to DNxHD/DNxHR MXF OP1a format. So I went ahead and transcode my .mts file (avchd as the codec) with the above scenario being the case.  Then imported the footage to adobe premiere pro and only the audio is there, no video.   If I UNCHECK the "export audio" option, then transcode, then import to premiere pro-  only the video is there.  Thoughts? Screen shot included.

Unity 3D can embed videos in a scene, but I could not file a video format that AME could generate with alpha channels that Unity 3D could understand. There was a 3rd party plugin for one format but it was broken last time I checked. Is there a video format that supports alpha channels (transparency) that AME can generate that Unity 3D understands now? (I would like to create an animation with Character Animator and drop it into a 3D scene.)

Hey there, I'm trying to export a 1920x1080 After Effects clip, but Encoder keeps changing the final video to 2560x1080. I've got all my settings correct, and as it exports it says 1920x1080 but the final product is always 2560x1080. I've tried resetting the dimensions manually as well as making sure that I'm running the latest version of Encoder, but neither solved the issue. I did upgrade to Catalina the other week, so I'm wondering if this could have something to do with it? I'll attach some photos here - any help would be much appreciated! 

This has to be a setting I'm missing, but when I transcode using any Preset, Media Encoder burns the file name onto my transcoded video like this:  "TextInFront[Source File Name].movTextInBack" Any direction guidance is appreciated!

Hello, I am rendering out a 1080p video but every time the video gets exported, the video is blurry. I have tried changing the format but nothing seems to be working. I have attached some images of what the video looks like while editing, and what it looks like after it has been rendered. Thanks for the help!

Doe anyone know about the Media Encoder CC2019 crashing due to Mac OS Catalina? AfterEffects works fine, but when Media Encoder is activated through AfterEffect, it crashes during startup.

Bonjour, je cherche à exporter ma vidéo mp4 (qui fait 789,3 ko) d'After Effects de 19sec en format H.264 sous Adobe Media Encoder (version 13.1.5) mais lors du téléchargement, cela s'arrête net toujours à au même moment à la fin de la vidéo, et me met systématiquement "Echec". Cette erreur me signale une "erreur de compilation vidéo". Cela l'a fait aussi pour ma précédente vidéo alors je n'arrive qu'à les exporter en format MPEG4 mais la qualité est abominable. Toutefois lorsque je veux exporter ma vidéo en H.624 qui a déjà été exportée en MPEG4 précédemment, l'exportation se fait très bien. Pourtant mes vidéos précédentes n'avaient jamais eu aucun problème d'exportation en H.624. Je n'ai rien changé, je ne comprend pas et je ne trouve pas de solutions. J'ai essayé de vérifier le Cache Média sur After Effects (ma version est 16.1.3), mettre à jour After Effects ainsi que Media Encoder et puis les réinstaller mais sans succès. J'espère être assez clair et que vous pourrez m'aidez à trou

Hi! I use Adobe Premiere pro cc 2018 for making and editing, and I had to install Media Encoder 2019 to reduce glitches and to make video editing easy, but I couldn't connect them, by choosing "Proxy" in PP there occurs note like I haven't install ME yet. Please help me)))

Hi, I want to export my AE work into MP4.I was using AME perfectly fine, but from some point, it started not working.converting video into video works fine, like converting MOV video into MP4, but when I try to export AE file by AME, it seems that there's some error connecting to dynamic link.How can I fix this problem?my AE version is 16.1.1(Build 4), and AME version is 13.1(Build 173).Please help!

Hi, I am wondering if there is a maximum width or a limitation regarding aspect ratio when it comes to MP4. I frequently have to create LED banners for football stadiums with formats like 17280x96px. That's no problem with MOVs or AVIs rendered from AEs Render Queue. But this time have to deliver as MP4 and it seems I can't go bigger than 16384x40px with h.264 codec and not bigger than 16384x96 with HEVC (h.265).  If I am right and there is a limitation can someone give a reliable source that confirms that?

Hi There, I've been looking through a number of threads but none of them are particularly new (and therefore outdated) or have answered my question specifically. In short, I am trying to burn a DVD of a short film that I just finished editing. I have zero issues rendering the movie digitally but when it comes to actually burning to a disk directly, I'm out of luck. The information I'm finding keep instructing me to pick settings best suited for DVDs and then click "Queue" where it will send me to Adobe Encore where I then can work with Menus, timelines, chapters, etc. But this is sending me to Adobe Encoder instead. I'm assuming this is an updated version of Encore since I can't find it anywhere under the Creative App options for Encore. If this is so, I would think that the instructions would be translatable from the one program to the other but I'm not finding any of these functions at all nor am I finding any options that allow me to burn to a disk outright. I need a solution regarding about my problem with media encoder..After I queued up all my video to media encoder from premiere pro..and start rendering... the media encoder will only render 2 videos and then the next video won't start.. it says it failsbut when I restart the media encoder, it will render again.. then another 2 videos will be rendered, and so on
