Questions

There is serious lag in my XD when I need to work with text, be it text field on the screen or changing element properties on the property panel. This generally happens when the file is being saved to the cloud. While I have captured the video, the double click on the fields I was doing to enter the edit mode is not visible. In the video, I am trying to edit other text fields but is not happening. Please help.Regards,Robert

Hi there Yes, I'm using a KVM for managing two or more machines for work. It always have worked until the last update of XD : I can't zoom no more with CTRL + Scrollwheel or move horizontally in my document with SHIFT + Scrollwheel. I've tested with Photoshop : no problem, I can use those shortcuts and it works like a charm. If we had some options to configure like configure our shortcuts perhaps it would help, but we have nothing inside XD to change them. If anyone has some idea with this, help really appreciated, only the CTRL + Spacebar + Scrollwheel does work for now and that's a shame 😞

Hi everyone, I have got a strange error while using Ellipse:I create a perfect circle with an ellipse then in the Gap box I've input "1000", just to have a great range. When I increase the Dash input the point on the ellipse are 3 and not 1.   On the web i didn't find a similar case. Can you help me resolve this?The result I've wanted to create is a simple Circle Bar. 

I'm in the beginning stages of developing the app but so far have only been able to share screenshots for review. I can't use the online sharing option in Adobe XD  or use the cloud for security reasons. The web export plugin was used and works to get a simplified feel for navigating around the product. However, this doesn't export the animations and transitions that are desired. Is there a way to share this with the client (who doesn't have Adobe XD) without just sending them a screen recording?Thanks!

Updated XD today and Live Preview kept crashing on my Galaxy Tab E.Reinstalled XD mobile, restarted XD on my Mac OS10.15.Live Preview keeps crashing on my Galaxy.Uninstall XD 29 for 28 and Live Preview is working again.

I cant enable coediting, but it works in windows very well, but i have no idea why this issue persist in Mac, and it just keeps loading for a long time, after, then the error message. Please help me. working on a project. Thank you!   {Renamed By MOD}

Hello,Right now I'm facing a problem in CC libraries. Whenever I open Adobe XD libraries it says:Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries.Note: this problem shows in Adobe XD only.I have tried many Adobe solution but none of them works.Any clue?

Starting as of yesterday, May 20, 2020, whenever I try to invite others to a document I receive the following alert, "Invitation service is currently not available." I did just find out from a coworker that it might be because of the number of existing invitees—like invitations caps out at 10-12. Has anyone else run into this problem or have info on this?

Hi,There's a big translation error in Adobe XD for French : the english word "Type" has 2 very different meanings depending on the context, but you always translate it as "Police" in French.- When used for "Type of action" you should keep "Type" in French- When used for "Typeface" you should translate it by "Police de caractère" or "Police"Thanks

I just started using XD. But it freezes for a minute, the moment I press Cntl+C with any element selected in the file (any file - new/old). After unfreezing, I cannot paste the element. I can perform Alt+drag for creating a new copy though. I have the latest version 28.9.12.2 (Starter) on a Window10. I have tried uninstalling and installed an older version, but the problem persists. Please help!

I am having an issue where several componets I had made chagned to no longer being componets and instead changed to be grouped folders. In these componets had several states made and then I made instances of the states so that I could easily drag and drop it into an artboard. I notcied that this change had happened to my compoents a couple of seconds after they switched to being grouped folders so tried to undo actions to see if I acidently clicked ungroup or somthing but when I did this the elements went back to where I had them before (and I know they were componets) but they didn't change back. Please let me know if anyone else has been having this issue or know what I might have done to make this happen.

For some linked components, the Source Document name is displayed as nonsense characters.  See attached.The Source Document's name is 52 characters long, including spaces.  The Source Document's name is comprised of letters, numbers, hyphens and spaces.  No special characters and English alphabet letters only. Other linked Source Documents show the correct name.Adobe XD version is 29.1.32.8. MacOS Catalina version 10.15.5 (a MacBook Pro 15 inch from 2017).

Hello,Yesterday I created a file, and today I'm unable to access it. I get a pop up "Sorry, we can't open this document." I went to CC->Files-> Cloud documents. I wanted to revert to some earlier version of the document, but no success; the option "Revert"is absent, and all I can do is rename. Also I checked earlier threads, and the user was recommended to contact the support team.I reached out to the support team through chat, but the chatbot responds with, "We didn't find a supported product in your account."  Help would be much appreciated. I would like to know whether it's possible to recover the file, or not, so that I can continue my work asap.

Hey! So, I tryed to open Xd, so I choose the screen that I wanted, but 5 seconds later, it closed. I try to update, restart my computer (twice), I tryed to reset and restore the Xd, but nothing worked. So, I decided to unistall, now, when I try to install, shows a error message. I bought a new computer and installed Adobe XD but when I wanted to open my cloud documents I found out that they are not updated and that the projects that appear in the new computer are actually old versions of my projects that date 4 and 6 days, what could be the problem?

I updated XD because I couldn't open a few files that were created in a newer version.. But now my local file won't open. I get a message saying: "The document “DocumentName” could not be opened." Help! how can I open my files? they are not on the cloud.   {Renamed By MOD}

By designing a file on XD trying to convert it to flutter (I'm using the latest xd flutter plug-in), the shapes in the background I add to my design are being messed up, repositioned & magnified on the simulator (I'm using the iPhone 11 Pro MAX). Has this problem accured to anyone? or how to fix this?I'v tryed on every phone simulator it was the same.Best regards Image from Simulator 

Hello, I am having an issue with certain fonts on Adobe XD. I am using Carmen Sans, and I noticed that on smaller font sizes (<16) and normal/medium weights, round letters tend to appear bigger on the bottom side. This doesn't happen on my browser, but if I export my designs as .png files the issue remains. It is quite annoying because it makes text harder to read. Also, this only happens on Windows. I tried to open the file on a Mac and text looks fine. However, I would like to avoid having to transfer files to my Mac everytime I want to save a design as .png file. Screenshots:  Does anyone know how to deal with this? Is there an option to change font smoothing options in XD?Thank you!
