I have created a component which has two states one is collapsed and another is expended and i add its intense and add them into the stack, the stack is working fine in design mode I expend a component and the other are shifting downwards but on the other hand, when I preview the same thing, the component expends but other instances are not shifting downwards. it would be great if this can possible on preview mode also, attach is for your reference, for this simple task I have to create multiple artworks to show the interaction, it takes time and effort to link each artboard, it should be automated like it is in design mode

when I turned on my computer I was logged out (in adobe xd) so I logged in with my google account (accidentally. earlier I was logged in by email - the same email as my google account). Then my google account was connected/merged with my email based account. From this moment my project saved in cloud is missing. Disconnecting from google account didint help. Can somebody please help? It was many work days...

I am trying to mockup some Android screens using Adobe XD and the Roboto Regular font. However, XD keeps using the wrong Roboto font. This is especially noticable in the "1s" and "9s". (see attached) Interestingly enough, the Roboto Regular font does appear correctly in Adobe Illustrator. Also, when my colleague opens the XD file on her machine, she is able to see the correct font.  I have Windows 10 and have tried to uninstall the Roboto font from the control panel, but get a message saying "cannot be deleted because it's in use". Even if I reboot my computer and go straight to the font panel, I get that message. I went to regedit and deleted all the Roboto fonts from "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts" and rebooted. Now I am left with the wrong font for Illustrator and XD. I install the latest Roboto font again and it is good in AI but not XD. Back to square one. When I open the font families in XD I can see 3 "Regular"

Hi, I have a similar question to this but for bigger companies. Can team members download and use the Adobe XD FREE version to open up and view XD files that were shared with us while only Designers who are actually working and sharing designs need a paid account? Or does all employees need a paid account? Thanks,Diego  

 On Windows (Chrome) preview is sometimes generating something very weird, doesn't happen on mac. any idea what it is? 

Hi, I'm using latest version (XD 34) and have problems with font styles not loading. For example, I installed Dosis font family from Google Fonts which has 7 styles (regular, bold, semibold etc.) but all that XD sees for this font are 6 instances of "Regular" and one "Bold" (which, by the way, when chosen looks exactly like the "Regular"). I tested this font in other applications and all styles display correctly. Do you know why this happens? Thanks

This is Kailash from India working in a IT company & a basically Mac user. I am using Adobe XD from last 2 years for the various projects. We have licence copy. Since last 6 month I am facing few problems while using this software. PFA same screenshot. Every time it showing diffrent number error. 1 Adobe XD is completely stop update project link after few successful link update. 2 When ever I have export design screens to png Adobe XD gets freez.   I have tried these options: 1 Mac system OSX is updated till date. 2 Adobe XD is also updated till date. 3 Tried uninstall and reinstall option. 4 Restart Mac after every change. 5 Create new file and link for same design. 6 Decrease numbers of vector objects. 7 Spilt file into multiple files.   Please add designkk75@gmail.com this email as a cc for replay I don't know how to add it in this interface.   Look forward for reply from you.   Regards Kailash Kamble              {Ren

When trying to publish documents from indesign, the following error message has been displayed for a few hours: You do not have access to Publish Online service. All documents that have already been published are also no longer displayed or found. What can I do? I urgently need a solution.

I can not update my documents again. I tried all the troubleshooting options listed on the support page, but nothing worked. 

I have a project with colors, styles. components and artboards.  Want to re-use the document assets these in multiple projects - and be able to edit them in one place too!  Seems to be exactly what the cloud is for, right? But... From document assets, I click share, and create a library.  About 10 minutes later it shows up in my creative cloud library browser but it is empty, there is nothing in it. However, in my library browser when I look at the my work with original project I see all the document assets. I'm sure this is really easy...

Hi,Please fix the issue as I Am unable to open any xd document as XD is crashing 

So my company doesn't allow anyone to have developer mode/Sideload apps enabled (from for developers settings in windows) and aparently it needs to enabled to install and use XD??? First of all, why?...Second does someone know a way to avoid this or is this setting really necessary to run XD and other adobe products?Attached is a print screen of the settings I am refering. Thank  for your help and time 🙂

Hello, I have a macos High Sierra. For some reasons I can't update the osx version, so I need to use adobe XD on this device and with this version.I know that new XD is not compatible with this version but: Is there a way to download other versions of adobe XD? Thanks.

Hi, When I try to open XD I get the following issue: "Your developer licence has expired. To continue to use this app, please renew your licence." I have full subscription to CC. And I don't know why its talking about a developer licence. Please can you advise? Kind regards S

Hi,Since today I end up with the following error when trying to update any of my already shared links or if I try to create a new one. It's a problem in all my files I've tried so far and for several view settings modes (Design review, Development...). How do I fix it?

I am trying to download Adobe XD, but I keep receiving a "Not Compatible" message, saying I need to have OS 14. I updated my Macbook Pro (Early 2015), but the highest OS it currently can upgrade to is OS 10.13.6. Is there any way to download an older version of Adobe XD? If not, will there be an OS 14 version for older Macbook Pros?  

Hey all!I've been given a link to a mobile app design in adobe XD, and it worked fantastically. But over the past couple of days, I no longer have access to the right side panel where I can download assets, see colour values and such. I've tried everything I can, and unfortunately can't get in touch with my designer colleague for a few days. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

When I go into manage links none of my previous are also working so I am assuming this is an issue with XD servers? I also had this issue first then updated to the latest version of XD and still experiencing the same issue. I have a presentation in 30 minutes, please help?

Hey there ! The dev in my team recently asked me if I can export him a "dsp file" (design system package) from Adobe XD, since there's a new extension for Visual Studio Code allowing devs to directly use ressources from XD (from what I've understood).The thing is, I have no idea where and how can I get such a file, I searched everywhere on XD and couldn't find it ? So if anyone knows I'd be glad to learn... Thanks (and sorry for my bad english) !

i was working on adobe xd just fine untill today there was an update, after the update i cant upload any file on the cloud and i am getting error 4005 when i try to create share link, tried to restart the PC and signed out of  CC and didn't work

I'm just trying to download the starter files from Behance for weekly XD challenges and I copy the project files to my Creative Cloud account. And then I open the Synced files tab section, I see the synced projects but I can't download them locally into my computer. I share a screenshot and hope someone can help me with that.
