I have multiple files (around 5000) files which need to be enhanced, is there a way to download all of these once enhanced, I could find the method to bulk upload the files, but not sure how to download in bulk, Please guide.RegardsSumit

So, support has sent me here..I can't get a monthly subscription to Adobe Podcast. Every time (and whatever) I try, I get the "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.". No transaction attempts in my banking app, no notifications.The card is the same one I use for my main subscription on Adobe. I reconnected it through the Adobe website, and everything worked there; the confirmation came through, and all was good. But on the Podcast website, I still get the error.Cache and cookies cleared, other browsers tried. Support said they can't help and sent me here...

Can u add a podcast feature in Premiere Pro, just because Enhance Speech does not work as a podcast

is there a way to preview what an audiogram will look like? I know there are only 10 to go through, but I don't want to have to render each and every option just to see how they'll look. Would be useful to be able to see examples on the Adobe Podcasts YouTube or something. 

Are you guys going to fix the issue with the editing audio tool?  Everytime i get more than 3 audio tracks and i try and fad in or fad out the tool wont open until i move that track up one.  Kind of a pain.

ability to change the default from 90/10 to user desired.Bulk upload is good, bulk download would be welcome..save ratio chnages so that one can compare clips to each other

I'm trying to record my intro but I can't work out how to do it so speech doesn't start as soon as the music starts. I want a few seconds of music before speech. But if I record some silence before I speak, it's automatically edited out. I've also tried making sure the timer is set to 3 seconds in before I start recording speech, but it still puts it back to start at the same time as the music. 

Hi there, If I need to enhance the audio quality of a file that is sensitive, how can I ensure it will not be listened to by anybody at Adobe or partners etc. I need to ensure that it is treated privately and no one else has the right to listen or hold the file, for GDPR purposes before I edit using Adobe Podcast. If this is not possible, is there an offline version available that I can use to enhance files locally? Looking forward to hearing back from someone.

Hello!I'm new to the program and ran into a small issue. I have audio files for me and a guest, separate audio files - but when i try to upload them I can't seem to tell podcast that they are supposed to play at the same time until I make one background. Is there a better way to do this?  I circumvented this by exporting my audio files as one single file, but now my transcription sees it all as one speaker. Is this a software limitation or am I approaching this wrong?  

For those using audiograms, is there a way to change the position of the audiogram on the graphic/background you are uploading? Also, is there a way to change the color of the waveform? The layout of it is great, I just wanted to see if there was more customization or if that was being added later on. Thanks!

It won't let me download the audios after recording them. Is something wrong? Does the same happen to anyone? How can I download them? Thank you 

This is absolutely fantastic!  After one failure with an error, I tried again and it took an audio file that was recorded with a blue yeti but the subject was so far away from it that the voice sounded tinny and like it was in a metal box, and changed it, miraculously into a very useable decent sounding audio track file!  NOTHING else came close, compressors, EQ, denoise, nothing.  This is a miracle.   I harshly criticize Adobe products, and have particularly bashed their AI, which up until I tried this product, have been an embarrasslingly bad complete failure (compared to the others on the market that actually work) and a major disappointment to me as a cc subscriber.  So I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due, Adobe really did something amazing here!!  Kudos!  

I lost my last project. Was nearing an hour and a half recording time. Sometime after the 12 minute mark it looks like I lost connection and it only recorded that much. Kind of a bummer since I had a pretty high rated city official on the show.My question, am I able to record offline and upload to the project when I get connection? What would be the best way to handle this?Thank you!

Im trying to download a multi-speaker podcast (me and a guest) as two separate files so I can edit in Audacity. I can see the download as wav but Im looking at downloading as two files with the enhance feature applied. Thank you in advance.

Hi,first of all, the two options “Speech” and “Background” are somehow confusing. Do I understand the following correctly?Speech 0% means no change? 100% maximum improvement, mabye Robotic?Background 0% means strongest change, 100% no change? 1. So the logic is the other way around, Correct? 2. If you record at home, e.g. with a ShureSM7B, what are your settings that normally work well in a non-silent but quiet environment? In my experience 90%, 10% is somehow not optimal. 70%, 100%, for example, sounds more natural...

After using Enhance Speech, the audio that's downloaded/exported is a significant drop in quality. Are there going to be options for increasing the quality of the export?

hello. i've been using speech enchancer yesterday without any issues, but today the download function stopped working for all of my files. it shows quick circular progress bar and nothing happens then. i'm a premium subscriber. i'm using safari on iphone. tried chrome to the same effect. clearing cookies and relogging in did not help either. please help.

It appears Audiograms are no longer supported in export in studio. Hoping I'm overlooking something because I had developed a workflow that worked great. Adobe! Please bring audiograma back!
