Only the masked image is flipped when I export as PDF. Like this.sample file: Dropbox - sample.xd↓I read this article and tried reinstalling XD app, but the problem did not resolve.Flipped photos when I export as PDFI need help from the developer. ThanksUdon Rokuze

Select an element on the artboard. Row changes to hover effect but icons to toggle states do not appear. 

Hi there,we have the following issue in XD with the sharing feature. I unfortunately entered a wrong/misspelled e-mail address to share a new XD design. Of course this did not work. I removed the "missspelled invitation" and tried to enter the correct mail address. This was not possible:XD autocorrects the e-mail address to the previously misspelled one. The user has no chance to correct this mistake neither the user is able to remove a wrong e-mail from the suggestions. The suggestions always override the user input even when it's wrong and not intended! @Adobe: Fixing this bug is most appreciated!Regards,Rainer

As shown, I cannot see all of the options in the sidebar as they are cut off. I can't click-and-drag to expand them either. Any idea what I can do here?

We need to demo on mobile device, but the keyboard is not supported for both android and IOS because we need to demo for the alternative. Is there a way to solve it?

Hi,I'm beginner with Adobe XD. I don't know if I have misunderstood something, but on Mac when trying to get UI Kits, I have the UI Kits list missing in my menu, "File" -> "Get UI Kits". And I cannot find the UI Kits anywhere on XD. I'm attaching a screenshot. Any help would be welcome. Thanks.

Hi,working on XD for a long time and suddenly I'm trying to copy (photos, text,shape..) but I can't paste anything I have this problem only in adobe xd and it's happening with a specific file.I tried both hotkeys and right click and it still doesn't work.When I copy something inside the screen (work space) it works but if I want to take something out or copy it into the document itself I can't.I am working in adobe xd 56.0.12 

Is it possible to view the version history on the artboard in the XD file in order to see my previous work?

Hi all,  Lately me and my design team noticed that at a certain point we can't bring objects to frond or back or in between. The layers panel will show that it's happening but on the artboard nothing happens. I tried exporting  stuff to see if it was just a visual bug but here we got the same result. Some new objects do go to back or front, but sometimes they wont. Extremely annoying bug. 

Hi,   I am working on a 1900x1000px artboard. Everything looks fine when I export images at 1x size manually. However, when I share for review, for some reason Adobe XD tend to enlarge artboards to 2x and this cause different anti-aliasing when viewing in a browser. Fonts are bolder and looking very weird, thin lines are larger, borders are not looking good etc... I'm assuming it is due to viewing at 50% since an image is enlarged, but you can't view it at 100% in a browser at 1080p.   This cause a lot of stress for me while working, especially because my clients are asking for a pixel perfect design. I have to export each artboard manually for them to look at, and then we use online specs for feedback.   I'm wondering why is that? It just doesn't make sense for me.   Cheers, Deni

I can no longer export any img file from xd anymore. Single images, artboards or anything. I have tried re installing and everything else I can think of. I keep getting the there is a problem exporting your asset error. I have tried a new file old files. 

Hello liebe Community 😃Ich stehe vor einem Problemchen zu dem ich bisher keine Lösung gefunden habe. Ich habe eine Landingpage erstellt und möchte dort die Prototyp-animationen abbilden, die mir vorschweben. Nun habe ich die Animation bereits fertig erstellt und zu meiner Zufriedenheit aufgebaut. Nun habe ich nachträgliche Änderungen im Design am ersten Home-Fenster vorgenommen und plötzlich funktioniert meine Auto-Animation nicht mehr. Alle Elemente sind noch vorhanden und nichts wurde gelöscht oder so - lediglich die Sättigung wurde verändert. Wenn ich jetzt auf "Play" klicke, dann springt die Animation nur noch zum nächsten Fenster, anstatt das sie automatisch animiert und die Elemente langsam größer/bzw. kleiner werden. (Also die Elemente werden nicht mehr "animiert", sondern es ist wie bei einer Slideshow mit einem harten Übergang)Kann ich diesen Fehler irgendwie nachträglich beheben, anstatt das ich jetzt alle nachfolgenden Fenster nochmal neu aufbauen muss, um

I like the feature for exporting images from XD for the web which is very efficient and a time saver but I'm not sure if these files can be saved as S-RGB. My research indicates that S-RGB is better for the web. I copy pasted an image from XD into photoshop and exported as a jpg with s-RGB and noted the color was better than exporting directly from XD which are RGB files. Thank you

Earlier this week I did some investigating around imported images set as exportable assets.   The following scenario provides some context: A client requires hero images to be provided at 1920x600 px dimensions. This is the precise file size we need to provide as a jpg or png. Our visual design team creates the image at that size. In Adobe XD, we create desktop artboards at 1280px width for a particular project.  We import the 1920x600 px hero image, and scale it down to fit it into the 1280px width layout. It thus becomes 1280x400px in size. We set that image for export.   Here's what happens:  In Developer view in a published prototype, that image (a jpg that was originally 1920x600) is an asset sized to the scaled size - 1280x400, and not the original full size.   Here's the problem: If Developer mode is intented to provide full hand-off of design assets, styles, etc. to meet a client's needs, it's problematic if the images don't meet their specifications

Hello Everyone,  I wanna talk about XD. preview on Macbook (Safari) I have a notification "There was a problem with the playback action" when i clicked play video demo on XD preview  I'am trying to fix this case with a several tips :1. Restart Macbook, and I've Upgdare Mac OS Ventura2. Clear caches / history browser3. Enable javascript on browser4. Setting web (Allow Autoplay)  But its not working 😞 I seen somes discussion about this, Im in the same condition with other people to waiting "the right suggestion"May you guys have a same experienced and could you please share the information ? Thank you very much  

Hi,I need help with tranferring my main component to another document with a shared library. I was able to get the original compoennt to other xd models (separate documents). Now due to redesign, I have changed some features of the main component in the original model (separate document). Now not only are the updates not showing in my other documents, but even when I tried copying and pasting the main component, the pasted component is in the old design. Any ideas why that is?? I am fairly new to XD.Thank you in advance

Does anybody else have problems with Open Sans while using Adobe XD? I'm fairly new to XD but until now I didn't have issues with font editing and selecting. Today, I have tried to use Open Sans for a project and couldn't manage to make the font appear in the page; the text is visible while selected but, once deselected, the text box collapes to nothing and the text disappears. I tried both with the downloaded Google font specimen and the font activated via Adobe Fonts.

A simple XD file, 5 artworks, nothing special (is almost a prototype). 1) Trying to share a link: unable to create it (44:23).2) I escluded an artwork (named "A" eg.) with an image from sharing, then tried again to create link. It worked.3) I added the escluded artwork "A", and update the first link. It worked (why ?????).3) Then, I had to add 2 more artworks. Again 44:23.4) I tried to make a different link with those 2 new artworks. Again 44:23.5) I tried to update the first link, including the 2 new artworks escluding the famous first artwork "A" with image. Again 44:23.6) I'm writing here this post, frustrated. I never had this type of issue since, 1 month ago, I moved my personal account into a Team subscription. After it, I started to have frequently this type of error. Ps. When I moved my account inside a Team subscription, I lost all my cloud files (I had to backup all my .xd files and then re-upload to the "new" cloud space).

Hi,when will the Character Styles bug be fixed?This worked fine in the old version of Adobe Xd. Now it works randomly. Sometimes you can change selected text by clicking a defined Character Styles and sometimes nothing happens. ?!?!It is very frustrating. One of the basic options is not working properly.I attached movie.

I'm trying to open a shared Adobe XD document from a colleague. I get the invite link and follow it, but when Adobe XD opens I get this errorI tried the default solutions that come up when searching, making sure the correct account is used etc. This is a fresh install of Adobe XD. My colleague has cancelled and re-invited several times, same error. I thought I'd try to share a test document back with my colleague but when I click the share icon I just get this: I thought It was a temporary problem at first but it's been like this for 24 hours. Any ideas? 

Hello all,There was an error on that cloud icon(shown in below image) ,after syncing files with creative cloud error went but all the URLs of projects changed and emplace of updating link I am getting an option of creating link in all my synced projects files.N.B : Name of files,Location of files,Creative cloud account I used for editing files are the same which I used before.So what could be the reason of this problem and how can I solve it and get my old links back?  

I am using the current version 56.0.12.6, I have tried to update my prototype links and always get the Error 44:76 message. Can Adobe please resolve this issue? I face same issue with my Mac Mini as well as Macbook Pro (2020, M1 chip). These files are for a project and I cannot afford to waste time on the updating error.  

I have seen others post about this but haven't seen a correct solution. Basically when I export, any masked image gets distorted; either blown up within the mask, or shrunk down and tiled within the mask. I have tried the various ways to export the artboards. My MacOS and XD are both up to date. A couple Adobe people have mentioned it is an issue with Preview. However, it's not just Preview, it's also Safari, and the iPhone default viewer.... I'm struggling because I need to share my artboards as a PDF, and I can't tell my colleagues that they MUST open it in Acrobat/Chrome/etc. for it to view properly... Anyone found a solution that isn't a workaround?

I´m using a font that works fine in every Adobe App like illustrator, Indesign etc. (used on a apple MacBook Pro /Monterey / 12.5.1) but not in Adobe XD. In adobe XD i can just work with almost all upright type weights, some don´t show up right. All italics don´t work art all.    Any idea how to solve this?   <Title renamed by moderator>
