I have a component with two states and a Lottie file. When I move to another state there is a glitch. Then Lottie animation stops and after half a second starts again. This is how it is supposed to be in XD?

Hi guys,Hoping someone can help me.  When I initially created prototype to embed on my website I ran into annoying issue - when scrolling up and down inside the prototype on my website on my iPhone (works as expected on desktop and within Adobe XD app) if you scroll above container or below extra white space would appear and stay (preserve scroll would work). Every time I can't find a very standard feature, like find-and-replace, selecting multiple layers when filtered by name, scaling text width or height separately, pinning multiple panels, closing all folders and so many other standard features in most other apps, mods of this community link to an abandoned 6 year old UserVoice thread and suggest to upvote the feature. Some threads have thousands of upvotes and still no progress is made. Is Adobe quietly killing off XD the way they did away with Dreamveaver? Is it even worth investing time in learning the app if it's barely usable and might get discontinued? Should we continue to upvote old requests in hopes an AI or AE developer will get demoted to XD one day? The lack of progress is frustrating.  Thank you for your time.

So I own this shared document and for the past 2 days I cannot access it from my Mac, but it's accessable from a windows device for me and all the other shared personnel(who use windows). Yes, all devices run on the latest versions. And I did try logging out/in of CC and XD, reinstalling XD, but still, I get the same message.   

Presentation template refuses to download. I get an error half way through download. Any solutions?I am using a new Macbook and have an excellent Internet conection. Cheers.

Hi, I was just wondering if there was any update on upcoming releases, there hasn't been an update to XD since May and seems no word from Adobe. There are also some cool products like 'Spaces' and 'Canvas', that look to integrate really well with XD, announced at Adobe MAX last year, that haven't had any update since, and MAX this year is coming up? kind regards

Hello,I am trying to make a simple loading circle that I can drop into any artboard that will automatically spin with no tap required. Is this possible?I have the animation working by making a bunch of artboards and setting time triggers but I can't make the artboards into a component - only the image itself, and the image itself does not let me set a time trigger.Thanks

I have created a component.  Within it, there is a hover action that moves a image. Once the image has moved, another 2 images (buttons) appear.  I want to be able to click (tap) on one button or the other dependant on which I choose.  I am able to only click on one button.  The other button does not respond to the "tap" command.  Is there a fix for this? 

Hi everyone,So when I export XD Prototypes to Behance Iam facing the following issue; Said embed prototype glitch out the Be project itself (While opening the project it jumps dirrectly to the prototype // and/or doesn't let me visit the prototype without being forced to open it in the viewer (In Behance) This is really frustrating and I'v tried to tweak and trick stuff but with no results.If anyone knows something about this 😕😕 thanks !

Hi, I'm working on Mac and from about few months Adobe XD has incredaby slowed down while working even on one file with few artboards. It's impossible to open another project, becouse then Adobe XD is totally unresponsive.  I've tried uninstaling the application using Adobe Cleaner Tool(https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) but it didn't help at all. This is my screenshot of the About XD info page and version of the Operating System. Would be very gratfull for some help.   

We have a big problem. Our Design system was getting more and more slowly the last weeks. I think, the problem is we have a too big library of components, the program shows a window where they say we have more than 20.000 layers in components.There is any way to divide that library in 2 diferents files (Atoms and molecules)?? Can I do it and access to the library if I can't open the XD document??Thank you very much in advanced.

Hi everyone,    This August release is packed with improvements and fixes. Please update to the latest version to benefit from these fixes.                                Here are some of the issues that are addressed in this release.    [Mac and Windows] Data loss due to errors 2161 and 2158. [Windows] Text fields of object properties that can be changed with incremental values lose focus with the Up/Down arrow keys. [Mac and Windows] XD freezes, and performance degrades during document autosave. [Mac and Windows] If you upgrade XD and open a coediting document, XD crashes for you and your coeditor.   I am locking this post. Hello! I have built a logo in Adobe XD and now I want to save it. It consists of 1 image file and 1 text field. But when I want to export it now, the images save themselves separately. What is the reason for this?Also the graphics/quality is getting a bit worse.I hope you can help me.Kind regards 

I have an XD file the uses components thoughout. When I share as a development link, the components show up as a single element. The CSS and the export treat it like an image rather than a group of html elements.This is useless as development hand off tool. The only way to make it useful is to ungroup all components before generating the link. Am I doing something wrong?

Let's say I have an art board with a set of buttons. The default fill color of each button is green. Each button represents a piece of equipment in the real world. If the equipment is operational the fill color is green. If the equipment has failed the fill color is red. I would like to have a "command " 'art board ' on which I can define the condition of each piece of equipment.when a button is clicked I would like to navigate to one of 2 art boards, depending on whether it's fill is red or green. How would I do this? I am a newbie. Tia

Hello, I can only add a single "character style" to the "document elements". No further styles can be added - the plus symbol is (and remains) grey (inactive). The same goes for components. Please advise. Any help is highly appreciated.

Hello,I am just doing my first steps using Adobe XD CC Version 54.In my document I created several kinds of text and turned them into a new character style.Now I cannot create a new character style anymore because the "+" stays grey. It does not matter if I mark the text or choose the text frame. In a new document I can create one single character style but after that the + stays grey again. Could you kindly give me some hint?Thank you very much and kind regards

Hello,I wanted to know if there is a way to swap libraries, or some kind of library version control. If I understood correctly, a library must be published from a single cloud file and all the modifications to be done in the corresponding library must be done from this file. Let's imagine that it is the library of a design system, used in multiple and numerous projects... What happens if something happens to this master file? The library would be compromised and all the links would be broken?Or let's simply talk about an easier way to update the library, making backups and new versions... Maybe it's just me, but it seems to me that the current way of working is not very secure. I hope you can answer me.

Hi,Is there a release in the new XD versions for a backward compatibility file option, just like in Adobe Indesign? I am working on three macs and not all the operating systems are compatible with new XD program versions.Thanks 

On Mac, holding Command and scrolling will zoom in very smoothly and to any size you want. On Windows, it zooms by around 10% with each scroll which is not very helpful. And I don't like using the Zoom tool because you have to draw the box. If it were like Photoshop's or Illustrator's scrubby zoom, that would be perfect.Is there a way to make zooming on Windows like on Mac? I use a Windows PC at home, and a Mac at work.

When opening a document that is shared with us by someone, me and my co-worker both individually get the error:"Close and reopen the document to continue working. If you see this message again, access this document’s history to save a copy of a previous version. (Error 2148)" This is one error of many we get all the time. At other times the problem turns around, where we can open the document but the original owner can't open anymore. What is going on??? How is it possible to mess up a file like that. There's barely a week where we don't have any trouble with XD cloud documents. I sometimes open an older version of the file from the assets in the cloud, but then all edits go to waste since they only get saved in a new file that I then am the owner of, but is not shared with anyone. Is this really the state of your cloud solution? Kinda defeats the purpose and makes me think why we pay for all those licenses for XD so we can collaborate, but then we can't collaborate b/c
