I got the problem that when I have any character spacing in my text (used font: Lato), it does not render the font in the preview on the XD app (ios) which makes it very hard for me to work. Is there a solution to this problem? Any help is appreciated 🙂

I am having trouble with states and wondering if anyone could help me figure it out. I have a button that when pressed has a dropdown menu come out, there are components in the dropdown that have hover states. When I test the dropdown while it is “out” the hover states work, but when I put the button back to default and then click to open the dropdown, the hover states do not work. Is the expected behavior? If not what am I doing wrong?

Hello, The issue I am having is that when I generate a development spec and mark all assets for download, some assets aren't available to download in the specs link. For example, I am creating a dev spec sheet to consolidate iconography and imagery used in an app on a style guide for developers. I have it displayed so icons show the multiple colors and states depending on their use and want the developers to be able to download all of them if needed. I noticed that it mainly occurs if the assets are linked and the color is changed, it only picked one of the assets to be able to download, but they are all selected at export. I tried renaming the symbol assets and it still isn't working.  Please help.   

I made a button with a scroll interaction, it works, but when it reaches position it bounces back about 400 pixels, and I cant make it go lower, tried making a small box at the bottom edge but the same amount of offset keeps happening, and no, the offset of the scroll per se is at 0, changing it doesnt work either

The screen I designed looks like this But there is an extra slider added in the shared prototype.This slider doesn't even serve a purpose, as the scroll happens vertically and slider given is for the horizontal scroll. I also noticed that this is only happening with the newly introduced Scroll features. Can someone please help me with this? This is damaging most of my UI, as it's taking a significant amount of space on the screen. 

I have only 10 artboards but still my link is not being created. My internet connection is good. 

I have a master design system file with a ton of components. Most components have several states. When I copy a component from the master design system file to a new file, in the new file only the "default" state is available.    This problem occurs with some components, but not all.   Running XD 25.1.12.7 on macOS 10.15.2   Here is the component in the master file And here is the component in the new file (only default state available)   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

To reproduce:Create some text elements vertically, then group them, and turn on stacking vertically for the groupWith one of the elements, turn it into a repeat grid and drag it down verticallyRename each text in that group 1,2,3,4 so you can monitor the orderUngroup the grid. Notice that the order is flipped, and it loses the padding as well    

This seems to be a very garbage program.How can I copy a single image from xd? When I tried to save a single image it copied all images to 'the cloud'. Where is it located I cannot find it or open the saved images. There seems to be no ability to delete images. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,I've been working on a cloud file for the past 2 months on a daily basis. Today, When i tried to see a previous version of the file from yesterday or other recent time, i've discovered that there are no history version created since the end of March (Last month).Also I tried to download the file from the creative cloud on the web, and the file it provided me was a version from last month which is not relevant.However i can work on the file smoothly and the changes are saved. but the file somehow no being save on the cloud or something.I'm very worried it is not being backed up on the cloud.Thanks,Rotem

Hello.I want to create an App for Noise and Sound recording.In my Design i must explain the visualization of it.I have an cyrcle when a tone is found. but when it is just a noise the cyrcle must be shown very "unplain"i found no option in XD so i want to create it in illustraitor an copy it to XD but it doenst worki create an elipse and draw unplain lines over it and in the layer window is just one layer for both lines.maybe someone knows how to visualize my effect in XD or with import and export and other tools?!

Hi! I am having a problem with text fields, where they randomly stop working. I have to shut down XD completely and restart whenever that happens, which is seriously affecting my workflow. I talked with the Adobe Contact Customer Care through the chat and they told me to update XD and create a dump file through Windows Task Manager if it happened again.  It did happen again, and I contacted them, but this time I was told I should post here instead.  I have the dump file, can someone help me figure this out please? I would greatly appreciate it.

I am making a an app where a user needs to be able to modify multiple "Yes/No" values on the homepage. I want to the user to be able to click on the value, have a pop up appear, select the value they want in the pop up, close the pop up, and have the new value display on the home page.  For instance, if the category is "did you eat breakfast this morning", I want the user to be able to click on the breakfast icon, have the "did you eat breakfact" pop up appear, select "no", click an X icon to close the pop up, and upon returning to the home screen see a "no" next to the breakfast icon.  Does anyone know how to do this? I am struggling to implement it. I currently have the pop ups as individual overlays, but I am having trouble figuring out how to have selections on the overlay reflect in the home artboard.   Thanks! 

Im trying to open a Cloud saved document and getting the following error: getSharedResourcesFilePath(): Could not load component: Code: 52I created the document on my work MacBook Pro running High Sierra, saved as a Cloud Document. I opened it on my personal MacBook Pro running Mojave and made extensive changes. When I tried to open it again on my work Mac, I got the above error.

Hi, Sometimes, when I click a color in the assets panel it assigns a seemingly random color. The problem continues until I close XD completely and restart it. On Windows 10.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I have a document with a linked component on it. For numerous reasons, my team and I had to create a copy of the master document with all the master components (Cloud document).In the new master component, we changed some components' design and name. Working back in the document that has the linked components, I link the newer master document into this file. Even dragging the updated component into the workspace, it shows the outdated visual design of it. Althought, copying and pasting a component instance from the master document into the current document, it pastes the correct component. Please, fix these problems of linked components. Instead of gaining speed using the functionality, we have to make a lot of workarounds for it to work decently.  

I have a component with some elements and states. Creating a new state from a previous one isn't inheriting property of some elements. Explaining the GIF situation: I have a local component and couple linked components inside it (icons). In the "3/4" state I colored the icons green. When I create a new state from state "3/4", some of the linked components turn back to their original color, but one of them is still green.  Windows 10Adobe XD 32.1.22.3

Hi! I´m working on a Windows computer. XD used to run smoothly; however, after the last CC update it doesnt show the sharing link.I go to Share, generate the link, update it... ¡but in never shows!! Am I crazy, or there was usually another -beautifull and simple- display where to copy the link? What can I do?So sorry for my english 

I'm still having issues with Adobe Xd losing the ability to enter text into text boxes or the properties window, and I still regularly have to go out of the app, enter text into another program in order to continue using Xd properly. Even then in some instances I have to eventually close down the app and all my windows. This probem has been going on for the best part of a year or so.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>
