Hi there, I hope someone can help me. I have a problem with my imported Videos in xd. When I first imported them they all played as they should when opening my Prototype, but suddenly they stopped, only one of three still works. One thing I noticed, is tat the frame of the working video is green while the ones that dont work have blue frames. I uploaded a screenshot. Thats the only difference I notice. Did someone stumble over the same problem and can help? 🙂 Thank you! 

I tried exporting an image file, but after selecting a the location I wanted to exporto to, I got an error saying "unable to access specified location". How o I resolve this please

Hello,I'm having a problem when I try to delete a component in the source library.Being inside the source library file, when I right click on one of the components that I want to delete, the "delete" option does not appear as in other ones. The only options I have are 'reveal in library, 'highlight on canvas', 'new group from element' and 'movo to'.I would like to know how do I delete it and why this is happening.  Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone, My current situation is somewhat janky, but its resulted in requiring us to use Adobe XD through Windows' built in kiosk mode (aka assigned access). In the menu of applications, luckily Adobe XD was in that list, however after switching to the kiosk account, Adobe XD is stuck on the loading screen. It doesn't go the main menu or request any files to open. Is there anyway I can get pass the loading screen through Windows' kiosk mode? I'm on Windows 11 currently but perhaps this would work better on Windows 10?

Hello,   According to the Adobe XD docs regarding Components, you should be able to add layers to existing components. Not only can you override the size of a component or the layout of elements within, but you can also structurally override the components. This means you can add or subtract elements in the master component and its instances.   https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/components.html#add-remove-elements   However, anytime try to create then move a layer into an existing component, I receive a tooltip of a disabled icon. If I duplicate a layer that already exists inside the component I can effectively "add" layers but only if it is an existing layer. IE. If I do not have any text layers in the component, I could not add one.   This seems like a bug that needs resolved as component functionality is not as described in the docs.   Demo   Can we either get this bug resolved or if I am misunderstanding functionality, can someone please assis

I noticed while working in cloud documents that I will reach certain points after working a document for a little while, then when I attempt to interact with something (especially whenever changing text, either in an artboard component, in the design panel, or a component state name) the program seems to freeze up and I cannot do anything.  Usually closing and reponening the file will mitigate the issue, for a time, but it inevitably happens again. This happens multiple times a day. I have not reported it yet as I thought it might have been an issue with communicatinhg to the cloud through my company's VPN and security software. But today I noticed that when it was happening as I selected a component state name, it highlighted the name and also the border-size field. (see picture) When I tried to rename the state, my text was showing up in the border-size field and nothing was visible in the component name. So from tomorrow I won't bbe able to use it right? I am just starting it and want to learn, how can I still continue using it when the trial is expired? The message comes up everytime I open it and its very irritating.PS: I didn't add any credit card info while downloading/installing.  Please see attached picture

Having recently updated to the latest XD, none of my Adobe Typekit fonts will work across my previous or current site builds. All of my fonts that I have activated through Typekit are available across all other software (photoshop, indesign etc) it's only XD that won't show. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program, deactivated and reactivated fonts and still no joy. I have active client projects that are live now and this is a huge inconvenience, please help!

I'm trying to install XD on Windows 11 running through Parallels on an M1 MacBook Pro.I'm aware of the issue of placing the installer in the root of C so that it didn't think it was on a network drive. Is this configuration just not supported? Any idea if it will be in future? Thanks.

Hello! Our team is stuck currently since we can't open a specific cloud file. When opening, we get an error 47 and XD closes the file. A colleague made a local copy yesterday and we can open that one, however if we try to update the 38 library components that need updating, we get errors and the local file then also has an error 47 and can't be opened anymore (even without saving). Since we can't access the file, we also can't return to a previous version (the CC Web only allows to download the most current one) and it probably wouldn't help either since we're getting the same problem with the local copy we already have. Can you somehow help and resolve the issue with that document?It's called: "Reinzeichnung OKP_Kfz-Ausbau". Thank you.

Hey,since the latest update i have a problem. My XD app design on Android shows 5 missing fonts.It seems like the app lost the ability to transfer the correct fonts onto my phone.I can't install any external fonts on my android device. This problem just occurred after the XD update, it used to work before.Is there any workaround besides plugin in the phone via cable? (fonts show correctly then) Best regardsBenny

I have been using a workflow where I export artboards from XD to my After Effects project and it had been saving image files in a folder next to my After Effects project file. Today it suddenly started to save them to a temp folder on my hard drive instead which completely breaks my workflow. Now I have to manually copy the files out to my project folder and relink every time I bring in an artboard. I had been able to use this workflow on both my PC and MacBook, and after it stopped working on my PC today I tried it on my MacBook and it has also started saving to a random folder on the the MacBook's hard drive instead of my After Effects project file. Is this something I can manually set in a preferences menu or something? I can't find anything in any of my searches.

About New Version : 50.0.12 Prototype sharing was possible until the previous version (49.0.12).However, when I updated to the latest version, I couldn't share the prototype even with the same data ...Error message```You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again.```How can I repair it?

Is there a way to drag (swipe) up and down between artboards? I wound up just making a really tall iphone board so I "can" scroll up and down but I'd rather create it as another board or at least have the scroll snap in place to the next artwork on a long screen. I've been digging through google and youtube but haven't found anything yet.

Whenever I export a JPEG or PNG from Xd it seems to be really low quality. It seems to decrease the quality during the export and I am unsure why this is

Seriously guys, I simply cannot work anymore. For those reasons I regret to have chosen adobe xd to work, now its simply impossible to migrate all my work to another software. This is really unprofessional. If you update adobe XD without testing, and let us down like this, just downgrade it back please. We need to be able to work.  

i cant scroll through my project, its very inconvenient please help. there is NO scroll bar on either side of the pane and i am forced to zoom in and out constantly to work my way out.   {Renamed by MOD}

It's been 4 years since I discovered UX/UI design. And I use these talents for the benefit of IT companies, helping them to offer solutions with a better user experience and an original design. I have a Google certification in UX design and I would like to be one of those who will represent you in my area.

Please I have a serious problem with Adobe XD, I'm unable to enter text into my project,  XD isn't even allowing me to rename components nor specific size of anything that involves text. At first I thought it was my keyboard driver so I checked my driver's and it's (the driver) up to date. I then uninstalled Adobe XD and reinstalled but  still encountering the same experience as before. So pathetic!! Hope I can get solution on this.😞

Hi,Hope everyone is doing well. I have a shared Adobe XD plan for 2 people with my colleague. But when I'm about to install certain plugins into my Adobe XD (from Creative Cloud), I can't because it shows they are already installed as they have been installed on my colleague's Adobe XD. When i try to publish my draft on Adobe Xd with DraftXR, it gives me the following message:"DraftXR failed to create the draft. Make sure you are connected to the internet. You can try reloading the plugin the using shortcut..."When I check in the plugin developer console, the logs show a 413 response code error. Sometimes, it shows me a 504 error code instead. Could I get some help on this?I have tried reinstalling draftXR several times.

Hi,I am trying to add plugin icons in my current XD folder however i am unable to do so. Whenever i try to add any icon the screen flickers and redirects to somewhere else. Please look into this and help me resolve this issue ASAP. Thanks...

I am unable to open certain Adobe XD documents from the 'Shared with you' section (which files are not stored locally) and Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app displays an error 'Your account is out of storage' - but my Cloud Storage usage is shown ad 187MB of 100GB used - as I don't have any XD or other cloud documents of my own this seems correct. It seems this storage issue is blocking the download and syncing of some of the XD documents shared with me.
