I have a project that has multiple videos. Originally, we planned according to the 20 video limit and it worked fine. But over the course of client edits, I have had to delete and substitute different videos. I am currently well under the limit of 20 videos actually used in my document, but I am getting a "you have reached the maximum number of videos" warning when trying to add the final two videos. It seems there are two potential sources of the issue:There is one video in the "assets" panel that is unused. There are no instances of it anywhere in the document. But I still cannot delete it.Including that video, there are only 11 videos in my assets panel. That means there must be other videos that I added to the document but were never added to the assets panel. I have deleted those from the artboard, but XD seems to think they are still counting against my 20-video maximum, despite me having no access to a list of them. I have tried duplicating the document to different lo

Hi all. Im in need of some help please.  😉 I have created an art board with some overlapping layers but when I go to share the link some off the assets I cant click to get the positionings of as an assets is overlapping it. Is there a way or exporting all postitions? I have sent it to my web dev and they are unable to click the asset to get the postitoning as a layer is aver the top slighly. Is there a way to overcome this? Thank you

I have a video in XD, set to play automatically and loop. Every time I test the preview, the video stops at the end of the first play through. I can't find any reason why it won't loop. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone! Got some problems.First of all, I made a project in illustrator and wanted to animate that in After Effects - BUT a gradient object and other objects that works as shadows (with lower opacity) changed to solid colors. I looked it up and saw that I could to this workflow Ai -> Xd -> Ae.1)First I tried to import the Ai project to Xd but in Xd some other different objects changed it shapes. A rectangle with round bottom changed to just one round corner for example.2) Then I tried to export the Ai project to a SVG and imported that in Xd. It worked a little better but the rectangle still has just one round corner, and there is plenty of them so I dont want to waste my time to change like 20 if there is any workarounds.  Someone, help me, pleeeease!!! My neck is aching. 

it has been YEARS since people ask for dark mode for XD, you guys have dark mode for every other app BUT XD, like come on ...

I'm using the latest Adobe XD update, but I'm having trouble with the Time Trigger. It’s not showing up. I know that I need to connect the pages themselves (not pictures or symbols), and I’ve done that, but the Time Trigger is still missing. I can’t find it anywhere. I only learned about it after watching a tutorial, but it was never there in my workspace.I provided a picture (the written parts are translated into english). As you can see, the Time Trigger is not here.Thanks for any problem suggestion in advance!

I did the last update of Adobe XD, version: 29.0.32.13 So these last update it changed the way you save your file, for some reason it saved it in the cloud, which I don't want to, since I want to save the file in a specific folder, because is for work, so first I had to try to find where the file was saved, when I found out a lot of unused files where there, and when I finally manage to save it where I wanted, the file was corrupted, so when opening gave me an error, so manage to retrive the last open file and finally to save it where I wanted it. The thing is I am working and I don't have time for this unacessary changes, you are supposed to be an UX tool which should be user friendly, making this changes are a bit reduntant and cause disruption while working. I never commented in any Adobe software, but this is my second feedback. Please think before making big changes on the way that the software is used. I'm a huge fan of Adobe XD, but I've been experiencing problems for a long time now. On the Windows side of things, the Undo or Ctrl+Z will stop functioning randomly, and this happens quite frequently. The only solution I've found is closing Adobe XD and reopening it. The other issue is Adobe XD will occasionally get stuck on a blank or loading screen until It's reopened again. Can Adobe please fix this problem? I'm running the latest version of Windows 10 and Adobe XD...I'm on a Surface Pro 6 at the moment, so the machine certainly isn't old. I did not experience this on the iMac I owned a while back, it only seems to be on Windows 10.

In Xd demo's images are directly placed into containers from its original size to be automatically resized in the container when you place it, but how much image size does this add to the project file? Does Xd compress or "redraw" images so they don't carry the original weight? If I throw a bunch of large highres images into thumbnail sized containers in my layout, does this add the original file size and does it slow down the prototype when its published and shared on the Adobe server?

I have been unable to open Adobe for three days now. It always just shows the starting screen. Other employees have the same problem as mine.

hi, how you doing, i have a problem trying to access to my account to adobe xd app on iPhone, the "continue with adobe" doesn´t work, when i click the button nothing happens, could you help me with that 

HiI'm suddenly having a problem. My XD export to PDF do not work. It has been working fine for a long time but suddenly it do not export any copy at all. If I use the 'preview' version on Mac it works but not in Acrobat.I hope somebody can help.

Hello everyone. This is just something I noticed trying to share my prototype link to my professor. Note that this is my first week in Adobe XD. I was already in my prototype and went to the icons on the left, and this icon lets you add people to edit. So, I got confused trying to find ways to share it or get a link. It was later on I went to the home button and noticed this "Share" tab. I personally wonder why they had the "Share" here, and not with these icons. So, I was just curious what the community thinks. Like, do you get use to it or do you think Adobe can work on the placement better, or should they make "Design", "Prototype", and "Share" easier to see? 

Hello. I just installed Adobe Xd but unlike other adobe products, there is no desktop shortcut. I couldn't find the folder for adobe Xd. Does anyone know how to find the shortcut or why?
