Since yesterday, when I create a new prototype link and open it on a mobile device, it loads for a second and I get redirected to a sign in page for Adobe. The same doesn't happen when the link is opened on a desktop and the prototype loads fine. Links created 2 days ago don't have this problem. I need to share some mobile designs to a client and now they can't view it on a phone without an Adobe account. What's going on? If I select "load desktop version" on my mobile browser, the prototype loads fine, so it's clearly some issue with the mobile view.

I'm new to UX field, and trying to study it. There are some websites with this function and I don't know its name.Part of the website follows the user when the user is scrolling down just like this google search bar.Is there a name of this function?

Hi Guys,Could you help me with an infinity loading of the Design System for Adobe XD, please?My team is using the Design System and it is located in the Cloud.We can't open our design system form today morning. When we trying to open this document we just see the message "Connecting...". I have tried to get the previous version from the history in the cloud, but unfortunately, the link of the prototype is different and it is very important to us to have the same link for the prototype.+ Video

 Hi Guys,I wanted to know if you can set a background so that the preview goes across the entire browser and not just as wide as my design. Here's an example:I have a navigation that should go across the entire screen in the browser. My page itself is in the middle and not as wide as the entire screen. For example, the screen is 1920x1080, but the website is 1320x1080. In the Adobe XD preview, my design is always cut off and that looks strange. It must be possible to display a background longer than the actual design so that it looks better.Does anyone know what I mean and can help me? Marcel

Whenever i try to duplicate the item by pressing (Ctrl + D) it doesn't work. First it used to work.

I have designed something for web-1920-1080 in adobe xd and when I export it to a web page, it does not show the same as it's shown on the adobe xd preview! In the first image. you'll see the adobe xd preview and in the second one, you'll see the chrome preview (above the start button the text is not at the same length as it is in the adobe xd preview ).Any help, please !! Hello,   since it seems the support is unreachable via other ways. The Jira Adobe XD Plugin overwrites the DEFAULT font, that's definitly NOT WANTED.Please remove the following CSS from your plugin:body{font-family:-apple-system,BlinkMacSystemFont,'Segoe UI',Roboto,Oxygen,Ubuntu,Cantarell,'Open Sans','Helvetica Neue',sans-serif}   This is not the exact font line that Jira uses, and you should NEVER override the global style for an application like jira.Thanks     {Renamed By MOD}

Hi all!I've shared a private link with a team member, but he's not getting notifications when I add new comments to it. He only gets notifications when I respond to one of his comments or @mention him. Is this the way it's intended to work? Hi all,I have a question and I hope you know the answer to it. I see alot of webpages that have amazing animations, but can you also make a one page webdesign that has amazing animations to it? How can I make multiple animations like sliders and a scroll down animation in my site? Do I need to make specific sections in my one pager? And make the animation on different art boards and can I link back to the specific section on my one pager? Hope you know the answer to it. Bye!

Hello Community, I recently started using Adobe XD and I couldn't find the dropdown toolbar I called customer service and the representative guided me through several steps using DXDIAG in the windows search bar and asked me to reply to the email he will send with some critical information about my hardware and system  it's a a link that will open a PDF file that contains my windows version, my graphics, my sound , every little detail about my laptop and he said he will escalate the issue to a higher level and get back to me in 24H   My question is : Is it safe to share these critical info with them, bacause I was hacked a couple times in the past by allowing scammer to share my screen with them my phone call with him seemed genuine and I wasn't suspicious at all, but afterwards I remembered the flaws of sharing crucial info with a third party Thanks for your advices

Now we cannot effectively share documents across the distributed (Enterprise) team. I really really need a solution v.quickly - being strongly pushed to move to different software (which i don't want to do) but am swimming against the tide here. There are multiple accounts associated with each persons email address. This is a result of the organisation moving from std licensing to enterprise licenses with single sign-on integration. When I enter a user's email 2 entries appear These used to highlight which was associated with an enterprise license in brackets - now it doesn't We've spent hour

Hi Team, I am using enterprise adobe license. I published the adobe xd link with password protected. It was working fine earlier. But suddenly it throwing the error like below "Password is invalid or the link may not be available". I have checked "Manage Links" area...The Link is present there. When you finish a thing (project?) with Xd, what does it create?   I installed Xd because it's in my subscription and I saw an example of designing a UI.
