Why is the choice of "animation" greyed out and unavailable to choose?

I have a large document with many components. I set the drag triggers. They worked. I closed the document. ALL the prototype links disappear! I have rebuilt this document 6 times. Sometimes the drag triggers change to tap triggers when the document is reopened. I have tried page-to-page. Image to page.  Image-to-image will not work. This is not a scroll group. I deleted all the elements except 2 images with text on 2 pages and it sill doesn't work so I am attaching the file.  Do drag triggers not work on groups or components? I can photoshop all the headlines and round the corners in Photoshop.  It would be great if Adobe would publish more specific guidlines because it seems like once a group of pages in a document hits a critical mass of components the whole thing goes haywire. The document won't upload and the error message is attached... 

After opening the url on PC, is it possible to prevent viewers to exit full screen mode? Basically, I don't want the viewers to get access to other screens as they can open the master folder once they exit full screen mode.

I upable to upload my prototype. I have created test layouts/files and they upload without error. The  layout that I cannot create a share link  has assets using 3d animation. I get error: "Something went wrong. Please retry again. Learn More. (Error 44:47)" I have tried to delete and make the file smaller as the help page suggests but I am still unable to create a link.

XD (version 19.2.22) will no longer open on my Windows 10 PC. When I click Open I get a white window that says Adobe XD in the upper left corner for about 30 seconds and then the window closes. I tried installing version 19.1.22 and that didn't work either. I have upgraded back to 19.2.22 and it is still not working.I had to quickly code the pages by hand in Dreamweaver while XD is down. How can I stop Adobe XD to saves documents as cloud documents automatically?

Hey there, me and my coworkers can't access all the prototype of a coworker because of a "Too many login attempts. Please try again later." warning. Unfortunately, that coworker is not easy to reach so the question is: how long prototypes get locked because of the number of wrong attempts?Is there anything else that can trigger that kinda behavior? Have a nice day 🤍

Dropping multiple SVG files into a Repeating Grid always repeats just the first image. The others files are ignored. This works for PNG files without issue. Text also repeats as expected. It is only SVG files that do not repeat. I've tried many different things and cannot get multiple SVG files to appear in a Repeat Grid. What I did: Created a simple Repeat Grid by drawing one box, enabled Repeat Grid, and expanded it to eight boxes. I then selected eight SVG images on my hard drive in Windows Explorer and dragged them all onto the Repeat Grid. Each time I try this, only the first image in the group is repeated, as if I selected only ONE image. There is nothing special about the SVG files. Simple little images exported from Illustrator. This feels like a bug. I couldn't find any documentation indicating that Repeat Grid does not support SVG files. I'm running XD version 55.2.12.2 on Windows 11.

Hello,   I was trying to use repeat grid with svg files, please check the behaviour When i drag and drop SVGs from folder into Repeat Grid (shape icon), it transfers only first SVG But, when i drag and drop PNG files it woks how it should work I want to place SVGs' so i modify the colors and details of the SVG later on, but unfortunately, i cannot do it. Is it a bug,or XD specially restricts SVG replacement within GRIDS?plus, what should be order of the elements in my folder to ensure proper order placement?{Renamed By MOD}

Liebe Community, ich bin kein großer Experte oder Designer und habe mir Adobe xd beigebracht und dort meine Projekte visualisiert, zwei Jahre Arbeit und tausende Stunden sind in diese Arbeit geflossen doch jetzt wo Adobe xd endet habe ich große Probleme die Arbeit zu retten da ich Adobe xd nicht mehr herunterladen kann bzw. öffnen kann und in der Cloud wenn ich die Dateien öffne sehe ich immer nur eine "Folie". Ich brauch dringend Hilfe denn dort ist mein Design für einen Onlineshop dabei den ich jetzt unbedingt brauche... ich dachte mit Adobe fahre ich richtig, ein aktives Abo gibt es so nicht mehr hatte das letzte Jahr privat zuviel um die Ohren. Ich bitte um Hilfe, danke!

I do not know how to word it but if have experienced the hover element creating an invisible boxed area where nothing under it can be seleted to hover. In my example, I can make all tabs have a hover state indiviually but, if I want the first tab and fourth circle element included in the same hover state then I am unable to hover over tab02, tab 03, and tab04 as they are covered over by the invible selected area. The hover state operates normally again on tab05, tab06, tab07, and tab08.  Is this how XD works or should I order the layers differently?

Hello, I need help to find out what is Error code 3648. When I am trying to save my project to my IMAC and hitting the option Save As I get this error code. What is this? I need to save my project ASAP.Thank you for your help.Best,Dori

It would be great if a stack group kept distances between them when on an interactive prototype changing the state of a component of a group stack element. For example, if you need to prototype a simple accordion, you will need to do extra work because XD doesn't keep the distances when I try to expand the options.

Why are there no Android screen presets in Adobe XD?

I'm trying to make an image slider (carousel) in XD that includes multiple images. When I tried to prototype the motion with three images it works. More than three, it doesn't. Is there an alternative way to create an image carousel that includes multiple images?

I am facing an issue with Adobe XD as it was working fine earlier, but now I am unable to share my designs for review. Whenever I try to share, it shows an error message saying 'You're disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again', even though I'm connected to a 5G Wi-Fi network. I tried switching to mobile data, cleared temporary files, restarted my laptop and router several times, but the issue persists. I am not sure what could be causing this problem, can you please help me with this?"

Hi there, Me and my colleague experienced some issues with the generated XD link. Some parts/sections of the designs are not loading very well, for example, Images, and Colored Backgrounds with overlays. We have cross-checked it with the XD File to see if we just missed something while generating the link, but it is all looking fine on the XD file and the XD link is not loading/showing the design quite well.  What could be the possible issues and fixes here? Thanks in advance 🙂 

Hi  We have an enterprise team license and I have never had problems downloading adobe XD but my new colleague can no longer download it. She also doesn't see it listed among her apps on Creative Cloud. It does show up among our list of apps that come with our license. Is there a way to fix that so that she can download it? Thanks!

I would like to know how to section all the layers of a table and all the sublayers to mark them for export. there I am obliged to rent in all the sub-folders and groups to mark them for export. It is painfulthxs a lot  

How do you prepare an XD file for emailing? Does XD require another app or a developer to write code before the files can be shared via Microsoft Outlook?
