Hi,The drag and drop image function is not working in Adobe XD (works perfectly in Photoshop). Technical details:- Windows 10- Adobe XD version 27.1.12- All drivers (including NVIDIA) updated What I have tried to do so far:- Change user account control settings (Control Panel -> User accounts)- regedit -> change EnableLUA to 1 (I also tried changing it to 0, nothing is working) PLEASE, HELP ME, as I am slowly losing my hope and patience 😞

The XD does not retractable Arabic fonts from device , we need an update to accept the Arabic fonts, similar  as Photoshop

1. The size is reduced (half) when exporting pictures as JPG,The size of the exported image as PNG is the size of the design draft.2. The exported pictures are of poor quality and blurred.3. After updating to version 36.2, as mentioned last time, when the name of the artboard is in Chinese, the abnormal display bug has not been fixed yet

I'm making components to show the Hover and Active states for buttons/checkboxes/dropdowns/etc but everytime I create a new instance I have to go through all the different states changing the label. Is there an easy way to change the instance label in the "Default State" and then have the rest of the states get updated with this override as well?

Hi,My name's Alex and and i'm sorry that my first post here is about an error but i really need help.I'm trying to use the live preview function on my Iphone Xs Max and link it to my Lenovo Legion 5 with Windows 10.I downloaded the latest version of Adobe XD on the phone and on Windows, also i have downloaded the latest version of iTunes.I'm currently following these steps:1) Open XD2) Open Document3) Connect the phone4) Start Live preview (the phone icon)I follow these steps but nothing happens.Can you help me? I saw many people with the same issue but i tried their solutions and couldn't get any of those working.Please.Thank You. ps: cloud preview works well but it's not live.

1. some time link update issue2. Unable the entire design of the prototype link in any browser please fix this and any solution asap 

Due to unknown circumstances Xd is always producing new links. I open up a file from my companies file server and all of a sudden Xd is not able remembering itself, where the file was loaded from. As a consequence when you go to the publish section and you wanna update your design, the update button is not any more the update button, instead it is the create new link button at the same position like the other one 😕😕 Can you please change that flaw in your design! Can't be true - this failure could have been avoided. Now i ended up with creating a new link, and the old layout where all the comments are placed is useless again. This happens so many times the link gets somehow destroyed. Also when changing the artboards sorting during the design process xd is not able to follow up and publish correctly, instead it is inviting to produce a new link or you get an 55:65 error or something like this, can't remeber what it was the last time. 

Sorry if this is a known issue, but I couldn't find any information about it, and it's kind of frustrating.As the title says, shared prototypes that have a component with a hover effect within a scroll group won't work properly. Is it possible to create mulitple master text boxes that when updated will update all copies of those text boxes ?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I just read I have 14 days to get refund. I have already canceled my subsription. How do I refund already paid money for this month? Thank you

Hello,I use XD with a widows machine in virtualbox. I have a problem with the travel.When the space key is pressed, I have the hand for the move, but when I click to make the move, nothing happens.I can move with the wheel from top to bottom and with the wheel + Shift from left to right.But not being able to move with the space bar is quite disabling.Thanks

I am new to XD and trying to preview on device (iPhone X).  I downloaded the XD app and see that my phone is detected when I plug it in to my laptop.  However, when I load my designs using preview, the screens refreshes uncontrollably every second or two.  I made sure I have no timed transitions on my designs so not sure what it causing the refresh.  I've tried to connect my phone to my laptop using multiple wires and no luck.

My coworker creates an XD file, and a share link for a flow.When I open that XD file, there is a link icon next to the flow name, but when I press it, nothing happens - and the link doesn't show that it exists in the sidebar where it would normally show "Update link".Is this a bug? Coworker has a Mac / Big Sur, I have Windows 10 - We both have the latest XD version 36.2.

If i create a link to one of my libraries, then view a component from it, the font doesn't come thru - it just shows Times New Roman.  Is there a solution to this? Sometimes I need to share a public link to my library to those who don't have an Adobe account.   

For sharing, I choose the "Anyone with Password" option from the "Link Access" combo box. I don't want to retype the password every time and choose one of my saved passwords in the password field. However, the "Create Link" button is not active. When you delete the last digit in the password and rewrite it, the Create Link button becomes active. System: MacOS Big Sur 11.1 (20C69)XD Version: 35.3.12.2

 Since the Windows 20H2 Update the Startmenu Icons don't have a background anymore. - Mostof them at least... It would be great to unity the Icons from the various Adobe Programs. (Media Encoder & Photoshop seem to look right. I don't know whats going on with XD to be honest. Not only is it bigger, it also has a white background (independent from usingthe light or darktheme in windows)I know this is a bit picky - but this looks simply bad... It would be great if they could be unified 🙂Best Simon

Hi folks,I'm wondering if there's a link available to the old "basics" tutorial that used to be available in XD itself.The updated XD seems to offer a lot of video tutorials which are fine. But a lot of my students are experiential learners and found the old tutorial/demo that they could click through really beneficial. With the amount of online learning these days all the videos are just blurring together. The old tutorial/demo was a fantastic resource - such a shame they got rid of it.

Hi, I have serious problem with XD after update. I can't preview saved projects at my iPad with XD App because it isn't compatibile. Can't update XD at iPad because system doesn't allow. I'm using iPad Air 2 with iOS 12.5. How can I solve it?  There is no possibility to save project in older version.

Confused as to why my artboard won't download, I'm new to this stuff so I can't tell if pixels are my issue or the other common issues listed on Adobe's FAQ. All the message says is that my file cannot be downloaded, without any reasoning listed. Someone please help I don't want to have to restart.

The latest mega bug in XD, surprise.While editing a component I paste an object and it gets positioned randomly on the canvas, not even on an artboard. To top things, after I manually reposition the object, if I use the arrow keys to adjust its position it jumps to the random place where it was pasted.This is just UNBELIEVABLE!I know what comes next, I contact support and they tell me to reinstall XD, reinstall CC and after all that nothing is fixed. I'm sick of this.

Hi,Is ther any way to connect(sync) local component to cloud library component? I'm trying to migrate from Sketch to Adobe XD but all library components became local components. I converted exsting Sketch design system library document into Adobe XD cloud doucument but all indivusual design project component are disconnected from library and became local components. Sketch has bunch of plugin to reconnect local component to any library component automatically based on component Id and name. but can't find any option in Adobe XD. What's the best way to reconnect each design doucment to master design system library?
