Questions

My images are always stuck in the clipping mask because I haven't found a way to undo the clipping mask. I just want my image back, without reuploading it. Did I miss something or is it just not possible?

I am trying to animate between 3 art boards. Each art board has 4 text objects on them.   When I connected the first 2 artboards, the auto animation worked fine, the text bojects moved as expected.   When I connect the 3rd artboard, the 2nd & 3rd animates correctly but the first to the 2nd suddenly stop working, it just transitions instead even though the connection is set to animate and even though it worked perfectly correct beforehand.   This has happened to me twice now, its very irratating because to fix it, it appears I have to delete the artboard and start again.   If anyone has had a similar issue please let know and also, if you were able to figure out why it does that.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Our company is considering swtiching over to XD from Sketch and I'm experimenting with transferring Colors, Fonts and Assets to XD. I've opened a library file from Sketch in XD and the Fonts, components and symbols have all come through, but have been grouped under "Components." Is there a way for them to be separated between Components and Character Styles? Also, How can you transfer color palettes? I couldn't find a reference to this information anywhere, so if you can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I've attached a screen shot below displaying the components panel in XD which contains fonts and a sampling of components. 

Dear adobe comunity, since the update i am unable to open any file, without the application crashing or taking ages to load. Ulitmately it blocks the computer interely. 

Since two updates ago my Adobe Xd crashes upon window resizing, using prototypes and clicking on layers. I've tried reinstalling, but still the same problem. Anybody got a fix?

In last version I could name character like h1, h2.. now that's not posible? Why? 😄 Thanks.

Hello, I am using an enterprise account for Adobe XD and I am not permitted to export/share prototypes on Creative Cloud. When I click the "export prototype" (blue button) to export offline, the index.html generated only shows a blank white page. Are there additional steps for properly packaging files for offline/ not hosted on CC export? OS- Windows Browsers Tried - Crome, Firefox, ieXD version- (27.1.12) 

The latest October release introduced a bug I have confirmed with 2 other users on my team.Exporting objects using Web Designed @1x exporting both pixel densities exports the wrong dimensions.Our objects are designed at 258x200px and XD is exporting them at 318x224px. This bug is preventing us from production and the Photoshop workaround would be massive to get accurate images considering we have dozens of artboards of layouts. 

Since yesterday (upgrade to version 34.0.12), many of us have suffered repeated crashes, system slowdowns (Windows 10) and application instability which greatly disrupts our production. It's quite regrettable and I really hope that a corrective version will be proposed soon.

I'm on XD v34.0.12.I started noticing yesterday that the preview window no longer closes when using the mac shortcut for "close" (cmd-W). When I cmd-W other XD document windows, they close. Seems like a small problem, but I'm constantly testing prototypes as I build them, and present work frequently which involves popping into and out of preview mode countless times. Restoring this shortcut would make a big impact to my day-to-day.

Hi, is anyone else finding existing XD files crash on windows 10. Ive been running into this issue since the latest update. These existing files work fine on Mac. Running version 34.1.12. 

is there an app for Adobe XD for the chrome book to view docs???

Hello, My XD is updated to the final version and I double checked. Each time I try to paste a text inside the box on Adobe XD, it crashes and quit unexpectedly. I tried it many times and many times its happening. I know XD doesn't support other than Latin text, but even when pasting a text that I copied from another program? Also when having an Arabic text box on XD, the text is not showing. I need to click on another tool or outside the text box in order to see the full text. It is annoying when you can't see what you are typing. Please help or fix this issue.  Font: Cairo (google web friendly) Issue happens when pasting from Photoshop and from Illustrator and from Microsoft Word !! 

Not sure how to explain this issue but when my client is viewing the designs on the link I provide them certain components aren't showing correctly (see images for more clarification). The pixelated parts should be flat colours (no opacity is applied on the design). It works fine on my browser and my co-workers browser. 

Sometimes is there and sometimes not (the "Grid" switch in shared preview "for development"). Can't figure it out why? Any ideas?

Hi everyoneMy question is the following:Say that you have a frame with the width 523, and you place 7 rectangles, with varying width, within the frame. I then want the width of each rectangle to be 523/7, without having to calculate it manually.Is there a function for automatically distributing shapes width or height equally within the edges of the frame or between the leftmost and rightmost shape?  

Need help on inviting people to document. I have an Adobe subscription, but i haven't been able to invite more than one person to my XD document. Each time i add a new person, "Maximum invite status" pops up. I've reach out to the customer service for assitance and do the following XD - Uninstall > Sign Out Adobe CC > Restart Computer > Sign In > Reinstall XD. But the problem still persist. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated, got a project need to be viewed by some. Running XD 34.1.12.9 on 27", late 2012 iMac with Catalina 10.15.7   

Hi there, I have just started learning XD and when I was following the tutorial, I found that my XD version doesn't have the "Your Computer" Option available........ As you can see, The first screen shot is from my computer while the 2nd one if from the Youtube Tutorial, I was following. Can someone please help me to fix this? Thanks in advance 😄 Regards,Navdeep Singh

Hello. Is there an option to display grid on development view? Without this, developing a design is way too random and causes a lot of unnecessary problems. If not, why is this feature not available?

Hi Team,   I am trying to edit an Arabic text and XD crashes each time I try to do this.    I use XD 33.1.12 in Macbook Pro (Catalina 10.15.6)   please help me resolve these issues ASAP. 

When I have images masked in a shape, then 3D transform it and try to reposition the image I get some pretty wild behaviour on the transform controls. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I am experiencing the problem of no matter where in the layer order I place the 3D enabled object, it appears behind all other elements. For example, I cannot add a 2D shape or text behind the 3D object. 3D objects. Is this normal? My object is located on the TOP layer and yet it keeps displaying in the background.
