We recently upgraded to windows build 1909 and installed Adobe XD. It crashes within 10 seconds after showing a white screen. I have seen related posts of this issue on other windows versions but never saw any feedback that it was fixed. I had started a thread on this issue for other windows version with Avanish Divya from Adobe technical support. this has been going on for past 6 months In between windows released 1909 build and Avanish confirmed that XD is stable with this build.But the same issue is happening. We re running enterprise license

Hi! I have been working on components for a project and they have been working fine up until I created three states within one component. When testing the interactions in Desktop Preview, they would not work.  I have force quit and reopened XD, restarted my Mac but the issue is still present (XD is also up to date).  For now my solution has been to recreate the components, however this is time consuming and I believe this to be a bug.   Thanks M

How can you see Relative Positioning in XD in developement mode? This is an important feature for developers. 

Hi, I am working on some design which have like 10 artboards. I have wired them as per design and using keyboard operations (Up/Dn/Lt/Rt) for navigation.While the one that are wired works as expected but if two artboards are not wired and they are adjacent to each other. Clicking the rt or left Key on keyboard navigation takes me to the next artboard (which is not wired with previous one). This is not expected to work!This creates confusion when I share the design with the client user. How to prevent it? Any suggestions?

Hi, I need your help to understand how can I upload an artboard from xd to Zeplin.Each time I'm doing it the elements don't appear in Zeplin as SVG or PNG for a developer to download.I designing in Illustrator than export the design to XD and to Zeplin.So I just need to understand how to prepare each element in order that it will be exported from XD to Zeplin as SVG. I think that if the transaction from Illustrator to XD will be in the right way - assets will be exported as SVG, it will solve the my problem. I hope to get your assistance soon.Thanks! 🙂  

Hi Everyone, i'm mocking up a product page and would like the left side of the wep page, or the product image, to stay static while the right side scrolls as you are choosing your product options. Similar to Apple's product pages: https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-iphone/iphone-se Just checking "Fixed Position When Scrolling" does not work for me, because I have a large banner at the top of the page and more content below after the product options. If I check that the left side of my page is "hidden" because it is always out of preview. Below is an exampe of a simple wireframe of what i'm doing. Any help is very appreciated! If someone could do a mock up of Apple's product pages you would be a dream :).

Oggi ho provato a usare XD, ma non reagisce a nessun input da tastiera!! Ne per scorciatoie ne come inserimento di testo. Per tutti gli altri programmi di adobe non ho problemi, ma XD non ne vuole sapere.Non so più cosa provare. Penso che rinuncerò ad usarlo.Grazie dell'attenzione.

I am working with importing a High-res logo. Thankfully it is Vector and not a crappy jpg. SO - How do I add a drop shadow to an AI file. It seems strange I can't do that or even import an EPS. What is the reasoning so I can get on board with it. Are EPSs becoming "old school"? But more importantly, how do you add a drop shadow to the AI? 

Dear,I've used Adobe XD to create an animated ui concept. The time has come to review the initial design, and I shared the follow link for review (https://xd.adobe.com/view/34a54054-1156-4b10-4f06-ae55da06e949-4294/). But it doesnt work as desired. Animations stutter and stop halfway most of the time and the UI becomes unusable. A quick browser refresh fixes this and reloads the animation as intended.  The UI concept contains only vector shapes and no images. It does have around 200 artboards. I've read multiple threads reporting a similar issue but don't solve my particular problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sincerly Bas     

Its been more than 5 days we are not able to generate xd links for our files , inspite of coordinating with support team they are not able to give the solution. This is highly critical as our project deliveries are getting impacted    {Renamed By MOD}

Hello, I've done a layout design made @15739213 size in a custom-sized artboard. Now when I share the design link with the developers they get the assets @15739213 and @4x sizes. Please let me know where I can define that the design is done at @15739213 and it has to produce the assets @1x (i.e., half of what I've done) and @15739213 (which is 100%).This works if I export assets directly from the XD file and save it in my mac. It gives an option to define that the design is done at 1x or 2x. I am expecting the same while sharing.Please help me in solving this.Regards,Dinesh

FIX IT! the artwork is fine in XD and fine when previewed in XD, only becomes majorly blurry when exported - DONT COMPRESS OUR ART WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO DESIGN RAPID PROTOTYPES! this is useless, I will export a PDF like its 2012.

Hi,I'm running the latest version of XD (29.2.32.3) and I can no longer copy svg code from XD into a text editor such as VS code. I'm on windows 10 pro version 1909 OS Build 18363.836. Previously I could create a vector in XD, copy it and paste the SVG code into VS code to use in my html. I used this feature every day and now when I paste the clipboard is empty. This is very frustrating, why remove the functionality? Or is it a bug?The work-around is to copy the SVG from XD into Illustrator, then copy from illustrator into VS code, this works but the SVG code is somewhat bloated by illustrator in this process.Alternatively there is a 'Copy SVG Code' plugin for XD which does the job but it's not as slick as the native copy and paste used to be.Please can someone look into this as it's very frustrating and this was one of the features that made XD so awesome!

I made 2 canvas, one for web and the other one for mobile, is there any way of making a prototype that when you scale it down it turns into the mobile version? I would like it to change depending of the device you are using, If you open it from a desktop it takes you to de desktop versioon and if you open it from a phone it takes you to the phone version.Thanks!

Hi there, There are numereous assets images randomly created on a development link shared from XD. I always choose export icon only for those icons and images i want my dev team to download. In any case there are random number of images available for download created automatically. If you see the image below the blocks marked in red are the assets i didn't export they were added automatically and there on the link I exported. How do I make those extra items go away from the dev link?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi everyone! I hope you are all doing well and keeping safe 🙂 Right now I am trying to learn how to use Adobe XD for high fidelity mockup which includes linking certain elements to different artboards (pages) and micro interactions but I'm having two issues. 1. I'm having issues connecting a one-line text in the footer to the "contact us" artboard/page. One thing I notice is that the prototype wires are grey while the functioning prototype wires are blue. Does this mean anything? The overall footer is created as a group and is a component. Not sure if doing this affects the prototype wires. (See image)2. I'm trying to create hover buttons and it functions well if I preview it from the cardboard that it is featured on. But if I select the homepage artboard as the starting page and then preview it, it doesn't work. I am working on a game design, where I am on the first rail and I am navigating between the cards using the right navigation (gamepad in prototype). When I hit the last card i.e Card D (as seen in the image) using right navigation. I want to give the user experience that user has hit the dead end when he tries to right navigate on card D. however, in xd prototype, when I do right navigation on the last card, it jumps to next artboard (even if it is not connected). How can I avoid this? 

In order to save time, I want to be able to export some assets as SVG and some as JPG when selecting for batch export.    The current workflow allows me to batch export in one format. I would then have to unmark the files that I dont need and mark the rest in format that I do need. If I work on 100s of assets it becomes a work driver.   {Renamed By MOD}

I want to put an object outside of the artboard area but I want it to stay in the artboard layer so as to animate it is there a way to do this

After my recent Adobe XD update my color picker looks something like black blot(as in image) and it does not work. I am unable to select any color from anything. Please help me with the fix. Thanks.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>
