Hi everyone, I have a problem with loading images when I reopen my XD file.I'm working on this with my friend and it happens the same to my friend too.How to solve this problem?Only some images are like the screenshot..

I've seen many people report this same issue, and the only recommended solution seems to be to scale down the resolution of images from some ludicrous size like 14k pixels. I'm previewing images that are a pretty standard size (1000 x 2000 px, jpg's or png's). These images, no matter what, appear blurry / pixellated in the mobile app preview.I've tried all sorts - different art board sizes, exporting various sizes to test, making a new document and just copy + pasting the images in. The images look perfect on the web preview; and rightly so, there's nothing wrong with the images. Why does the phone butcher the image quality? Why is such a basic thing getting so little attention? Surely anyone trying to preview any prototypes that include imagery are having the same issue?

Include multiple functions within the Document Assets (Colors, Character Style, Components, Videos). For instance Quickly rename multiple asset at once. Establishing a clear naming structure or hierarchy makes managing assets much easier. Wether we're making a Design Sytem Library or uploading elements to portals like Zeroheight  Quickly create multiple components at once based on selected group layers within the canvas. In terms of libraries management, creating a set of symbol is less time consuming     <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there, With XD (presumably) closing by the end of the year, I want to switch to Figma. Is there a way to convert my XD files to Figma without losing the prototype links and component attributes? Best, Christina

I recently upgrade my laptop to Macbook Pro 16" 2019, and I noticed that the colour looks very differnt on my XD comparing to the actual bulild of the website. Which I checked on my old MacBook, it didn't seem to have this problem. The colours just look way too vibrant. I use the same hex colour in Photoshop and it looks very close to the actuall build. I chekced my colour profile setting, it's just the factory default setting which is the same as my old laptop. I can't find out why, please help?

Hi, I upgraded to Windows 11 yesterday and I noticed that after the upgrade the tab Object from the top menu is not working properly. If the window isn't full screen, I can see the options appearing outside of it (see screenshot). This tab is the only one acting weird... Am I the only one having this bug? Hi!I just bought the all apps subscription, but Adobe XD doesn't even show up on creative cloud when I search for it.I inderstand the app is being discontinued, but I want to access a file that was sent to me.Is there still a way for me to install it? Thanks!

Hi! I have a long complicated prototype, where are many dragging elements. And the first "drag/time"-triggers work and two others do not. Could it be connected with the number of triggers in one prototype?

Adobe XD, es una buena herramienta, rápida, entendible e intuitiva, se que muchos usan Figma, pero el proceso de adaptación y uso de Figma es muy largo y engorroso. Adobe XD, puede mejorar mucho, tiene cositas que Figma no iguala, y eso hace que podamos trabajar rápidamente. Adobe no puede abandonar adobe XD, puede crecer mucho, y si integra la inteligencia artificial, muchos regresarían, he probado figma, es bueno, pero más rápido trabajo en XD, porque me provee de lo necesario, fácil entendimiento. deben nutrir más a adobe XD, no pierdo la esperanza que reinventen esta grandiosa herramienta.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? It's pretty standard work for me to open my illustrator file in Adobe XD. It usually opens without a hitch, but this time it's not opening with the right size artboard. I have to manually copy each content from each artboard from illustrator then paste it into Adobe XD. I can tell you this is such a hassle, especially because it's also pasting as a smaller size. My 1920x1080 px screens are coming as 192 x 108 px in Adobe XD. This is totally ridiculous. I just updated all my Adobe programs to the latest patch. It still didn't solve the problem.  Please help me. 

when I try to export a group (which is a mix of svg and png vector,) svg asset from xd, the png part of the image is blank .. I have tried everything possible but have not been able to understand what is wrong attaching a screenshot of xd actual asset now attaching the export svg version As you can see the app screenshot section is blank. 

Dear Adobe Support Team,I’m new to this community and have had trouble finding any official support channel outside of this forum.I currently have an Adobe subscription that includes Adobe XD, but I’m unable to locate the app in the Creative Cloud section for download.The support experience has been quite frustrating, as I keep getting redirected to multiple pages without any clear solution.Could someone kindly assist me in figuring out how to download XD? Hi Adobe, would it be possible to add the Interaction Trigger "on Focus"  so you can acctually use Animations in XD while scrolling? at a certain Point in your Website/Prototype etc?Thanks Björn

Hello everyone, sorry for my bad English.It won't let me install Adobe XD through the suite.I've tried everything but nothing works... Maybe I'm doing something wrong, could you help me? 

同アートボード上の指定の場所までスクロールするアンカーリンクを設置したいのですが、プロトタイプ画面で各項目を設定しても、プレビューで動作しません。特定の条件では動作しないなど、何か見落としがあるのでしょうか。 プロトタイプではリンクボタンと移動先のオブジェクトを繋ぎ、トリガー「タップ」、アクションの種類「スクロール先」、移動先「スクロールさせたい場所のオブジェクト」、イーズアウト0.3秒で設定しています。 新規書類を作成し、試しに同様のリンクを作ってみたものの、それも動作しません。XDのバージョンは、57.1.12.2 x64です。解決策やアドバイスなどご教示お待ちしております。

This is worrying. I need to pass my XD layouts to the dev team, but I might have to produce ols school PSDs just for them to get the spces on parts of a scroll group that aren't visible. The problem is this:   On the comment section of a developer link, you can scroll and see the content, when going to the Asset view, the conent can't be scrolled nor clicked (the outlines are stuck on the first elements of the group, even if you are seeing elements that are below in the scroll group.

Hello everyone, I have a colleague who already works with the adobe suite including Xd but he has to change accounts. My question would be to know if he changes accounts will he still be able to use xd or not?

I cannot for the life of me stress how awfull XD is in general! I cant delete any of the flows in a file, i have already deleted the link in the link mannager, but clicking on the home button does nothing! XD is driving me insane! as soon as i finish this project im moving to Figma. If anyone knows how to fix this let me know

I had an issue today where my dev couldn't get all the assets within a group because XD had "flattened" them. I absolutely need to work with groups from the design perspective. There doesn't seem to be a way to expand all groups in the Layer Panel, which makes it extremely time-consuming to go through and expand layers within layers within layers so that I can select all and mark for export.   I know that devs can usualy right click to select assets within a group. However, I've learned today that every single asset WITHIN the group has to be marked for export. That makes no sense! The dev can already save the whole group as a flat icon, so why would they not ALWAYS be able to go down the list to select individual assets within the group?   How can I mark everything for export individually whether or not it's in a group?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi, I have a file I had saved over the cloud and locally as well. I am unable to open it and receive error 88 everytime I try to open it, and locally it says the size of the file is 0kb. I've seen a few posts with this issue, but cannot find a workaround to salvage the contents of this file. I've tried opening it through XD as well as locally and duplicating the file. I am making this post now as I'm afraid this file is corrupted, but don't know why this happened (other older XD files are fine). Any help appreciated greatly!

Adobe XD gets stuck while saving the cloud document. It is happening after last update. 

Good evening, I downloaded the trial version of Adobe XD and now I wanted to proceed with the purchase but I can't find the app, I read that it is currently under "maintenance" but I don't understand why they make you download it as a trial but then don't make you purchase it. Component states are great, but apparently the hover effect uses hit area of all the states.I'm creating a tooltip for a button that appears by hovering. I'm doing this by hiding a layer in component on normal state, and displaying that layer on hover state.Now, XD uses the hit area for the component from the hover state, effectively making the hover state trigger for things that are no visible for the component on regular state. Dear Adobe, please use only normal state of the component for its hit area.
