I have images with a blur background but when I export them they are white, same for svg?    

Bonjour à tous, Depuis plus d'un mois je rencontre le problème suivant à s'avoir l'affichage de l'erreur 44:23 en mode examen de la conception, présentation et développment. J'ai suivi les recommandations suivantes, sans succès: https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/xd/kb/cannot-use-share-feature.html Mes prototypes contiennent très peu de specs et 2 pages maxi par fichier.Aussi pour mes collaborateurs utilisant ces mêmes fichiers rencontrent le problème également.Il est impossible d'envoyer les fichiers en dev de ce fait. Merci par avance pour votre aide, 

Hi XD Community, Currently been experiencing more of this annoying Error which slow down our studio workflow just to figuring out what was wrong. Tried simplified masking, re-export JPGs, etc. but still happening. Very unchill to have to export an offline PDF for preview instead of a cloud-link. XD please look into this ASAP. Thanks!Annoyed-Adobe-Paid-User  

Hy, fix problem with components ingnoring layers. Drop down menu with components (hover) doesn't work if i have another component with hover state under. Make components stop interactions if they are under some item (rectangle not transparent) or make them have priority by how high they are in layers panel. Top component wins over bottom.

Hi everyone. I am literally unable to install XD. I deleted all my apps on my computer and I have been able to install all the other programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc). But everytime I try to install XD it starts but then around 4% it just says 'installation failed'. I recently updated my computer to MacOS Ventura 13.1. I am a UI/UX Designer so I am not able to work at this moment. Please help   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hey everyone,    I'm working on a bigger project with a lot of components which I need to use in different sizes and with different labels. I created a master component with a placeholder text that says "label" and a hover state which changes only the color of the component.   When I use instances of said component I need to change the label and the size for every single instance and I want the new size and same new text in the hover state of my instance. But the changes I make to an instance do not apply to the hover state. Whenever I hover over an instance of my component it resizes back to the smaller size and the text changes back to "label".    Is there a way to link label and size of the new default state to the hover state? Changing every single hover state manually isn't a time efficent way to work.   {Renamed By MOD}

I have installed Adobe XD few minutes ago and when i try to open it, it just closes automatically, without any error or so.Here are my PC specs:Intel i5-8600 CPU @ 3.1GHz8GB RAM DDR4 3000MHz HyperXnVidia GeForce GTX 1050 TiSSD 256GB M.2 1800/1500mbs1000w PowerBankHDD 1TBI have Windows 10 Pro with latest update. Please help, i need it for work...Thanks.

Help. 3x over the past 24 hours my font styling suddenly disappears. There is a lag...as if having a memory issue, then when the page unfreezes all my styling defaults to one weight of my font (poppins). So all the semi bold and bold become regular. Or all the light becomes bold. The size changes as well. I recreated the file, removed font styles and started over and it happened again! This has happened when working on the desktop and in the cloud. I have all other applications closed (after the first time it happened). It's hours of work to restyle everyone over and over...it's also affecting font awesome five...that all turns to poppins.macOS 12.5.1XD is latest version.any ideas?

Hello everyone,Just built a mobile website prototype using Sketch then uploaded into InVision. Unfortunately, they lack a go 'back to previous page' option, which is proving difficult when trying to re-create a natural user flow for testing.Before firing up Xd and re-creating, wanted to know if it is an option in Xd?All help is most appreciated!

I am having some difficulty applying artboards to mockups using the angle plug-in.  On some of the mockups (not all) when I try to apply the artboard I get the error "current selection is part of a masked or boolean group." Ive tried to select just the screen in the layers panel but I get the same error.  It only does this with some of the mockups. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! 

I have just a limited amount of fonts showing in my Xd font list, it occurs only in Xd and not in any other app. I'm using W10. I have no weird font manager tool or anything like that. My fonts are all valid OT and TT files. I read that I'm not the only one having this issue but seems to me that each issue is unique and that Xd struggles with fonts? What's up with this? Any progress?

Hi,    In online XD prototypes, I can only see the colors and character styles, but not the components in the developer mode specs. It would be helpful for our developers to see the component names as well.Is there any way to make this possible in XD, or in the pipeline to create this feature?    <Title renamed by moderator>

Is there a way to set a fit behavior when I drag and drop an image into a mask? XD always completely fills the mask, cropping out any content that is too tall or wide. Fit options, typically fit, fill and stretch, are pretty standard elsewhere, including InDesign, so I'm hoping I'm just missing something. As context, I'm building a component where I need to drop in a new icon image for every instance, and this component is going to be used all over the place. Unless I'm missing something, I'm going to need to reize the icon image every single time I create a new instance of this component. Help will be much appreciated!   <Title renamed by moderator>

Is the only way to update a character style to right click and edit it that way? I'd like to be able to change one of the instances of the file, and then 'redefine' the style... similar to InDesign.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi Adobe XD Support, I've noticed that the artboard title names are not displaying in my Adobe XD App (refer to the attached screenshot). I'm not sure if this is some kind of glitch or whether I need to use some shortcut to display them. I've even tried reinstalling the app, but the artboard names still refuse to appear. Currently using Adobe XD on Windows 11. Please help! Thanks,Neil 

Is there a way to get a subscription to XD without getting the Business Single App license for $35/month?

I'm not sure where else to report this, but most images aren't loading on articles in the XD learning section. I'm using Safari 16.2 on MacOS 13.1. Dear Adobe,As we witness the death throes of XD, and the rise of Figma as it's heir apparrent, users are left in limbo. At the very least, I would have expected answers to three basic questions:Why isn't there a published road map, especially for XD users?Are XD users now expected to pay full price for a Figma subscription as a reward for adopting and help in building it?Is there anyone at Adobe even in charge of this process?I've been an Adobe user for several years and I can honestly state, I've not witnessed a worse product acquisiton. From the outside, the acquistion has all the appearences of a good thing.From the inside:It appears no one has actually taken the time to think this through.Or, worse, they have thought it through and realize how screwed up it is.I dare say the acquisition of MacroMedia, which was far more complex, was model of efficiency. With Figma, it's as if the process was thought out over lunch one day and no one took notes. Your Loyal but overwhelming

HiWe have recently starting using creative cloud mostly for indesign or photoshop but one of the teachers expressed an interest in using XD. XD will run fine the first time after installation under the user profile but once the user closes XD from then on it will get stuck on the XD loading screen  I have spent some time googling and tried a number of fixes already from wiping temp files to running cc cleaner after uninstalling / reinstalling  If the user moves to a different PC they can run XD again but only once Any help greatly appreciated 

Hi all, Ive been struggling figuring out how to make my buttons work correctly. For example clicking on first button sould change to black when selected but then when you click on the second button to select it, the first button should go back to default color vice a versa. For the last week, I keep getting the error message 44:23 when trying to create a prototype link. I am able to resolve the issue by doing random things. The "fix" isn't consistent for any of my files.For example one of my files had five artboards and was not able to generate a link until I deleted a random SVG image, created the link, then pasted the SVG back in and updated the link. I tried this on another file with three artboards and it did not work. I wound up deleting all but one artboard and was then able to create the link and paste back in the remaining artboards and update. Another file, I had to remove all interactions and no artboards. My brain hurts.I see a similar problem from 2021 due to a maintenance issue. Hoping this is the case this time and will be resolved soon.

In PS it works space bar + click on mouse but in XD the hand doesn't appear and I can't move around, any ideas how to fix it? I'm using wacom intuos.
